Masa Depan PAS Bersama Pakatan Rakyat Bentuk Malaysia Baru

Masa Depan PAS Bersama Pakatan Rakyat Bentuk Malaysia Baru

Masa Depan PAS Bersama Pakatan Rakyat Bentuk Malaysia Baru

Posted: 09 Jun 2010 10:31 AM PDT

"Melayu ajar Melayu sahaja.

"Bila kami masuk BN, PAS Kelantan jadi empat. Bila Umno rasa gagah, tendang kami. ini Umno," katanya.

"Sekarang ini pilihan raya umum ke-12, (selepas) lima buah negeri jatuh, dia minta PAS masuk balik. Saya kata 'i know who are you', penipu kamu... tidak boleh," katanya.

Bagaimanapun tegas Nik Aziz, keputusan menolak menyertai kerajaan perpaduan bukan keputusan beliau seorang semata-mata.

"Tapi kita lawan hujah lah.

Nik Aziz juga menegaskan, Eropah bukan ajaran agama Nabi Muhammad S.A.W.

say no to the ugly tilting arches

Posted: 09 Jun 2010 10:16 AM PDT

this is about the arches at the botanical gardens, penang.

received this from the sembang-sembang google group:

The Ministry of Tourism is conducting a survey on the 2 huge controversial arches at the entrance to the Penang Botanic Gardens. Established in 1884, the Garden is the only Botanic Gardens in this country, beloved to the people of Penang and visitors,  and currently being mismanaged and abused with inappropriate and massive development projects.

The arches have become symbolic of this mismanagement. Please vote NO and show your displeasure to the Ministry and the State so that the situation may be addressed and hopefully improved.

Please visit the Ministry of Tourism website and take the survey. The survey is right on the main page as you open the site.

Please take note that the question is 'Should the arches be RETAINED?'  I hope you agree that the answer should clearly be NO.

The Unproductive Blogger

Posted: 09 Jun 2010 09:39 AM PDT

I am going through what appears to be the most unproductive phase of my blogging life. The laptop getting a replacement motherboard and possible a replacement hard disk drive as well at the Dell service centre for one week is one of the causes but by no means the major one. I simply did not have the urge to blog.

Wuan and I have been cooking up a storm on weekends, meals for two, well, that is still a storm to us, albeit in a cooking pot. My days have been a hive of activity lately which makes a lot of interesting things to write about. However, I just could not translate thoughts into words in a coherent manner.

Anyway, the laptop is coming back later today. There will be applications to install, usernames and passwords to remember, and personalising the system to my preferences again. That alone may take a few days. Hopefully, in between that, I can rediscover my blogging mojos again. There is so much that I want to put into words.

DOES PARLIAMENT NEED A NEW BUILDING?

Posted: 09 Jun 2010 08:16 AM PDT

At a time when the nation is struggling with its 'book-keeping', talks of relocating the Parliament House to Putra Jaya is abuzz that will cost the government an estimated RM800 million. At least Khairy Jamaludin is sensible enough to break ranks, and to disagree with the proposal which he says the money can be used for more beneficial purposes; I suppose that to mean people oriented purposes.

It puzzles me to hear the millions to be used, with zeroes keeps adding at every new project. Where on earth do we get the money now, and from what I gather from friends working in the various ministries, their operating expenditure has been drastically curtailed? I was told by a school teacher recently that even duplicating papers are running short with some teachers having to buy papers from their own pocket. Schools with a filthy rich PIBG will have no problem of course, but is this the responsibility of PIBG?

The existing Parliament House is a historical landmark with its fine and well manicured garden that is prominently perched on a hill overlooking the city and with lots of greenery around it. It also proudly displays its deer stock that roams freely within an enclosed compound. What is wrong if the parliament building is renovated to accommodate a larger gallery to cater for an anticipated increase in the number of MPs? All these renovation works will not take up RM800 million. And my other concern is the fondness of the government to change something that is working well, and several millions have been used up for major renovations works over the last few years; of course not forgetting for the leaking episode. And does building a new Parliament House got anything to do with this country being a developed nation by 2020?

Rather than move Parliament House, why not think of moving Mindef to Putra Jaya instead, and the present complex be taken up entirely by the Armed Forces, thus giving some breathing space for the Armed Forces. At the present moment the complex is not Mindef per se, but it is also the HQ of the Army, Navy, Air Force and the Joint Force HQ. And surely this will not take up RM800 million……….see you have some savings here.

