-misaimerah

Ulasan GB

Misaimerah punya tulisan setakat ni GB lihat masih cool walaupun GB dah jatuhkan bom tangan melalui entri sebelum ini.

Nak tunggu J/K Disiplin panggil GB. Tapi mereka kena pastikan sebelum panggil GB, tunjukkan kesahihan jawatan mereka sebagai Jawatankuasa dulu. Perlembagaan mana yang mereka gunakan.

Kalau tak berjaya dibuktikan, GB akan kata, lucut segera pakaian awak sebagai J/K Disiplin. Jangan jadi muka tak tahu malu mengenakan pakaian yang awak tak layak.

Kes mahkamah, no problem, tanpa peguam insyaAllah GB yakin menang.

Alaisallahu biahkamil haakimiin - bukankah Allah sebaik-baik hakim?

Game over for Liow and gang

It appears that hopes for fresh polls in MCA are dashed now that the all-powerful CC has decided not to have any.

Why oh why? Liow really looks like he wants so much to push own agenda. He really looks bad...

Memorandum Berhubung Peningkatan Kejadian yang Menyuburkan Ketegangan Agama dalam Masyarakat

Posted: 30 Jan 2010 06:57 AM PST

(8 Jan)
3. Life Chapel (evangelical Brethren) di Section 17, PJ – molotov cocktail merosakkan bahagian anjung gereja. (8 Jan)
4. Gereja Good Shepherd (Lutheran) di PJ – bom api nyaris terkena tingkap, dan membakar tingkap. (8 Jan)
5. Surau di Taman Menara Maju in Jalan Kampung Jawa, Klang – pintu berkecai. (laporan polis dibuat pada 9 Jan)
(9 Jan)
9. Gereja Good Shepherd (Anglican) di Lutong, Miri – batu dibaling dan menyebabkan kaca tingkap berkecai. (9 Jan)
10. Gereja Sidang Injil Borneo (Borneo Evangelical Mission) in Seremban – pintu hadapan terbakar. (10 Jan)
(12 Jan)
12. Gereja St Elizabeth (Katolik) di Kota Kecil, Johor – cat merah dibaling, mengotorkan pagar utama, dinding dan patung. (14 Jan)
13. Gereja Grace Global Prayer di Rasah, Seremban – dua tingkap kasa dijumpai pecah. (15 Jan)
14. Masjid di Kota Samarahan, Sarawak – serpihan kaca dijumpai di dinding luar. (16 Jan)
15. Surau Sirratulrahim di Kampung Sabak Awor, Muar – api memusnahkan langsir, tingkap pecah. (21 Jan)

"…In the exercise of his rights and freedoms, everyone shall be subject only to such limitations as are determined by law solely for the purpose of securing due recognition and respect for the rights and freedoms of others and of meeting the just requirements of morality, public order and the general welfare in a democratic society."

4. SUHAKAM seharusnya menggesa kerajaan untuk meratifikasi International Covenant on Civil Political Rights (ICCPR), International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR), Convention on Elimination of Racial Discrimination (CERD) dan memenuhi obligasi serta komitmennya kepada standard hak asasi manusia antarabangsa.

Once there lived a romantic tigress.
She married a virgin tiger who had never kissed any tigress before.

Well..he thought he married the most beautiful and gorgeous tigress in the world.

After producing for him a dozen great-looking cubs, the tigress became old with saggy boobs!
The handsome old tiger was quietly unhappy with his mate's physical transformation.

He started to have other young sexy tigresses chasing him.
Of course the old tiger started his prowling ways.
He just couldn't resist those young sweeties.

When the old tigress found out through his handphone whereby tiger was amorous and dizzyingly in love, she chased him with a golfstick and nearly whacked his stupid head off.

The old tiger nearly had a heart attack!

The old tigress was so sad and disappointed. Her darling Tiger had betrayed her.
How can she forgive him..

Well..its Chinese New Year soon..and its the Year Of The Tiger!

