RCI on a porno video????

RCI on a porno video????

RCI on a porno video????

Posted: 07 Apr 2011 10:17 AM PDT

don't let the world laugh at us, nazri!

i can't believe my eyes when i read that the de facto minister proposed a RCI on the sex video and said the proposal will be tabled at the cabinet today. of all things… why the sex video? why sex? why something not important?  what… the cabinet has nothing better to do than to worry about a porno movie, porn that was done to discredit someone else?

in the first place the sex video expose, the way it was done was illegally wrong… so why wasn't datuk T arrested? then why of all a sudden after wan azizah, anwar's wife, came out in public to deny the man in the video was anwar, nazri suddenly called for a RCI.? who is a better person to identify her own husband than a wife?

why a RCI on something so irrelevant… so unimportant. as i said, first of all, it was wrong of datuk T to screen the video in public. let's go further than that… obviously someone made this movie… and that too was wrong. is the cabinet supporting illegal AND immoral stuff then if it wants a RCI?

phew! i'm really lost at words heard that nazri called for a RCI on the sex video… but wait, i near passed out when heard that the PM supported him! OMIGAWD! YA ALLAH HELP OUR COUNTRY!!

there are so many other far much more million times relevant and important issues that an RCI is necessary than the sex video!! e.g. anwar was right to say, what about an RCI on the altantuya case? oh of course we know that won't happen since the PM himself is embroiled in it. then what about an RCI on MACC? we recently heard the second death in the MACC building. what in the world is happening? what did MACC do? how did the interrogate suspects? did they torture suspects? what they do so much that made people suddenly have the urge to 'fall'  to their death while in  their building.  an RCI can investigate the workings of MACC.

oh boy, oh boy, what in the world is happening to our country these days. the alkitab issue, the sex video issue, 2nd death at MACC……… i cry for our country.

Rakan sekerja Sarbani syak berlaku unsur khianat

Suaram: Kematian Sarbani desak Putrajaya segera tubuh IPCC

KUALA LUMPUR, 7 April – Kematian kedua individu disiasat SPRM semalam mendesak keperluan rakyat agar menggesa kerajaan menubuhkan segera Suruhanjaya Bebas Aduan Polis (IPCC), kata Suaram hari ini.

Video Seks: Najib Nak Sangat Tubuh Suruhanjaya, Silakan!

Posted: 07 Apr 2011 08:07 AM PDT

Pembangkang Tidak Konsisten Menolak Cadangan Penubuhan Suruhanjaya - PM

Tetapi kerana kita merasakan ianya satu pemaziran wang rakyat.

Friends suspect foul play in Customs officer's death....

Posted: 07 Apr 2011 04:00 AM PDT

NONEThe mystery surrounding Ahmad Sarbani Mohamed's death at the Kuala Lumpur Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission headquarters is certain to be debated continuously in the coming days. However, friends close to him believe foul play is involved.A colleague of Ahmad Sarbani, who declined to be named, said he and the deceased had worked together in Port Klang.

"They (MACC) had accused him of being on the take, but we know the truth. He was the cleanest officer and a well-liked person by all staff.

"We know who really is on the take and who is not and Ahmad Sarbani (left) was certainly not," the colleague said. The person claimed that the MACC had forced the senior Customs officer to admit to being involved in allegations of wrongdoing by threatening to put him to jail.

"They showed prison clothes to him (during the MACC interrogation) and threatened him "Hence, he was forced to admit," he said. However, after Ahmad Sarbani had related what transpired to his friends, they advised him against admitting to anything, since he had done no wrong.

Determined to let truth out

"He was determined to retract what he had said by taking the relevant documents to the MACC yesterday - but this (his death) was what happened.

"I am telling you this to maintain the deceased's honour and dignity, which have been tarnished by such reports and statements.

NONE"He cannot speak for himself as the dead do not rise. We cannot go to our department to find justice as its officers are facing allegations.

"Hence, I am letting you know this so the truth will be out," he said. The man said he could not reveal his identity for fear of repercussions, insisting that he wanted to set the record straight as he did not want Ahmad Sarbani's maruah (honour) to be tarnished.