I would like to suggest that given the tight financial constraint of the nation, let's stop taking about grandeur projects for a moment. Think of creating smaller projects where more medium and small scale contractors can participate directly without having to take on sub contract works from the much larger contractors. More importantly, the project has a direct impact on the ordinary people.

I am told that the larger and costlier the project, the better it is for some because these super rich contractors being small in numbers, has a better chance of getting such contracts. It is the medium and small scale contractors who will be placed at the mercy of the super rich contractors.

And as I had mentioned earlier, it is the construction industry that is the most corrupt industry in this country. I just do not know how much of the RM800 million will go to grease the pockets of corrupt officials.

Etnisiti, Kewarganegaraan, dan Nation

Posted: 08 Jun 2010 10:30 PM PDT

Ruhanie Ahmad

Malaysia negara majmuk.

[Saya menyepikan diri selama enam bulan kerana misi peribadi. Jutaan maaf saya pinta daripada seluruh pengunjung].

Faris, Fakhry settle Bentley issue

Posted: 09 Jun 2010 07:17 AM PDT

Sultan Kelantan princes Tengku Muhammad Fariz (right pic) and Tengku Muhammad Fakhry Petra finally showed their spirit of family and brotherhood when both agreed to settle the tussle over a Bentley luxury car used by their father.

Fakhry, who is Tengku Temenggong had earlier today withdrew his lawsuit against his eldest brother on the wishes of the Sultan, who will determine who should have the car later on (read here).

He filed a lawsuit against Faris in September 2009 to seek a High Court declaration that he had the right to use a Bentley Brooklands car worth 1.6 million ringgit ($480,000).

Fakhry alleged he had paid for the car in 2008 for his own and his father's use, even though the sultan was registered as the official owner. In July, representatives of Faris took away the car while Fakhry was abroad and refused to return it to him.

Faris, however, didnt explain why he took away the car.

Fakhry managed to use the car recently and has no objections if his brother also wants to use it.

PDRM Diresapi Agen Zionis, UMNO Tetap Guna APCO

Posted: 09 Jun 2010 05:34 AM PDT

-SK

TRANSIT comments on the proposed MRT plans

Posted: 08 Jun 2010 09:36 PM PDT

TRANSIT noted with great interest the recent proposals for as many as 3 MRT lines in the Klang Valley as well as the return of the proposal for a high-speed rail link between KL and Singapore.

The proposals are timely given the upcoming 10th Malaysia Plan and the recent power shift and attempts to consolidate political power in a certain BN-component party. Not to mention, a construction & engineering sector that is frustrated by the lack of megaprojects (including the delays to the LRT extension projects).

Unfortunately, there is a lot of information to go through, so TRANSIT will only be able to give a quick, short-term analysis of the various stories that have been published in such a short time. We will go into the longer-term implications soon.

Key Details:

  • Cost of more than RM30 billion (possibly RM50 billion);
  • At least 2 or 3 "MRT" lines – Sg. Buloh to Kajang, Sg. Buloh to Serdang, and a loop line serving the KL Central Business District;
  • The proposal, coming from the MMC-Gamuda joint venture, is unsolicited – other companies may be invited to bid for the project if it is approved;
  • The Prime Minister is "positive" on the proposal.

The first set of articles is from the Edge Financial Daily, which published the story on 7 June 2010.

KL to have MRT system, say sources (The Edge)
By Au Foong Yee
Monday, 07 June 2010

The city's infrastructure, a subject of increasing criticism, is likely to be boosted by a new mass rapid transit (MRT) system that could be put into place soon to complement the role of the monorail and LRT systems.

Sources said the government was in the final stage of considering the MRT project, believed to be planned for within the confines of the city which was experiencing growing traffic congestion.

The names of at least two industry players have been bandied about for the MRT project — Gamuda Bhd and MMC Corporation Bhd.

Sources said the two were being considered to jointly undertake the MRT job, or a section of it, due to their expertise and track record for the design and construction of the multiple awards-winning SMART Tunnel.

Lending credence to the possibility of a new MRT system for KL is that at least one developer in KL city, sources said, had been told to redesign its upcoming billion ringgit mixed-development project to incorporate an MRT station.

Meanwhile, it is not immediately known if the earlier proposed extensions to the LRT lines would unfold as intended.

The KL monorail has been designed to complement and interface with KL's existing and planned urban transportation systems. The LRT, meanwhile, radiates into the suburbs.

Introducing an MRT would not only alleviate KL's traffic congestion, rendering the city attractive to work and live in, but also enhances real estate values in areas that will stand to benefit, both directly and indirectly.