Tigress honey..Life will definitely be a lot happier and more prosperous this year...
Roar and growl out loudly. Forgive your mate!
Of course he'll be cured soon after the rehab cleanses off his accidental sex addiction.
( Rupanya ada such a place?? )

Everybody makes mistakes..start afresh and live happily ever after..

p.s to Tigress.. don't forget to maul those cheeky sleazy mistresses!
Shilakak punya betina2!

And so..HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR ! ROAAARRR!

p.s. Hope you've enjoyed this piece..obviously the writer has gone temporarily cuckoo after eating too much tapai ubi!
Devoured one whole tray!

Memorandum: On the Rise of Incidents that Instigate Religious Tension in the Community

Posted: 30 Jan 2010 06:51 AM PST

Below is the memorandum submitted by Pakatan Rakyat legislators to Suhakam on 29 January 2010.

The court's decision on the use of the term "Allah" by Herald Tribune has sparked diverse responses from various sectors of the society. The most worrying impact of the court decision is that it has led to a series of unwarranted incidents affecting worship and religious sites in Malaysia. It is suspected that the incidents were spearheaded by agent provocateurs with the aim of disrupting the peaceful co-existence and harmony of Malaysians. The incidents mentioned are as follows:

1. Metro Tabernacle Church (Assemblies of God) in Desa Melawati – molotov cocktail damages administrative wing (8 Jan)
2. Assumption Church (Catholic) in Jalan Templar – molotov cocktail hurled on pavement in front of church fails to explode (8 Jan)
3. Life Chapel (evangelical Brethren) in Section 17, PJ – molotov cocktail slightly damages porch (8 Jan)
4. Good Shepherd Church (Lutheran) in PJ old town – firebomb misses window, scorches outer wall, minimal damage (8 Jan)
5. Surau in Taman Menara Maju in Jalan Kampung Jawa, Klang – sliding door shattered (police report lodged on 9 January)
6. All Saints' Church (Anglican) in Taiping – two molotov cocktails scorch stair case leading to main entrance and side porch (9 Jan)
7. Convent school (Catholic) in Taiping – molotov cocktail, probably meant for St Louis' Church (Catholic) next door, breaks guard-house window (9 Jan)
8. Malacca Baptist Church (Baptist) in Durian Daun – smeared with black paint (9 Jan)
9. Good Shepherd Church (Anglican) in Lutong, Miri – stones shatter window panes (9 Jan)
10. Sidang Injil Borneo Church (Borneo Evangelical Mission) in Seremban – front doors scorched (10 Jan)
11. Gurdwara Sahib (Sikh) in Sentul – stones flung, mirror at entrance cracked and wall chipped (12 Jan)
12. St Elizabeth's Church (Catholic) in Kota Kecil, Johor – packets of red paint hurled, splattering the main gate, the grounds inside, a wall and a statue (14 Jan)
13. Grace Global Prayer Church in Rasah, Seremban – two window panes found broken (15 Jan)
14. Mosque in Kota Samarahan, Sarawak – broken glass found near outside wall (16 Jan)
15. Sirratulrahim Surau in Kampung Sabak Awor, Muar – fire damages curtain, window shattered (21 Jan)
16. Surau in Parit Beting, Muar – fire damages the women's prayer section, carpeting and a door (21 Jan)

The latest incidents that took place at the Jumhuriyah Mosque in Taman Dato' Haron and Al Imam At Tirmizi Mosque in Taman Seri Sentosa, Lembah Pantai, where two wild-boar heads were found near a gate to the premises demonstrated the possibility that the culprit behind previous attacks are still free to continue to attack and provoke society with similar stunts in future. It is feared that these series of attacks and provocation, if left unchecked, will serve as fertile ground for further violence within the community of Malaysians.

Realizing the threat that this problem poses to our fragile democratic society, and understanding that Malaysian human rights are at stake and will be open to abuse, we submit this memorandum based on the following grounds:

1. The series of attack on the religious and worship sites is a violation to the community's human right to exercise their religion in peace without unwanted interference and threat from agent provocateurs that are motivated by personal interest and gains. Freedom of religion does not only refer to freedom to adopt or profess a religion of one's choice but also the assurance that their places of worship are respected.

