TEOH BENG HOCK DID NOT COMMIT SUICIDE!!!

justice_BH 'sign still points to suicide, says second pathologist'.

oh no! not again! this time, the second pathologist, an indian nationality pathologist, testified at the inquest that teoh beng hock committed suicide.

what? not another one that had been bought over?

no way i'm going to believe teoh committed suicide. NO NO NO!

TEOH BENG HOCK DID NOT COMMIT SUICIDE!

i believe many of us does not believe he committed suicide. you know, at yesterday's DAP dinner where nizar was one of the speaker, i remember he said (from video) that once somewhere an indonesian fell 10 storey or so and his eyes popped out! he meant to hint that at such a high fall, the injuries to the body will be massive but in teoh's case, no!

There were no signs of strangulation around Teoh's neck to suggest he was stopped from breathing, no "cyanosis" or as he explained "no blue-ish discolouration of the fingertips which are normally found in asphyxial deaths", no restraining marks, no tongue wounds to suggest Teoh may have bit his tongue while struggling or any other defence wounds.

He also noted that the results of a toxicology test had come back negative, showing no traces of alcohol or common drugs.

"It rules out the victim could have been drugged and maybe then thrown off the window and also rules out the eventuality of having an accidental fall," the pathologist who had made national news here after his independent autopsy report on the controversial death of suspected car-thief A. Kugan revealed he died from injuries resulting from beating while under police custody.

so those MACC bastards officers did not strangled or drugged him…. but they could have forced him to jump! remember , he was only one person while those MACC bastards – i'm being too kind to call them 'bastards' actually. go to ktemoc post and see what he called them… of which i also joined in actually) – ok where was i? yes it was teoh akk alone… just one person against how many? 3? 5? 8? of those MACC bastards interrogating him. they could have surrounded him and forced him to jump. poor teoh. no way out for him. one side was the window, the other side were those bastards MACC officers.

the first pathologist, khairul, was the government pathologist…. and what do you know… this second pathologist was called in by the police!

The 42-year-old lecturer in forensic pathology at the Universiti Malaysia Medical Centre (UMMC) had been enlisted by the police investigation team to carry out the autopsy on Teoh with government pathologist Dr Khairul Aznam Ibrahim.

police? the polis raja di malaysia? like the MACC, the police is under the UMNO government's thumb, so how do we expect to believe both of them?

i really hope the selangor government will bring in the famous (and flamboyant) thai pahtologist, pornthip rojana-sunand. it was reported:

One of her most memorable cases is the one involving a politician in 1999, which Thai police had initially classified as suicide.

After conducting a post-mortem on the victim and closely examining the scene of the death, Dr Pornthip concluded that the man was actually clubbed on the head before being shot.

The case was re-opened and the man's brother was later charged with his murder.

see? politician. suicide. same pattern as teoh beng hock's case. she should be here! she should be here, being an 'outsider'. we already had 2 'insider' pathologist – one under the federal government (umno!) and one under the police (umno controlled!), so it is only fair to have an outsider pathologist's view.

before i end, remember i pointed out to you dr rafick's CSI findings (8 parts)? here are another 3 parts. read especially part IX where dr rafick is determined that teoh did not commit suicide.

dr rafick's CSI findings part IX
dr rafick's CSI findings part X

Pi Bani pi Bali - Part 3

Posted: 18 Aug 2009 06:46 AM PDT

The first few days in Bali were packed with ICAAP activities during the daytime, and so we didn't really have the time to go shopping or jalan-jalan except at night. At least it was good that we stayed at the Tuban-Kuta area, which is THE area for shopping.

But I'm not really a shopper, and by the end of the Congress, all I had to bring home were the items collected at the various booths during ICAAP. Among them were these...

condom

Hehehe... I had always been giving talks telling people about female condoms but was never able to show them how it looked like... now at least I have samples to show...

Well, anyway, our group would usually go out for dinner together at night but I guess it wasn't easy for the others in the group always having to opt for halal food when they easily had so many choices around! During dinner on Wednesday night, while we were discussing our programme for Thursday (ICAAP ended at noon), I suggested "free and easy" for Thursday after the closing ceremony. Let them do what they want to do and go where they want to go. At least I didn't have to feel guilty about the others having to keep me in mind when deciding where to eat. Besides, I'm a big girl... I can take care of myself...