LRT, MRT, what's next? Bullet Train? (The Edge)
By OSK Research
Monday, 07 June 2010

THE BUZZ
The Edge reported today that Kuala Lumpur could have its own Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) system, which would serve to complement the monorail and Light Rail Transit (LRT). Sources claimed that the Govt is in the final stages of evaluating the project. At least 2 industry players have been indentified for the job, namely Gamuda and MMC Corp.

OUR TAKE
Less talk and more action, please. We find this piece of news rather surprising considering that the much talked about RM7bn LRT extension has yet to kick off. How is the proposed MRT going to complement the LRT when plans for its extension have yet to be finalized? For example, we understand that the Ampang line's alignment may be altered as some "well connected" developers have been lobbying for the route to pass through their developments.

Also, the proposed new Kota D'sara-Cheras line, which is supposedly to pass through Kuala Lumpur city centre, has not even been concluded. We do not expect the proposed MRT job to kick off anytime soon, if at all.

The "what if" question. Should the proposed MRT be implemented, we think that it is likely to be an underground circle line within Kuala Lumpur city centre. The existing LRT lines will serve as feeders into the circle line. Players such as Gamuda and MMC stand a good participating chance here if this proposal is implemented. Recall that the Gamuda-MMC JV constructed the underground 4km SMART Tunnel. Also, Gamuda was previously involved in the construction of the Kaohsiung MRT in Taiwan.

Turning cautious. We are turning cautious on the sector. In our view, the bulls of there being more positive news flow could be offset by the bears in the form of tightening Government coffers, implementation delays and spiraling material costs. As such, we are altering our sector rating from Overweight to UNDER REVIEW, with a downside bias. There are no changes to our estimates and calls for Gamuda (NEUTRAL, TP: RM2.75) and MMC (TRADING BUY, TP: RM2.54).

The second article is from the Malaysian Insider, which responded to the proposed MRT as well as a high-speed rail link proposal between KL and Singapore.

Putrajaya mulls multi-billion rail deals (The Malaysian Insider)

KUALA LUMPUR, June 8 — The Najib administration is considering proposals costing nearly RM50 billion on two rail projects to improve public transportation in the Klang Valley and for a high-speed rail link to Singapore, say government officials familiar with the deals.

On the table is a proposal from a MMC Corporation Bhd and Gamuda Bhd joint venture to construct a new mass rapid transit (MRT) system with a price tag of at least RM35 billion.

The other proposal for a high-speed rail link connecting KL and Singapore is from a Barisan Nasional (BN) component party to form a special purpose vehicle with capital from some of its other partners in the ruling coalition.

The Malaysian Insider understands that Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak is "positive" on the proposals.

[TRANSIT: Of course he would be 'positive' given the enormous potential for economic gain from these projects.]

"But no final decision has been made yet," a source said.

The KL-Singapore link proposal could cost between RM8 billion and RM10 billion, similar to a 2006 bid by YTL Corporation Berhad which owns a 50 per cent stake of the Express Rail Link between KL Sentral and KL International Airport.

But the lion's share would be for the MRT project which could take up to ten years to complete. It remains unclear if the new MRT line would replace or be in addition to the proposed Kota Damansara-Cheras line.

It is understood that MMC-Gamuda had made an unsolicited offer to build and design the MRT system. The Edge Daily yesterday reported both firms are bidding separately but government officials say both made a joint bid.

As a result the government is considering the use of a "Swiss Challenge" philosophy to tender the project out with MMC-Gamuda maintaining an advantage in being awarded the contract.

A Swiss Challenge is a form of public procurement in usually less-developed countries whereby public authorities receiving an unsolicited bid for a project invites third parties to match or exceed it.

The public authority would also usually give the original proponent an advantage in a competitive bidding process.

Using this principle, competitive bids would have to substantially lower or more cost effective to defeat any proposal from MMC-Gamuda.

A source familiar with the MMC-Gamuda proposal told The Malaysian Insider that MMC-Gamuda appeared to have gained an unusual advantage with its unsolicited bid because of the Swiss Challenge philosophy.

This was because the joint venture would only be involved in the "design-build" phase as contractors and would undertake almost no risk. Syarikat Prasarana Negara Berhad, the national infrastructure company, would ultimately own and operate the MRT line.

[TRANSIT: Sounds like a risk for the National Infrastructure Company instead - a company that may ultimately have to be bailed out by taxpayers in the event of a significant loss on the MRT project.]