The person said he knew this as he had been close to Ahmad Sarbani and knew he "was not on the take". Which assistant director (Ahmad Sarbani), he asked, would commute to work by motorcycle daily?

"He had a car, but was willing to do so as what he earned clearly came from his pay cheque," he said.

Scheduled to perform Haj.

The man said it was illogical for Ahmad Sarbani to commit suicide as some had claimed, as the late officer had confided to him that he wanted to perform the haj this year. Suicide is seen by Muslims as a heinous sin, and one who committed suicide would be condemned to the worst of God's punishments.

NONE"He (Ahmad Sarbani) had made arrangements to go with his wife and parents on a package arranged by an ustaz," he said.

"Why would he resort to this (suicide) when such arrangements (for the haj) had been made? He is not that kind of person."

Another colleague, who also spoke on condition of anonymity, said he could not believe what the newspapers had reported on the manner of Ahmad Sarbani's death.

"We all do not trust newspapers anymore and the MACC's statements, as we knew Ahmad Sarbani well," the two colleagues said.

NONEHe was soft spoken, good hearted, not ill-tempered and was respected by staff and forwarding agents.

"He was sincere, clean and hardworking and all of us do not believe this graft allegation. "Why would he go there to the MACC, unless summoned to do so?" they asked. "This defies logic."

They said besides friends and relatives, many who worked with Ahmad Sarbani were still in shock over what had happened and that they did not trust the MACC after what had happened to Teoh Beng Hock.

Big fish still roaming free

Teoh, a witness in a Selangor MACC investigation into the misuse of unds by state elected representatives, was found dead after being held overnight on July 16, 2009. A female Customs officer said the MACC was only interested in catching small fish, not the "big fish who are still roaming free".

Another man who knew the deceased said he was upset over reports on the Ahmad Sarbani case as published by some Malay dailies.

"Some even printed the wrong picture and made unfounded allegations," he said.

NONEAhmad Sarbani was said to have gone to the MACC Kuala Lumpur office on Jalan Cochrane to meet an investigating officer.

He fell from the third floor of the four- storey building and landed on a badminton court still under construction.

Federal Territory police chief Zulkifli Abdullah said the case has been classified as "sudden death" and a special task force has been set up to investigate the death.

It is headed by Kuala Lumpur CID chief Ku Chin Wah.

What is the REAL Cost?

Posted: 07 Apr 2011 06:20 AM PDT

The Malaysian Insider Here reported:

Upkeep for the official residences of the prime minister, deputy prime minister and ministers in the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) cost RM3.4 million last year, Datuk Seri Nazri Aziz has said.

The government spent RM1.76 million running Seri Perdana, the prime minister's sprawling residence in Putrajaya, and RM1.59 million to maintain the deputy prime minister's Sri Satria residence.

Residences of the five ministers in the PMO cost RM60,000 to maintain during the same period.

"As a symbol of the institution of prime minister and progressive, modern government, it is fitting that the Seri Perdana complex be kept in tip-top condition to preserve the country's honour and image," Nazri said in his reply to Taiping MP Nga Kor Ming in the Dewan Rakyattoday.

The minister in the Prime Minister's Department also revealed the government spent RM4.4 million in 2010 to renovate Seri Perdana to make it fit for public visits.

Was it really RM 4.4 million spent on renovation in 2010?

In November last year, Harakah Daily reported HERE that:

Pokok Sena member of parliament Mahfuz Omar (pic) today took the government to task for allocating RM65 million for renovation of the Seri Perdana in Putrajaya.

"Why such high allocation is given to things which are not supposed to? In every budget, there is an allocation to renovate Prime Minister's residence.

"Every time a new Prime Minister takes over, a renovation takes place. What is actually broken? We would like to know the sort of renovation which requires such a big sum. Or is it that plates have been broken everytime they walked in?" he said in Dewan Rakyat.

Mahfuz reminded the government that the budget was for the people's welfare, and not for personal interest.

"Imagine RM65 million for the duration of two years. Next year, the cost of renovation is RM19.5 million. It means that a balance of RM45.5 million for 2012.

