Blue Sky Day In Taylor's University

Blue Sky Day In Taylor's University – Another post of Taylor's University, guess I'll let the photo speaks instead. Took my Panasonic LX5 to school last week instead of my Canon DSLR and here are my shots that I have taken. It was a nice morning with big blue sky.

I really love blue sky as it gives more color to the day and life. I knew that when it's near to year end, the sky is getting bluer. It makes taking photos fun and nice too!

Everyday I park at a far place – the free parking zone and take a nice morning walk to school. It's nice to walk when it's not raining and sunny, it's nice to walk on the tar road, but not the rocky road.

That morning, I aw the playful goose walking around the carpark. Why I said they are playful because they don't want to stay in the water and intrude human's territory in the campus. Haha. They really make the whole Taylor's University home, enjoying every part of the school which is comfortable to them.

Reading about Taoism in class and I still don't really understand the religion.

Steve Pang acting emo. =D

Loving every part of my MacBook Pro but one cons is that it's making my back ache as it's heavy! And its not really good for interior design studio because of software limitation.

See the traffic jam at 6pm! The whole school is stuck with traffic.

Campus life so far so good for me, just I kinda miss home at the moment and lots of assignment. Haha.

Mini Flashmob In Taylor’s University Lakeside Campus

Posted: 19 Sep 2011 08:22 AM PDT

Mini Flashmob In Taylor's University Lakeside Campus – I was chilling under the tree in my campus last week and suddenly I saw a group of people in black t-shirt, wearing a white mask walking around the lakeside area. Suddenly, a sharp whistle sound was heard in the air.

In light speed, the group of mysterious people stopped their action, as if the time was frozen and a living statue was form. It's a flashmob thingy. I believe it's one of their class activity in school as their lecturer was around taking photos.

It wasn't really very sunny, I took my camera, and went to take photos with them.

A little while, whistle sound can be heard again, they started moving to another area and preparing for another act, and whistle blew again, they stopped again, and we took photos with them again. It was pretty fun, but sooner it's get sunny and I went back to my comfy zone under the shade.

I wonder what's their reaction and thinking when saw me and Wesley fooling around them.

Pihak Berkuasa Bekerjasama Dan Sengaja Tutup Mata Terhadap Kesalahan Blogger UMNO?

Posted: 19 Sep 2011 09:31 AM PDT

Demi konspirasi, blogger Umno kebal undang-undang – AMK

Timbalan Ketua Penerangan Angkatan Muda KEADILAN (AMK), Rozan Azen Mat Rasip mendakwa blogger Umno dilindungi pihak berkuasa semata-mata kerana peranan mereka berkonspirasi menjatuhkan Ketua Umum KEADILAN, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

Thanks but no thanks, Mr Ambassador!

To US ambassador to Malaysia, Mr Paul W. Jones - thank you for suggesting your willingness to share your country's experience in formulating the anti-terrorism law with Malaysia (here).

For one very good reason - Malaysia will not adopt an 'aggressor-type' set of law to put the country under control. Naturally, we are two different nations. And for you information, we had never been and will not become an aggressor in defending our shores. Even during the Confrontation with Indonesia, we never did enter their territories like they did on us.

We are fully aware of our domestic problems. We understand the nature of our multiracial and multi-religious society and the challenges which had prompted the Internal Security Act (ISA) been enacted in 1960 to weed some elements of subversion from ruining the nation.

We had been under foreign occupation but we never harbored any desire to occupy others. Our foreign policy puts good and sincere diplomatic relations above all, and demands all international disputes to be amicably settled via negotiations.

Your ancestors settled down in America and mistreated the natives but we welcomed others to the country and share everything with them. There were problems, some of which will remain to be redressed but our well-balanced Cabinet integration will ensure that even teething problems get to their attention.

America, Australia or Britain are one-race countries that look upon foreigners with askance and prejudice. Here in this country, we do not separate mosques from churches and we don't simply point fingers at any race and religion over any issue. And of course, we don't burn the Bible as how they burnt the al-Quran in your courtyard.

Tell me, why should we subscribe to your anti-terrorist law when you accused, attacked and killed the wrong people? You even sent innocent people to Guantanamo and treated them like beasts. Under ISA, we treated them well and made them better persons. We rehabilitated them... and never erased their memories like what you did in Guantanamo and some detention centers.