The huge price tag of "at least RM35 billion" for the MRT system could also rise further because it is understood that a major portion of the system would be underground.

Some underground sections of the new line being proposed would be constructed near or parallel to the existing underground sections of the Kelana Jaya Light Rail Transit (LRT) line.

But the new line would be underneath the LRT subway, escalating cost further.

[TRANSIT: Eeek]

The Malaysian Insider also understands that a BN component party that put forward its proposal to Najib to revive the KL-Singapore high-speed project had received favourable response.

Under the proposal, the BN party's investment arm would set up a new joint venture with capital contributions from a number of other BN parties to undertake the construction of the bullet-train type service.

YTL Corporation had been an original proponent of a bullet-train service which it said it would build for RM8 billion. It had then proposed cutting down travelling time to 90 minutes between KL and the island state.

But the YTL proposal, mooted soon after it had completed the KLIA Express Rail Link (ERL), had been put off by the government in 2008 due to the high costs involved.

It is understood that the new proposal by the BN component party is being looked at positively because of improved bilateral ties with Singapore and the possibility of a third bridge being built across the Causeway.

RM30b MRT plan

2010/06/08
By Kang Siew Li and Jeeva Arulampalam
news@nst.com.my

KUALA LUMPUR: A special task force has been set up within the Cabinet Committee on Public Transport to study a proposal for a new three-line mass rapid transit (MRT) system costing more than RM30 billion.

Sources told the New Straits Times that Gamuda Bhd and MMC Corp Bhd had submitted a joint proposal to the government for a new MRT system to improve public transport in the Klang Valley.

While it aims to integrate the monorail and light rail transit (LRT) systems, the MRT lines will also connect the northwest and southeast of the Klang Valley.

The committee is chaired by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak.

It is understood that one of the lines will run through Sungai Buloh, Kota Damansara, Kuala Lumpur and Cheras until Kajang. Another line will connect Sungai Buloh, Kepong, Kuala Lumpur and Serdang. The third line will loop around Kuala Lumpur's central business district, providing a link between the monorail and LRT services.

[TRANSIT: We have not seen the 'official' proposal but we think we know what they are talking about. See the proposal from Fikir Runding, posted below.]

It is believed that Malaysian Resources Corp Bhd may have to redesign an upcoming development to facilitate this MRT line.
[TRANSIT: This may be the NU Sentral project at KL Sentral - or it may not be.]

"The MRT lines will be mostly underground with stops every 500m to 1km in high-traffic areas like the Golden Triangle in Kuala Lumpur. The concept is similar to the MRT systems in Hong Kong and Singapore," said a source.

Although the original proposal was submitted by Gamuda and MMC Corp, the project will be open to bidding.

"Instead of direct negotiations, what is being suggested is a variant of competitive bidding. This means the project is open to competitive bidding by third parties but Gamuda and MMC Corp have the option to outbid the best bid," sources said. Because of the project size, it may take as long as 10 years to be completed.

When contacted yesterday, Gamuda, which was involved in the construction of the Kaohsiung Metropolitan MRT in Taiwan, declined to comment. The local MRT project will not be the first collaboration between MMC Corp and Gamuda.

Both are working on the electrified double-tracking project between Ipoh and Padang Besar. They also built the underground SMART tunnel here.

Research houses do not expect the MRT project to kick off soon even if it gets the go-ahead as the LRT extension project has not been awarded yet.

"In addition, there has been no news on the new LRT line as the focus is on getting the extension line project underway quickly," said Kenanga Research in a report issued yesterday.

This refers to the proposed new LRT line from Kota Damansara to Cheras.

The NST also published a quick set of comments on the LRT from various sources. Please note that some of the information provided was a bit inaccurate – but we include the articles for information purposes:

TRANSIT Says

We "heard it all before, heard it all before, heard it all before…."

It has also been discussed before – check out this discussion forum (for example)

See a larger version of the above image here.

The proposals for an MRT system and KL-Singapore high speed rail link came as a minor surprise to us – but we at TRANSIT were expecting some big news to be made.

Anytime there is a political shift or a megaproject to be announced, you can expect the media and the construction industry to jump up and take as many chances as possible to get attention.

Unfortunately, the reality is that these projects are quite far down the list of "realistic possibilities" with the exception (perhaps) of the Kota Damansara – Cheras LRT line.

Before any investment is made in public transport, there must be projected numbers of passengers that justify the cost of construction & operations.