2. Although we respect and uphold a person's freedom of expression and opinion, the series of attack and provocation reflects malicious and excessive exercise of one's freedom of expression at the expense of the rights of others. This is expressly condemned by Article 29 (2) of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) 1948 where it states the following:

"…In the exercise of his rights and freedoms, everyone shall be subject only to such limitations as are determined by law solely for the purpose of securing due recognition and respect for the rights and freedoms of others and of meeting the just requirements of morality, public order and the general welfare in a democratic society."

3. The use of violence and show of disrespect towards another person's religion or faith is the antithesis to human rights principles that condemns communalism, racism and intolerance. A further continuance of the series of provocation and attacks will threaten and negatively affect Malaysia's democracy and culture of respecting human rights.

Therefore, we urge SUHAKAM to seriously look into the matter as the Commission is mandated to take charge and address human rights issues in the country

vide Section 4(i) of the Human Rights Commission Act 1999. It is saddening that SUHAKAM has not been vocal and upfront in addressing the issues of communalism, racism and religious intolerance as human rights issues that is of urgent concern to Malaysians. The decision of the International Coordinating Committee to retain the "A" status of the Commission should be reflected by the Commission's actual commitment to address serious human rights violations in the country and this includes religious and racial issues. It is based on these grounds that we propose SUHAKAM take up the following actions in addressing the series of provocation against places of worship in the country:

1. SUHAKAM should conduct a National Inquiry into the series of provocation and attacks on places of worship and religious sites with the aim of investigating the root cause to the problem and to determine the appropriate rights-based solution or mechanism to address this issue.

2. SUHAKAM should engage the government and call for the enactment and passing of an anti-racial and religious intolerance law that will curb any attempts at instigating racial and religious hatred in the country. However, learning from experience, with the use of draconian laws such as ISA and Emergency Ordinance for arbitrary arrests and indefinite detention by the government, it is recommended that such law must be in accordance with principles of natural justice and rule of law.

3. SUHAKAM, together with other enforcement agencies in the country should observe and monitor growing attempts at the grassroots level that propagate racism and religious intolerance in order to curb any further potential provocations by irresponsible members of the society and also to preserve racial and religious harmony within the community. In addition to that, a proper impact assessment must be done by SUHAKAM to assess how the issue has threatened the community's rights and wellbeing and negatively affected national unity and integrity.

4. SUHAKAM should continue to urge the government to ratify the International Covenant on Civil Political Rights (ICCPR), International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR), Convention on Elimination of Racial Discrimination (CERD) and to fulfill its obligations and commitment to other international human rights standards. The incidents that took place should be a reminder to the Commission and the governments on the need for the State to abide by human rights principles as a way to restore the public's confidence that they will not be victimized and threatened by the perpetrators of chaos in the future.

We have observed that SUHAKAM has been silent on human rights issues that are intertwined with religious and racial concerns. This is a shame as the Human Rights Commission in other parts of the world have been very progressive in addressing issues of violence and discrimination that are motivated by racism and religious intolerance. We truly believe that the time has come for SUHAKAM to walk the talk and play its role effectively. The incidents that have happened should be a catalyst for SUHAKAM to go down to the grassroots and address the problem from a human rights viewpoint.

Seorang Ibu Tunggal Ditembak Tanpa Sebab

Posted: 30 Jan 2010 05:41 AM PST

Kemalangan jalan raya, kata polis

No Creativity Whatsoever!

Saturday's are supposed to be stress free or at least that's what I heard. But not this Saturday though. Both wifey and me slept in late like we normally do on Saturdays cos we get up at 6am every single school day.

After waking somewhere in the late 9am, we go downstairs to do our usual weekend chores. Wifey asks the younger boy to run up and get her hair clip cos she forgot to take it down with her. The young fellow runs up and suddenly we hear this loud crack, like something snapped.

We're not really sure where it came from but it was sure loud. I look around the house and see that things are okay. I ask wifey if things at her side are in order and she says yes. Then the little fellow comes down and wifey asks him if that sound originated from him.