So yep, after we got back to our hotel on Thursday afternoon, the others went off in 2 groups... while I went back to my room for a while for my prayers and then immediately I went off to ronda-ronda Kuta. Walking around alone had its advantages... I simply walked at my usual fast pace without having to think if there was anybody else in the group needing to walk slowly. I walked and walked until I reached the other side of Kuta, looking around at what was available and only had my lunch on my way back to the hotel.

Souvenir items were definitely cheaper at the area nearer to my hotel. So yep, bought them on the way back too. Didn't really buy much, but at least I had something else in my luggage other than the condoms... :-)

I didn't bother to go far for dinner, there was a nearby warung selling halal food, with lots of paintings decorating the place. The food wasn't too bad either.

As for Friday's programme, since I had booked the Saturday flight back to Malaysia, together with my room-mate, while the rest were to stay on until Monday, I had pre-arranged for a van & driver to bring me around Bali on Friday - on my personal account. And since the van could take 8 people, I offered the rest to join me if they wanted to. And so they did. One of the gang however had gone to stay with his friends in Bali after the ICAAP closing ceremony on Thursday, and so there were only 7 of us. But a friend from Nepal joined us for the ronda-ronda Bali and we were back to 8.

Our driver/guide was very helpful. Although I opted for the Kintamani tour, we didn't really follow the usual itinerary for the said tour. We skipped what we didn't want and went for other things which weren't included in the original itinerary.

We stopped to see stone carvings...

Wood carvings...

We then went to Tegallalang (not sure if this is the right spelling) to see their beautiful rice terrace.

rice terrace

Then off to the Holy Spring Temple...

holy spring 1

holy spring 3

holy spring 4

holy spring 2Saw these ducks at the temple but it was the white duck that attracted us... nice hairdo don't you think?

We also stopped by a coffee & spice farm where amongst others, we were shown the luwak coffee or the animal coffee. The animal coffee? Well, luwak coffee begins like any other coffee as a small red fruit on a coffee tree.

coffee1

The coffee then gets eaten by the luwak...

luwak

This fella (the luwak) was sleeping when we visited.

The coffee then comes out from the luwak's rear end, looking somewhat unclean, but still retaining the skin surrounding the coffee bean, preventing the bean itself from coming into contact with anything else in the stomach of the luwak.

Having said that, no, I didn't try the luwak coffee although my colleagues bought a cup to be shared just to get the taste. I did however try the other drinks offered free by the people at the farm - the cocoa, ginseng coffee and ginger tea. The luwak coffee is the most expensive coffee in the world, so they didn't offer that for free tasting.

Then off we went to Kintamani, to see the beautiful sceneries surrounding Mount Batur Volcano.

Buffet lunch at Kintamani with Mt Batur in the background.

On our way back after lunch, we saw a ceremony going on and asked our guide to stop for a while, just to have a look...

ceremony3 ceremony2

After that we did stop at an Art Market, but didn't buy anything. They were too expensive for us cheapskates.

Our Nepalese friend needed to get to the airport by 6 pm to catch her 8 pm flight, so we then headed straight to the airport to send her off. We didn't want to be caught in the jam and decided it was better to be early. So yep, we got there by 5.30 pm.

And after checking with our guide/driver that he wouldn't charge extra if we wanted him to bring us to Jimbaran for dinner before sending us back to the hotel, off we went to Jimbaran after sending off our Nepalese friend.

We could see the airport's landing strip from where we had dinner...

jimbaran2 No, the plane wasn't THAT near to our place. I zoomed in to get this pic.

I also took 3 pictures of sunset at Jimbaran, using 3 different modes...

jimbaran5 Auto mode

jimbaran6 Beach mode

jimbaran3 Sunset mode

And this was our dinner...

jimbaran4 Kena kira betul-betul budget sebelum order... ratus-ratus ribu wei... rupiah lah...

Headed back to the hotel after dinner. The next day my room mate and I were to leave for home while the rest were to check out from our hotel in Tuban and move to Ubud instead. And they decided to use the services of the same helpful driver.

All in all, it was a good trip to Bali. The Congress was beneficial, and although I didn't get to go to many other attractive places in Bali (we simply couldn't cover everything in one day!), it was a good trip anyway.