"That money can be used to help the needy," he stressed.

Seri Perdana, the sprawling complex completed 11 years ago at a cost of RM201 million at a time when the country faced its worst financial and political crisis, had undergone several renovations, including during the premiership of Abdullah Badawi.

Mariam Mokhtar questioned the logic of spending so much money on the renovation in her article on Intensive Care Vs Seri Perdana.

In November last year, MP Liew wrote an excellent article HERE about Seri Perdana's cost which EVERY MALAYSIAN MUST READ!!!

But it seems that common sense does not apply to the construction of Seri Perdana, the Prime Minister's official residence in Putrajaya.

There have been at least five versions of the construction cost. The earliest figure given by the government was in July 1998 when it was claimed that the "private quarters" of the home cost RM17 million.

It has since been revised upwards many times until we were told in 2003 that the entire structure cost RM201 million. Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Dato' Seri Nazri Abdul Aziz added a sixth version yesterday which makes the whole affair extremely problematic.

Work on Seri Perdana began in 1995 and was completed in mid-1999. The house was said to be haunted and the then Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad only moved in nearly a year after it was completed.

CLICK HERE to read the rest of the article.

Is there a necessity to spend so much money 'to make it fit for public visits?'

How many people go there everyday/year? If it is to be a self-supporting venture, they should charge the public an entrance fee. If Buckingham Palace can do that, why can't Malaysia?  Then the authorities concerned need not use the rakyat's money which should be used for the rakyat such as in the construction of low cost housing or medical facilities!

In another report HERE, you can see the difference between Kelantan MB Nik Aziz Nik Mat's house and that of Seri Perdana.

That report also states that "the annual rental paid to Putrajaya Holdings including maintenance amounted to RM6 million, while for the annual cost for the deputy prime minister's residence stood at RM4 million."

So what is the actual cost of maintaining the Seri Perdana? Is it justified?

At a time when the rakyat faces escalating living costs, the government MUST show the example by tightening belts. That is what most of us are doing to cope with inflation.

It is disgraceful that so much money can be spent when many folks are living in poverty, especially in East Malaysia.

Each time I read facts and figures in online sites, it makes my blood boil to see how money is being used so indiscriminately. Another example is how the government spent RM38 million on 1Malaysia activities. You can READ MORE HERE.

Dear Malaysians, it is absolutely vital that you vote wisely to ensure that you do not give the WRONG PERSONS opportunity to indulge in wasteful spending. The rakyat's money is hard earned money - paid in taxes to the government for national expenditure and public/social goods. It is not meant to be SQUANDERED.

WASTAGE OF PUBLIC FUNDS MUST BE PUT TO AN END!!! For more examples of public wastage, CLICK THIS LINK.

What is your response?

BN Gagal Jadikan Video Seks Modal Pilihanraya Di Sarawak

Posted: 07 Apr 2011 06:42 AM PDT

Rakyat Sarawak enggan tonton video seks 'Anwar'

Set up RCI on Altantuya first, then Port Dickson, Teoh Beng Hock, Sarbani!

Posted: 07 Apr 2011 08:23 AM PDT

Opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim today brushed aside calls for a royal commission of inquiry on his alleged sex tape, implying that it is just a waste of time.

In a brief interview before rushing off for a meeting in Shah Alam, Anwar said, "If they want to call, call lah. But before they do, first have an RCI on Altantuya, Port Dickson, Teoh Beng Hock and the Customs case."mongolian woman bombed altantuya 081106

Anwar was referring to several different cases including the gruesome murder of Mongolian model Altantuya Shaariibuu, which has raised countless questions on her alleged links with Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak and his wife Rosmah Mansor while 'Port Dickson' could be in reference to an alleged khalwat case in the 1990s involving an Umno leader who now holds a senior ministry.
Meanwhile, the Customs case  refers to the death of Selangor Customs assistant director Ahmad Sarbani Mohamed while in the custody of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission yesterday.

Yes, Malaysia has made a name for herself as the nation with the 5 most gruesome murders.