He's got this nervous look on his face and tells wifey that he dropped the hair clip. I stop what I'm doing and say no way would a hair clip sound like that falling on the floor. Even wifey doesn't buy that. That little brat is known to be up to mischief always.

So she heads upstairs with me in tow but the little fellow runs up the stairs into our room first and starts looking under the bed. Both me and wifey walk in and ask him what really happened. He looks at us with this same nervous but now sweaty look and tells her he dropped her makeup kit from the wardrobe.

We open the wardrobe and everything looks fine cos if he really did drop it, wifey's make up would be all messed up. And even dropping her entire makeup kit wouldn't elicit the loud crack we heard. That's when wifey starts losing her temper. There is one thing that she totally dislikes is someone not telling the truth and trying to make up illogical excuses.

After some screaming from her, he finally tells us he jumped on the bed and it broke. Oh man, that's when I rush to look under the bed and sure enough, two of the wooden platform that supports the mattress is shattered and almost broken in two! I was speechless, well not exactly speechless cos I started giving him an earful about jumping on beds, especially ours!

A few years back his older brother did the same thing and snapped one of those wooden platforms and never told us about it until the top half of the bed almost caved in when we called it a night and now the younger brat does the very same thing. What they heck do they think our bed is? A WWF wrestling ring?

Wifey is livid with anger and gives him three or four more earfuls which leaves him in tears running off to lock himself in his room. I'm left standing there fuming and figuring out just how the heck are we going to sleep tonight. Both wifey and me are just too pent up with rage that we just leave the broken bed the head down to continue our chores and cool down a little.

The thing is, the sound was so loud that we all heard it from downstairs and the best excuse he could come up with was the hair clip dropped. Then upon being pressed, he says the makeup kit dropped. God, what does he think we are? Doofusses?

At least make up a more convincing excuse like a gateway to Atlantis opened up and some fish eyed Atlantians tried to come through and he shoved them all back and closed the portal with a resoundingly loud crack and saved the day or something. That would have been more believable. No creativity whatsoever!

That boy is just one kid that is getting harder and harder to handle these days. We'll have to tell him not do this or that over and over and over again yet, he'll keep on doing it over and over and over again. We tell him not to bring all his toys down to the hall and he'll do just that. We tell him not to pull Pebbles by the tail and that's just what he'll do. He just doesn't listen much, either that or he just doesn't want to listen.

The one bad thing about him, in fact both the boys, that really bugs wifey and me is that they will never own up to doing something even though we both know they did it. They'll make up all kinds of excuses, lame ones at that until wifey blows up and only then will they tell the truth. She wouldn't be so mad if they would only admit to the mischief.

I don't think I was ever this mischievous in my childhood. At least I was creative enough to make up more believable excuses when I got in trouble which most of the time worked on my mom ... and if that failed, I blamed my cousins ... hahaha! Ok, ok, I'm not much of a role model but hey, it's not easy being a parent to a brat, you know.

Oh well, no use being angry with him for too long cos no matter what the bed will still remain broken. He's been banned from entering our room and from doing a few other things. I couldn't hear what wifey was lecturing him about later when he came down from his room but I heard snippets of things like 'you're not allowed to ...' and 'You're banned from ...', something along those lines.

I really don't think it will amount to much cos he'll be a role model child for today and tomorrow he'll be back to his usual bratty self. Well, I will at least have a bed to sleep on tonight cos I did some emergency carpentry work, without slicing my fingers or anything which is a miracle in itself and managed to fix the bed. Not a professional job, let's just say it's held together by wires, ropes, spit and a whole lot of prayer. Hopefully it won't collapse tonight ... LOL!

But if you do hear an ear shattering thud tonight on a richter scale of 9.0, fret not cos that's just our bed giving out on us ... LOL!

KEPUTUSAN JAWATANKUASA TATATERTIB PAS MENGEJUTKAN & TIDAK BOLEH DITERIMA

12. Apakah kerana saya mendedahkan tentang aktiviti subversif anti Pakatan Rakyat maka aduan saya tidak dilayan? Hanya pimpinan parti sahaja yang dapat menjawabnya.