I must say that our group did manage to confuse a lot of people. Many simply had a hard time trying to guess where we were from. I could pass off as either Malaysian or Indonesian... a few of us could pass off as either from China or Korea or Japan or Hong Kong or Taiwan... a few others could pass off as either from India or Bangladesh or Sri Lanka. And things were even more confusing for them at our booth during ICAAP, when we had people who could converse with them in Tamil, Hindi, Mandarin, Malay or English.

The best part was when one guy came over, struggling to speak to us in English, and there we were struggling to make him understand what we were trying to say, and then I suddenly said something in Malay to one of my colleagues, the guy asked, "Bisa bahasa Indonesia?" Duh... the guy was from Papua and was more proficient in Indonesian language rather than English.

Buat penat je cakap orang putih...

The Greatest Trick the Devil Ever Pulled

Charles Baudelaire once said that the greatest trick that the devil ever pulled was convincing the world that he didn't exist. Well, he said that but the saying probably remained out of the limelight until Verbal Kint popularised it in the cult hit The Usual Suspects. Not that it matters either way. They were both wrong. Era Najib Altantuya : Zambry Memang Pengecut. Ayuh Bubarkan DUN.

Posted: 18 Aug 2009 09:54 AM PDT

I am back!!!

I think I have taken a long enough break. There's just too much happening and I need to take stock. To much is happening in our country to a point it has become sickening and no one is really doing anything about except trying hard to say in power / gain power, depending which side one is on. Maybe it is time that I do not any more noise into this arena. Instead focus on other areas of interest.

Right?

Then again, when will the opposition really stand up to be a credible opposition? Perhaps start with "weekly".

What say you?

Era Najib Altantuya : Ahmad Maslan Hina Mahkamah

Posted: 18 Aug 2009 09:41 AM PDT

Rohaizat Tidak Terlibat Transaksi Rakan Kongsi Dan Koperasi

Era Najib Altantuya : UMNO BN Seperti Orang Gila Di Selangor

Posted: 18 Aug 2009 09:12 AM PDT

Itulah sebabnya kita perlukan 'Pakatan'.

Kasihan melihat gelagat Umno. -YB Khalid Samad

Going on a tour to Phi Phi Island in Phuket

Posted: 18 Aug 2009 09:13 AM PDT

I have been hesitating for quite some time to write up about my Phuket trip a few months back and here I am back to share about my trip experience. As for this time, I am going to talk about the Phi Phi Island tour that we paid for at Phuket.

Going to Phuket isn't just about relaxing on the beach, drinking beers, and shopping at the night market. One of the must do is get on their tour to the surrouding island like the more famous ones are James Bond Island and Phi Phi Island.

We paid 1,800 baht per person of the island tour to Phi Phi Island. Phi Phi Island is more on snorkelling and beach relaxing while to James Bond Island is kayaking. I think we got conned by the tour center, the price that we paid could be cheaper.

The tip is, never buy your tour package via the tour center that the taxi, or rented van brings you to, you can actually find cheaper tour price at the little tour stall at Patong Beach or other tourist spots in town. The cheapest that we found was 1,300 baht and that's in Patong Beach, it's just so much cheaper that what we had paid for. They are just agent or middle man, no matter where you pay your tour for, the person that comes and pick you up is from the same company and which all goes to the same place.

The Phi Phi Island tour is a one day tour to a few islands with snorkeling, beach relaxing and sight seeing. There were me, mom and dad. We packed our stuff like extra shirts, towels, sunblock lotion and of course my camera. We waited for a van to come early morning and it fetched us to the pier where everyone who signed up for the tour meets.

The weather was sunny and windy in the morning yet it's lovely. I didn't want to become black, so put on sunblock lotion, in fact I am a person that very easy to get tanned but uneasy to get back fair, I prefer to stick with what my skin color is right now. One thing is that buying sunblock lotion at there is kinda expensive, so if you may, bring one from your hometown. =)

IMG_4678 by you.

So, there's this swimming paddle renting service, a pair of this paddle is rented for 100 baht per pair. I took one but to be honest, I don't really know how to swim with it, I prefer doing it without the paddle.

We waited at the pier for like half an hour to wait for everyone to arrive. There's a lot of people going out to sea for the island tour too and each were on different boat.

They have this sticker for us which indicates our speedboat number and 3 is the table number where we sit for lunch.

It's about making money again. There's a lady helped each group of family or partner to take a photo before getting on the speedboat, the photos will then be printed and sell to us when the trip ends. It's 300 baht per photo, yes we bought it, for memories.