Chegubard pula 'dedah' isu video lucah KJ, isteri pemimpin

Sementara negara masih berhadapan polemik video seks didakwa melibatkan Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, bekas ahli Majlis Pimpinan Pusat PKR Badrul Hisham Shaharin pula muncul dengan "pendedahan" rakaman aksi seks Ketua Pemuda Umno Khairy Jamaluddin

Ulasan GB

What goes round turns around.

Muara Tuang: Peluang Pengundi Untuk Tegakkan Hak Dan Keadilan

-mk

Menurutnya, sewaktu merasmikan penubuhan cawangan penaja malam tadi, ketua cawangannya, Abdul Rahman Doli meluahkan kebimbangan masa depan Sarawak jika tak berlaku perubahan politik baru.

Former Works Minister Datuk Seri S. Samy Vellu draws a monthly salary plus allowance of RM27,227.20 in his role as special envoy for infrastructure to India and South Asia, Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Nazri Abdul Aziz.

In a written reply to Segambut MP Lim Lip Eng in Parliament, Nazri said Samy Vellu's role as envoy is to help Malaysian construction firms break into the South Asian market. In line with his status as special envoy, which carries the rank of a minister, Samy Vellu also receives "other amenities and allowances" from the Government. Samy Vellu also has six staff in his office in Plaza Sentral, Kuala Lumpur, paid for by the Government. "The job scope of the envoy does not clash with other Malaysian officials in South Asia as his responsibility is only to identify infrastructure projects in the fast-growing region that Malaysian companies can venture into in accordance with local laws and regulations," Nazri said. Besides India, other South Asian countries under Samy Vellu's portfolio include Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan and the Maldives. Samy Vellu was named special envoy for infrastructure to India and South Asia in December by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak after he stepped down as MIC president, a post he held for 31 years.

A call for patience and careful consideration

The statements of regret and appeals for forgiveness expressed by the Government of Malaysia with respect to the impounding and stamping of the Bahasa Malaysia Bible, the Alkitab, resonate deep within the Christian Federation of Malaysia (CFM).

As a body that brings together a wide cross-section of the Christian community in Malaysia, we know about the sinfulness of man and have experienced the forgiveness of God.  As such, we receive these expressions with all the sincerity with which they are offered.

We believe the Government's proposals represent a basis for further dialogue and engagement towards a viable long-term and comprehensive solution.

As such, CFM feels that this process ought not to be hurried.  Its constituent bodies are currently undertaking their own internal consultations prior to responding collectively to the 10-point resolution proposed by the Government.

We call for patience and perseverance, and continued prayer and quiet reflection, as we allow the Holy Spirit to guide us in our deliberations.

Yours sincerely,

Murderer Wins Brazil's 'Miss Jail' Contest as Prison Pageants Gain Popularity

In a country known for its beauty -- both natural and human -- it appears that even Brazil's convicted killers are easy on the eye.

A prison in Recife, a city in the state of Pernambuco, recently held its inaugural Miss Jail pageant to join a growing global list of contests for beauties behind bars.

"It's flattering that people think I am pretty," said the winner of Miss Jail 2011, 19-year-old convicted murderer Rebecca Rhaysa Suelen Guedesin.

"I don't have a boyfriend at the moment," added Guedesin, who maintains her innocence even though she is serving a life sentence for her crime.

"I am just focused on getting out of here. I never killed anyone, so I hope to return to normal life one day soon."

Twelve contestants were judged for beauty, general knowledge and their good behavior record. First prize included about $1,000 in cash to be deposited in the winner's prison bank account.

"It was a real thrill to be cheered by the inmates and the guards," Guedesin said after her win. "Sadly the dress has to go now and it's back to prison routine."

Brazil's Ministry of Social Development and Human Rights organized the contest within a jail system more known for its ugly brutality.

Ketua SPRM Wajar Berundur Secara Sukarela

DAP gesa Putrajaya gantung tugas ketua SPRM sehingga siasatan selesai

DAP hari ini menggesa Putrajaya menggantung tugas Ketua Pesuruhjaya Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM) Datuk Seri Abu Kassim Mohamed sehingga siasatan kematian seorang pegawai Kastam Ahmad Sarbani Mohamed selesai.