Yang benar,

ABDULLAH ABDUL KARIM (alqanuni2000@yahoo.com)
EXCO DEWAN PEMUDA PAS PUSAT/NAIB KETUA DEWAN PEMUDA PAS PAHANG SESI 2009-2011

Bukan semua orang kaya raya.

Nak pecat GB, pecat!

There is UMNO blood dying to get out of PKR MPs'

Posted: 30 Jan 2010 02:06 AM PST

Disgruntled PKR MP Datuk Seri Zahrain Mohd Hashim has reportedly offered enough Pakatan Rakyat colleagues to Barisan Nasional as to enable their full legislative control of Parliament, but his colleagues dispute he has such numbers. It is understood that the Bayan Baru MP has offered some 10 lawmakers, including himself, to add to BN's 137 for a two-thirds parliamentary majority.Such a majority allows the government to pass any law despite opposition from their rivals.

BN needs 11 more seats in the 222-seat Dewan Rakyat for the psychological majority, and it is learnt that Independent Pasir Mas MP Datuk Ibrahim Ali or even Kulim Bandar Baharu MP Zulkifli Noordin is expected to join the group if the defection happens.Zulkifli has supported Zahrain in his diatribe against Lim."I have heard that [there are] three or four who want to leave the party. BN really wants him, too," Penang PKR chairman Dr Mansor Othman told The Malaysian Insider, referring to his predecessor whom he replaced after winning the Penanti seat and being made deputy chief minister last year.

Zahrain was not available for comments despite several attempts to reach him. He had previously said it was mere speculation that he would leave PKR for former party Umno or the newly set-up Parti Cinta Malaysia.Several other PKR and DAP leaders confirmed they have heard news that Zahrain was now gathering allies to make the jump."I don't think he has the numbers. From what I know, it's just three of them," a senior DAP leader told The Malaysian Insider.

Pakatan Rakyat now has 82 MPs, of which 31 are from PKR including the four from Penang: Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim (Permatang Pauh), Tan Tee Beng (Nibong Tebal), Mohd Yusmadi Yusoff (Balik Pulau) and Zahrain.Mansor said he was not sure if the MPs are from Penang, other states, or they included those from allies DAP and PAS. "I don't really know... All I know is that there are some MPs who have expressed an intention to leave the party," he added.Speculation that Zahrain could be leaving peaked again when he restarted a simmering feud with Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng this week, by calling the DAP leader "a dictator, a chauvinist and communist-minded" and earning brickbats from party colleagues and allies.

He had previously criticised Lim when former Penanti assemblyman and deputy chief minister, Mohamed Fairus Khairuddin quit his post and seat last year.Mansor said that while the bad blood between Zahrain and Lim was long-standing, news that the PKR leader wanted to quit began very recently and added the matter would be brought up at the party's special supreme council meeting tomorrow. The Malaysian Insider understands that the issue will also be discussed at the PR joint leadership council meeting due to take place after tomorrow's PKR meeting.

DAP parliamentary leader and representative at the PR meeting, Lim Kit Siang, today called for the formation of a disciplinary committee to discuss the cases of intransigence within the pact, saying these cases have dented the coalition's recent hard-won gains.Mansor yesterday lamented Zahrain's statement, which was critical of Lim. "The words were uncalled for and I regret his statement. That is certainly not the way to address our fellow partners in PR," he said and declined to elaborate further.

The PKR leader said the party will issue a statement on Zahrain's criticisms against Lim, but coalition insiders believe Anwar might not take action after having failed to admonish his fellow Penangite last year.Anwar has also been seen as soft on Zulkifli, who has ignored a party gag order by continuing to make comments on the "Allah" issue. Toyota suspends sales of 8 models in recall

DETROIT, Jan 27 — Toyota Motor Corp said yesterday it will suspend sales of eight models involved in a recall announced last week for potentially faulty accelerator pedals.

Toyota also said it would halt production at plants in the United States and Canada in the first week of February.

In Tokyo shares of Toyota fell 2.7 per cent by midmorning today, compared with a 0.2 per cent fall in the Nikkei average.