The first stop was Maya Bay where the movie The Beach was filmed in 2000, but I am not going to talk about it in this post. It took us like 45 minutes to reach there. The ride was real bumpy and it was my first speedboat ride. It felt dizzy at first but after a while, the dizziness was gone with some deep breath and relax. A free flow of soft drinks were served on the speedboat.

You can actually see Maya Bay from the photo above. =)

Nazri urges police to act on Gobalakrishnan, thinks Nik Aziz stuck in the 60's

Well, better to be stuck in the 60's and free of corruption than to be so-called modern and tainted with corruption. Didn't Mahathir said Corrupt Cabinet will be Najib's and BN's 'death warrant'?

Nik Aziz has denied making the statement and accused the media of 'twisting' his words. According to PAS organ Harakah, the spiritual leader is mulling taking legal action against the media responsible for this.

PC Fair

I went to KB Mall last week after church. It was 2009 PC Fair, there were many people there bargaining for new laptops and etc. Although the booths aren't as big as in KL, but it was fun though.

To be honest, the price wasn't that cheap. I surveyed several compact cameras, the price still RM300 and above. Where I can get cheaper price in lelong.com.my. Ha ha ha. You know what, I mistakenly-read an advertisement that stated Canon EOS 1000D for RM999! After I asked that salesman, he said, ''jimat RM999 daripada RM2999''. That's mean the REAL price is RM2000 after deducts RM999 from RM2999. Ha ha ha.

Seriously, if the price really RM999, I think I'll CASH AND CARRY. Ha ha ha. They were selling it included the body, lens, beg, strap, and tripod. I was like...oh shit! Anyway, it was RM2000. Sigh.

It was crowded. Potential place for H1N1 spreading place. Ewwww....!

In the end, I bought this RM1.30 ice-cream. Muahahaha! :D

p/s:I love ice-cream. Jangan lupa belanja saya aiskrim kalau terjumpa saya, ok?!

Era Najib Altantuya : Nik Aziz Akan Saman Akhbar Putar Belit Kenyataannya

Ketika diminta mengulas adakah kenyataan beliau sering diputar belitkan kerana musim pilihan raya kecil, Tuan Guru memberitahu beliau memang sedar tentang perkara itu.

"Kita memang dah tahu dah cara (taktik) parti ni, memang macam tu lah,"ujarnya.

-harakahdaily

Era Najib Altantuya : MB Selangor Jawab Peguam Negara

Posted: 18 Aug 2009 05:21 AM PDT

-TVS

Era Najib Altantuya : Bukan Melayu Tolak BN Di Permatang Pasir

Posted: 18 Aug 2009 04:59 AM PDT

Posted: 18 Aug 2009 03:56 AM PDT

Jelas kini kebenaran semakin terserlah bahawa UMNO memang pembohong besar.

Era Najib Altantuya : Zahid Ketepikan Pandangan Akar Umbi Sebelum Memilih Rohaizat

Posted: 18 Aug 2009 02:30 AM PDT

Kira-kira 11.20 pagi semalam, Gobalakrishnan ditahan kerana didakwa cuba menghalang tugas polis ketika penamaan calon pilihan raya kecil DUN Permatang Pasir.

Nice body, good review

"It is nice to make a social setting," says sociologist Nina Degele

taz: Ms. Degele: liposuction, breast size, lift what it says on the beach to be beautiful?

Nina Degele: It is nice to make is that you are socially positioned. That one other to a certain picture and in the way you want other to be seen.

You have in a group interview on "perfecting his" explored. What has been your most surprising finding?

It was the tenacity with which almost all - there were nearly 200 people who have been discussing in groups - have insisted that they have to make themselves beautiful. It was stressful for them to realize this is not true, I am doing good for others. That was nearly bankrupt. One does not want to see as externally controlled. You have the prevailing standards so internalized. Ultimately, it is a banality: we make ourselves beautiful for others. It is nice to make a social setting.

Has this changed over previous production?

Corporality plays a much larger role in our culture today than it did in the 50s or 60s, because the taboos of physicality was stronger back then. Corporality today performance, discipline, coolness to the show. And there are now many more possibilities to stage corporality: There are medical, surgical, and these are affordable for many become. About physicality is also out of competition. Staff leaders who decide who is set, look at the exterior staging. The possibility of the fact - a terrible word --employable to make use of many. Helmut Kohl today as Chancellor would no longer employable because he did not look dynamic.