Has anyone seen or heard of any such numbers that justify the construction of an MRT? Do all the people cheering for public transport realize that an MRT station needs 40,000 passengers passing through per day in order to be financially viable – otherwise it will lose money.

Despite all the announcements and the promises, we have not even seen any inkling of improvements in the capacity of the mass-transit network in the Klang Valley.

The LRT extensions are seeing strong objections because Prasarana seems to have decided that they can 'railroad' the LRT through the objections rather than planning in a careful & cost-effective manner. They may underestimate the strength of these people, who are frustrated by a lack of communications & consultations during the early stages of planning.

At the same time, the plans are also facing delays because developers are trying to get the LRT to come to their areas, without intending to cover any of the extension costs. A good example of this is Sunway, which is trying hard to get an LRT extension to the area.

Overall, the same problems will continue to befall public transport – a lack of honest & open consultation, unclear and incomplete planning, too much 'contribution' by the private sector, and too much of "NATO" (or "No Action, Talk Only").

Will we see these lines in our future? It is possible, but not in the manner proposed. The LRT from Kota Damansara – Cheras will likely be built, but hopefully it will pass through Jalan Parlimen rather than Brickfields. The Sg. Buloh-Serdang line may be built in another form, and the circle line may end up as a monorail serving the west side of KL between KL Sentral and Titiwangsa.

TRANSIT invites your feedback on the proposed MRT lines and the KL-Singapore High Speed Rail project. Please comment in the space below or email us at klangvalley.transit@gmail.com.

Thank you!

Umno-BN Hanya Berpura-pura Kutuk Rejim Zionis Israel

Posted: 09 Jun 2010 03:56 AM PDT

-SK

FOR CRYING OUT LOUD, WHAT MOTION?

Posted: 09 Jun 2010 02:49 AM PDT

By the time I finished reading THIS ARTICLE in Malaysiakini and the comments therein, I was fuming mad. It said that the famous Kinabatanan MP Bung Mokhtar filed a motion under Standing Order 26(1)(P) to investigate the pandemonium that erupted in the Senate Lounge in Parliament today.

According to the report, opposition MPs were hosting a round table discussion on the lack of government scholarships for non-bumiputera students when a heated argument broke out between opposition MPs and several BN MPs who entered the lounge, including Bung Mokhtar Radin.

Bung Mokhtar alleged that there were outsiders in the lounge and this could have jeopardised "the safety of MPs" whereas BN's Tangga Batu MP Idris Harun said he entered the lounge because he had heard participants cursing Umno and BN, and wanted to tell them that this was not appropriate. Thereafter, he said that some of the participants started shouting, telling him to leave and pushed him. Subsequently, Idris said that he retreated quietly as he was outnumbered.

There are a few issues at stake here.

Firstly, it is obvious that opposition MPs were doing their job as elected representative of the rakyat by hosting a round table discussion about the lack of government scholarships for non-bumiputera students. This is a serious problem that has plagued the nation for decades!

We all know that education standards have dropped so much that it is very easy to score straight A's in public examinations. Why can't the Education Ministry RAISE the bar so that it is tougher to score distinctions? It is meaningless for students to be star students and yet be unable to compete favorably at the international level. The current scenario makes a mockery of examinations. To exacerbate the situation, instead of raising the bar, the MOE has introduced the ridiculous A* system.

With the ease in scoring, surely there are MORE non-bumiputera students who would work as diligently as they can in order to secure a scholarship. In sharp contrast, we all know that some Malaysians have an easier path to attain educational qualifications.

Is it too much to ask for the government to take serious steps to:

a) arrest the brain drain of our country by providing more scholarships to deserving non-bumiputera students who have excelled in public examinations? Such scholarships are investments in the human resources of the country which can ensure that the quality of labour is being upgraded for the future.

Yet, most pathetically, the authorities choose to turn a blind eye to the pleas and it is almost as though they are pleased that the non-bumiputera students are leaving in droves to neighbouring countries on scholarships. Don't they realize that Malaysia has lost FAR TOO MUCH to the benefit of other countries who have lured our star pupils to their country? No wonder Singapore has grown many times faster and better than Malaysia. They value our star pupils and offer them what our leaders do not seem to want to consider!