"The recall itself won't be a big problem for Toyota's earnings, but suspending production and sales could have a big impact depending on how long it lasts," said Koji Endo, an auto analyst at Advanced Research Japan.

The sales suspension and recall includes Toyota's top-selling vehicle in North America, the Camry, for model years since 2007.

Also included are the 2009-2010 model year RAV4, Corolla and Matrix, the 2008-2010 model year Sequoia, the 2007-2010 model year Tundra, the 2005-2010 model year Avalon and the 2010 model year Highlander.

Annual combined sales of these models are one million cars in North America, more than half of Toyota's annual sales there last year, according to Advance Research's Endo.

Toyota is suspending production of the models for the first week of February at plants in North America. The plants are located in Indiana, Texas, Kentucky, and in Ontario.

Bob Carter, Toyota US group vice-president, said the world's No.1 automaker is taking the actions to ensure safety and restore confidence in Toyota among consumers.

"This action is necessary until a remedy is finalised," Carter said in a statement. "We're making every effort to address this situation for our customers as quickly as possible."

Toyota said last week it would recall 2.3 million vehicles in the United States to fix potentially faulty accelerator pedals, its second massive recall in four months in the US. — Reuters

Toyota said the defective pedal was not used in any of its cars in Japan, Australia and Asia excluding China.

More visits, more deliveries

Posted: 30 Jan 2010 04:38 AM PST

As mentioned in my previous posting, I intended to deliver groceries to Sofie's family today. So right after my pasar tani routine this morning, and after cooking lunch for my mother, off I went to the minimarket which had been selected by the charity club to supply groceries worth RM300 a month per family to 2 of the poor families I'm dealing with.

Earlier this week when I went to get the groceries for Lin, I went on a weekday, so I took all the stuff in the afternoon and delivered them straight away. I had told the minimarket owner that I'd be coming again on Saturday to collect the stuff for the other family, but apparently they thought I'd be coming in the afternoon, so when I got there about 10 am, the stuff weren't ready yet. Well, I didn't tell them exactly what time I was coming, but I did ask what time they open in the morning on Saturdays, so I can't say they were totally clueless. But never mind, not one who likes to make a fuss of such things, I told them I'd wait for them to get the things ready.

The things were ready within half an hour, after which off I headed to Sofie's house, avoiding every road possibly affected by the Thaipusam procession.

Ika and Saiful were playing outside their house when I got there.

"Dah mandi belum?" I asked.

"Belum", said Ika, smiling. It was about 11.30 am by then.

Sofie was inside, grumbling while tidying up the mess her children made. When she was bed-ridden, all 4 children were very helpful in keeping the house neat and tidy. Now the good news is Sofie does seem to be better (ie can clean up, can cook etc but still tires easily) but the bad news is, the children seem to be getting lazier now that they have their mother taking care of their needs.

Well, Along & Angah were not home, so I couldn't give them a piece of my mind, but I took the opportunity to remind Ika and Saiful not to take things for granted.

Sofie admitted that it was probably her fault. When her ex-hubby was still staying with them, she took care of every single need without training the kids to help out with at least some of the house chores. Then when her husband left, and she got bed-ridden, the children somehow, due to their concern for their mother's well being, took the effort to help out with the household chores. But now that they see their mother getting a bit better, they're taking for granted that it would be just like old times.

I can understand they just want to be kids, but they must also understand that their mother is not fully recovered. Heck, even some well to do families with healthy parents train their children to do at least some of the household chores! Cannotlah manja lebih-lebih!

Anyway, after visiting Sofie's family, I headed to Wani's house, which is in the same town, but further in. Wani had sent me a text message earlier to tell that she had paid for her children's school fees etc, and that she'd send me the receipts the next time she comes to Ipoh. Since I was already in town, I figured I might as well get the receipts from her to enable me to reimburse her as both her children are under our Sponsorship program. I sent her a text message earlier informing her that I might be coming today but when I got to her house, I found out that she had lost her handphone and did not get my message. The receipts are still with the children's teachers. So I told Wani to post the receipts to Buddies centre when she gets them.