Is the standard dictates greater for women?

There are different rules. But the rigid gender boundaries have become permeable.

You mean, for example, that more and more men are anorexic?

For example. But in some circles, women are certainly closer standards. Business in the higher floors, for example, a woman must infernally careful enough that they are female, but not too feminine, then it becomes Tussi liable to Secretary-term. It is a high requirement, the right to take Weiblichkeitsmaß. Moreover, if it suits and shoes rumlaufen, restricts their freedom of movement less than if they are closely Rock heeled shoes and walk around. You have to see what each means the dictation.

You say corporality staged their own identity. Then it is fatal to old.

Right. If you do not know according to conceal, it is performance-oriented companies in a big problem. It is a huge market dran: rejuvenation creams, fashion, operation - everything is available, in order to appear younger. At least ten years. Otherwise, you can see really old.

What makes an ugly man?

Fortunately, my job is not to give advice. But one should try to find like-minded, contrary to the prevailing ideals of beauty beinopposition want. I think, for example, of Beth Ditto and the Gossip. She is bold, staged in skin-tight mini dresses, is a lesbian, do not shave the armpits. A provocative and very reason for many young women have the right hip. This involves a lot of self-consciousness.

That has not any ...

Exactly, and therefore would be addressed right to oppose the prevailing beauty standards to rebel, but rather those standards. So you can see on television no gray-haired presenter. Why must all of the hair dye? If all of the wrinkles with Botox wegspritzen or lift, then all that does not make no more normal. The change addressed are not those of the apparent flaws, but those who make sure that something is a stigma.

Would you help me with a well Abdominal Liposuction recommend?

I would recommend no one liposuction, for health reasons, for economic reasons and for that reason, because standards are stabilized. I think there is anything against it.

Exco sends legal notice of demand to Liow over temple issue

GEORGE TOWN (Aug 3, 2009): State executive councillor Wong Hon Wai has sent a legal notice of demand to MCA vice-president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai to stop him from making malicious remarks on the demolition of an illegal structure on a playground in Butterworth.

Wong, who is also the housing, town and country planning and arts committee chairman, said he has instructed his lawyers to issue the letter to Liow to remind him not to continue making inflamatory and false remarks regarding the issue.

"I am sending this legal notice in my capacity as the chairman of the Non-Muslim Houses of Worship Committee to say that the words he uttered in an article which appeared in an English national newspaper on June 27 are false, highly malicious and calculated to incite racial disharmony," he told reporters in his office today.

In the article, Liow blamed the current state government for allegedly demolishing a Taoist temple in Butterworth and demanded that the state government apologised to the public.

Wong said the legal notice would serve as a reminder to Liow, who is also Penang MCA liaison head, and other MCA leaders not to use the demolition of the illegal structure as an issue for the upcoming Permatang Pasir by-election.

"The legal notice states that I reserve the right to take legal action against Liow and any MCA leaders who insists on spreading more lies and malicious talk about the issue," he said.

The issue in question was over the demolition of an illegal structure built by a Tua Pek Kong Temple committee on a children's playground on state government land in Tanjung Indah, Sungai Puyu.

The original Tua Pek Kong temple was located a mere 20m from the playground and was squatting on private property since 2004 after the temple was given compensation to relocate to another private land earmarked for development.

Facing eviction from the current land-owner, the temple had initially started to build a structure on the playground without obtaining approvals or permit from the local council.

The council had then torn down the partially-built structure following complaints by residents but did not tear down the original temple as it was on private land.

Liow and other MCA leaders, including MCA Youth chief Datuk Dr Wee Ka Siong, have been giving media statements that the current state government had allowed a temple in Butterworth to be torn down.

Sungai Puyu assemblyman Phee Boon Poh said the temple was not torn down as falsely claimed by Liow and Wee while showing a picture of the temple.

"What was torn down was an illegal structure and the temple is still there. As it is in my constituency, I am willing to resign if Liow or Wee can prove that the temple has been torn down," he said.

Phee challenged Wee and MCA leaders to go down to the ground to the temple with him to see for themselves that the temple was not torn down.

"If they don't respond to this challenge within a week's time, I will then label them as liars from then onwards," he said.