b) The authorities have said that there aren't enough scholarships. Well, just as they can with the click of a mouse or the flick of a signature make policy changes, why can't they be fair and heed the request of the people? These young students worked for their results and it is only fair and right that the government invests in these youth rather than spend millions on bridges, submarines, buildings and other unnecessary expenditure. This is ONE expenditure that will pay dividends in MANY areas!!! Is it too much to ask for the government has to provide scholarships to these brilliant students? It's a drop in the ocean compared to the obscene amount spent on other unnecessary projects such. All these students are going to be the brains needed for a country that is going to compete globally. Doesn't the country want our rakyat to progress? Doesn't the government want to show the rakyat that they put the people first? Talk is easy. We want to see real action!

c) If indeed there were outsiders in the lounge:

* how did they get past the security guards in the first place?
* who were they and what evidence can Bung Mokhtar provide that there were actually outsiders there?
* how could these characters have jeopadized the safety of MPs? What did they do?

d) Who picked the fight first? The photograph in Malaysiakini shows the blazing eyes of certain characters. I wonder who were the real aggressors.

An update by Malaysiakini reported that:

DAP Vice-chairperson M Kulasegaran told reporters later that the discussion was going on when Idris and Bung barged in and disrupted the meeting.

"Parliament is the place for the people to come and articulate their cause. It should be accessible to the public," he said adding that the two MPs were neither invited nor welcomed.

Padang Serai MP N Gobalakrishnan concurred and explained that Kulasegaran had earlier obtained permission from the parliamentary affairs office to conduct the discussion.

"This is a private meeting and Parliament had sanctioned it," he said.

Opposition leaders who attended the roundtable discussion were Puchong MP Gobind Singh Deo, former Perak menteri besar and Bukit Gantang MP Nizar Jamaluddin, Sungkai state assemblyperson A Sivanesan, Kapar MP S Manickavasagam, Sungai Siput MP Xavier Jeyakumar, Bukit Mertajam MP Chong Eng, Teluk Intan MP M Manogaran and Rasah MP Anthony Loke.

One of the NGO participants, Federation of Malaysian Indian Organisations President A Rajaretinam said the lack of government scholarships for non-bumiputera students was a 'violation of democratic rights'.

"Last year there were about 10,000 students with SPM 8As and above. Overall, there are about 10,000 scholarships offered by government and corporations. So it should be enough for all the top students," he explained.

However, he added, the current system was such where some students were offered more than one option while some others were totally snubbed.

Of all persons, it was the infamous Bung Mokhtar who filed the motion.

Can a person who has broken the law himself and done things to hurt those in his family have the moral standing to make statements or file motions or express concerns for the safety of other MPs???? Worse still, consider the manner in which the two barged in and disrupted the meeting.

For crying out loud, one should observe law and order and not be a gate-crasher at a meeting. One should get things right in one's own house before trying to be a busybody in other matters in the House of Representatives!!!!

So what motion are we talking about? Someone should go back to the backwoods where he belongs and pass his own motion there!!!!!

Apabila Peranan Blogger Tidak Dihargai..

Posted: 09 Jun 2010 01:10 AM PDT

Isnin lalu, Utusan Malaysia melaporkan bahawa Pengarah Muktamar, Datuk Takiyuddin Hassan membenarkan akhbar pro kerajaan untuk membuat liputan tentang muktamar PAS.

-harakahdaily

Si Rambut Mop

Posted: 09 Jun 2010 12:49 AM PDT

The contractors are working on final touch ups at the house.Last night we have already moved several boxes, loads of clothing and a small couch all by ourselves and stuff them in the store under the stairs. Today they are double checking if there are leakages on the pipes, cleaning our floors and polishing my sinks.

Although the house is already clean but my floors are still dull despite being mopped several times. I believe all my broken marble needs is a special kind of polishing mop. Right?

It is okay, fret not! Miki can do it for Mummy. WITH HIS HAIR! hahaha!

Haha! Just kidding! Miki was goofing around in the empty rooms, he ran about, hop about, guling-guling, golek-golek, tonggeng-tonggeng all over the place.

Miki o Miki, our tiny little boy, our huge gigantic source of joy and laughter… Mummy loves you Miki!  :)

Bendera Israel berkibar di Malaysia?

Posted: 09 Jun 2010 12:28 AM PDT

BENAR seperti kata negarawan ulung, Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad, kita mudah lupa. Ingat lagi semasa Gaza diserang bertalu-talu, seluruh rakyat Malaysia, terutamanya orang Islam bagai nak gila. Demonstrasi sana-sini.

(From historic beginnings in 1945 as a carrier of immigrants from war-torn Europe to the nascent state of Israel, ZIM has become one of the world's largest shipping companies with operations throughout the world.)