Wani's eldest boy has hearing problems (he now uses hearing aid), and goes to a special class in his school. The fees for students of this special class are higher than that of other students.

After Wani's house, I headed back to Ipoh, but not straight home. Remember in my previous posting I said I'd buy a bicycle for Rosnah's daughter on Thursday, leave it at our centre and get it back on Sunday to be delivered to Rosnah? Well, I did go to the bicycle shop on Thursday, but since the shop owner said they do open on Thaipusam, I figured rather than having to get the bicycle out of my car, leave it at the centre, and putting it back in on Sunday, I might as well get the bicycle from the shop today so I don't have to get it out of the car until I reach Rosnah's house.

So yep, I just paid a small deposit and told the taukeh I'd come to get the bicycle on Saturday ie today. And so, after coming back from today's house visits, I straight away headed to the bicycle shop and had the guy putting the bicycle into my car. All I have to do is to get the bicycle out of my car just once - when I get to Rosnah's house tomorrow morning.

On my way to the shop, I saw a Perdana, also carrying a bicycle, but with one of the tyres sticking out of the boot, and the boot having to be tied with a rope to keep the cover down.

Right now this is what the inside of my Kenari looks like...

Hah! Kecik-kecik Kenari aku pun, sekurang-kurangnya sekadar nak angkut basikal, masih boleh tutup & kunci semua pintu! (tapi kalau ada extra passenger nak menumpang, dok lah mencangkung sebelah basikal tu...)

Tersebar Juga Gambar Aduka

Tuhan menyayangimu lantas direncanakan kesilapan untukmu.

GB lagi lama dah merasa kena kutuk.

Stageless S'gor gov't a sensation at Thaipusam

Posted: 30 Jan 2010 12:04 AM PST

A major religious event attracts attention for all the wrong reasons as both sides of the political divide continue with their shenanigans.

The Star Online reported 'Najib: Vital to mutually respect the religious beliefs of one another'. Najib preached 'respect' but did he FIRST respect his fellow politicians of opposing belief?

Umno-led BN could not even respect the PR state government when the latter built a stage for the event, only to be forcefully dismantled by the police. The PR state leaders had to make do with a makeshift stage attached to a Selayang Municipal Council truck.

Organising exco, Xavier Jayakumar told Malaysiakini that the disruptions cost the state at least RM120,000, excluding payments to be made to pop stars from India whose appearance had to be cancelled.

This is just a simply crap post writeup. Today is Saturday and I want to wish you all Happy Thaipusam. It's a very happenings day here in Penang and all the Indian comes out to party on the street. I like festival, I like happenings and I like my hometown, Penang.

Though, traffic jam will be everywhere and I need to take the longest route to go to any place to prevent passing by Jalan Utama and Jalan Dato Keramat where the Thaipusam possession is held.

DSC04027 by nicholaschan.
ITP school of engineering so hidden in Victoria Street. First time knowing that there's a school here.

Back to crap post, one fine day, I took the Sony T200 out instead of the Canon 400D, it's tiny and sleek, but the quality is still far not to par with the DSLR, very suck for low light, yet still it's fun to shoot. I like shooting it in 16:9 format, wide screen is nice. Although I still can crop my photos taken with DSLR to 16:9, but still I kinda lazy some times.

DSC04028 by nicholaschan.

So, the reason of going to town was helping dad to do stuff like cheque deposit and collect stuff from the post office. He drives and I work it out.

I don't ride motorbike. Do you?

DSC04038 by nicholaschan.

Went to the Poslaju office to collect a parcel for dad, and he thought it's something important, but turn out to be 4 RM10 Padini voucher, yet still pretty cool, I can go shopping already! It's some reward scheme by the credit card company.

DSC04041 by nicholaschan.

After that passed by Little India and saw a lot of Indians at there doing their business. If you wind down your window when passing this place, you can hear a lot of free bollywood music. Kinda cool. =D

At this moment, I am sitting in front of the computer, writing blog on one hand, and the TV behind me is playing Leverage latest episode. Do you watch Leverage? =D Enjoy. Gonna plan where to go later already. Chao! Happy Thaipusam once again!