"Datuk Seri Abu Kassim tidak sepenuhnya berjaya disebabkan sifat suka berahsia tentang operasi SPRM menunjukkan sikap double standard sehingga gagal mengambil tindakan menentang amalan rasuah pemimpin Barisan Nasional (BN) termasuk Ketua Menteri Sarawak Tan Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud.

(Almost) LOST

Posted: 07 Apr 2011 12:02 AM PDT

I did something rather silly yesterday. I went up the hill. To be exact, the Bukit Mertajam hill at Ceruk Tokun. But going up the hill itself is not anything silly. Far from it. It's perfectly logical to go up the hill. It's good to exercise and it's good to sweat it out a bit. In fact, I've been hiking up the hill for years. So what silliness did I do yesterday by going up the hill?

Well, it's not that straightforward. There are several ways up the BM hill. The most obvious is Path A which is to follow the tarred road all the way past the 2020 station and the Tea House till I reach the top where the transmission towers are. But it's the most boring walk of all.

Path B would take me beside the stream and up a well-worn track which I can exit at a flight of steps after about a 25-minute walk. Path C continues from this point for another 20 minutes when I emerge at the Tea House.

On the other side of the tarred road, Path D takes me beside the Ceruk Tokun dam and then a 90-dregree right turn up a lesser used hill track. I could then emerge after about 35 minutes onto the tarred road somewhere between the Tea House and the 2020 station. But I could also continue further up the forest track along Path E for another 30 or 35 minutes before ending my climb at the telecommunication transmission stations. Yes, these are my four tracks up the BM hill. My choice would depend on my fitness and time. Needless to say, Path E is the least popular choice as I would then have to spend something like 2½ hours going up and down. So you see, there are various ways of getting from Point X to Point X (repeat: Point X, not Point Y).

My silliness - my wife would most probably call it foolhardy silliness - happened because I veered off-track yesterday. Quite dangerous actually, because I was alone, I had not told anyone and I didn't see anybody else along the way. It was that secluded and I was completely isolated.

What happened was, as I was walking beside the dam I noticed that it was filled with water. Just less than two months ago, the dam had been quite dry but yesterday when I walked the same path, there is was, filling with water. Curiosity got the better of me and so instead of climbing up the hill along Path D, I continued walking around the dam until I reached a certain spot that looked like an old abandoned barricade of sorts.

I said to myself that since I was already there, maybe I could explore the track for a short distance ahead. So I walked on. Came across some obstacles and without a thought, continued clambering over them. Never mind, I thought, I should be able to find my way back. Same direction down, what's so difficult about that? But it was difficult. After having climbed up over rocks and tree roots at 70-degree inclinations, I found that I wasn't so fond of climbing down the same way.

What to do? The only alternative was to continue going up and hope that the track would join up with Path D eventually.

I was wrong. The track did not join up with Path D. It just went on and on and on, or up and up and up. Many times, the dirt track would disappear and I had to climb over rocks and fallen tree trunks or go into the thickets. The only consolation was that the way was well laid out with markers. Every few feet, I came across red ribbons tied to tree trunks or paper stapled onto branches. At least, there was no way of getting lost: just keep a lookout for the next marker. But  I must admit that there were two or three occasions when anxiety crept in whenever I missed a marker. Once, I couldn't see a ribbon anywhere and that forced me to backtrack a few yards down, in my opinion, an impossible slope. But inevitably, I would pick up the trail again.

So silly me, knowing that it was almost near impossible to descend the same way that I had ascended, had to follow the markers all the way up the rest of the hill until at last....I saw something like a transmission tower hidden behind some trees. It was a great relief to emerge eventually from the thicket. It was a journey of about one hour 20 minutes one way, and it took me about the same time to walk down the tarred road to the car.

An ordeal? Not really. At any time, did I feel that I would be lost? Actually, except for those few anxious moments, I felt quite safe when I thought back about it. The only advice I would give is, if anyone wants to go up this way - Path F - it should be important to do so with a companion or two. Never be as foolhardy as me and simply climb up this relatively quiet way on your own. I was lucky; I emerged unscathed from the adventure.