You described the ISA a 'draconian' law but what is your anti-terrorist law called? A 'dragonian'? Or a 'barbaric' law as it allows you to terrorise other countries on the pretext of a 'pre-emptive action'.

Another thing. Do you still accuse the Iraqis as being part of 9/11 attacks on your soil when a decade later - after Saddam and gang were hanged, more than a million Iraqis were killed and no WMD was found - the whole world began to realise that your pre-emptive plan was totally wrong?

Nope! Thanks a lot, Your Excellency. We are Malaysians. We will formulate our law by taking into consideration all domestic prerequisites and conditions. Of course, in this globalised era which saw many cross-border crimes getting rampant, we are still capable of containing them.

After all, we are a small house. We are not as strong as your and your allies. And being small and simple, we must take care of our words and actions. That is how we made so many friends and almost no enemy. That is our best approach.

And back home, we know our people well enough. We do not watch them via satellite because we understand their character well enough to comprehend and digest their actions. Similarly, the plan to abolish the ISA was a gesture that our community is getting more aware of such consequences should they fail to observe the law and order.

I personally believe they are more prepared to work hand-in-hand to defend the country under 1Malaysia. We also recognise the fact that the threats to our security today and tomorrow are not from within but from the outside.

Your anti-terrorist law is very much suitable to your own needs, not ours.

And thank you for scrapping your Star Wars program! Otherwise, all nations will become one as the United States of America!

Black Cat, White Cat - Both Catch The Mouse

Posted: 19 Sep 2011 05:58 AM PDT

Never mind whether it is a black cat or a white cat, just so long as it catches the mouse, so said Deng Xiao Peng when he led the biggest Socialist state in the world down the road of transformation to become the greatest Capitalist state in the world in a mere two decades which took others two centuries.

And did not Russia too go this route? It always starts as a fight for the oppressed. And the oppressed rises up and throws out the oppressor. Then the oppressed discovers that it is easy to talk when you are not in power but not that easy when you now hold the reins of power.

That was the déjà vu feeling I experienced when I read this article in The Sun where Barisan Nasional (BN) claimed the Penang Island Municipal Council (MPPP) has signed away an estimated RM488 million in exchange for the RM250 million Subterranean Penang International Convention and Exhibition Centre (SPICE) project.

Many Penangites may not be aware that the Concession Agreement for Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) of sPICE, PISA indoor stadium and PISA Aquatic Centre was dated and signed on 19 Aug 2011 and sealed/stamped on 24th August 2011. Last week, the agreement was open for public viewing and information derived there and from The Sun have a few areas of concern. Apparently, few knew about the public viewing which required prior appointment and limited to only two hours - no cameras allowed. Why?

Article 2 of the agreement seems to indicate that the grant of concession rights and sale of hotel site that MPPP has to comply with appear to be lopsided in favour of the developer.

The CM and MPPP should explain why all assessment rated for the entire project site (sPICE, PISA, indoor stadium, Aquatic Centre, car park but not the hotel and retail outlets) shall be borne by MPPP during the concession period.

In the agreement, it is agreed that the Concessionaire shall have the right to apply and/or appeal to MPPP for waiver, exemption and/or reduction of quit rent AND assessment rates for the retail outlets.

Why allow this? Business entities should not be given such waivers as it would mean loss of state revenue and increase in profits to the Concessionaire!

The agreement gives the allowance for the developer to build an additional 1,500 residential units in any project, in any part of Penang, within the concession period of 30 years as one of the loss making decisions.

According to Datuk Teng Hock Nan at a recent press conference, such a move would cost MPPP an estimated RM450 million, as the the council could not impose development charges on the units, or control the built-up areas, and selling prices for the additional units. He said the RM450 million estimation was calculated based on land cost – 30% of RM1 million per unit.

A 1.25 hectare site, within the SPICE project site, where a five-star hotel is to be built, was undervalued and sold by the Penang state government at RM100psf (at a total RM13 million). Estimated value is between 200RM-300RM per square foot! This means that the MPPP could have incurred a loss of RM27million if the land was sold at market rates (calculations based on 300RM psf).

MPPP would also have to provide mature land to the developer to build 450 low-medium cost units as per the agreement. Mature land possess infrastructure like roads and utilities and who would provide the infrastructure and at whose expense?

The CM should explain the rationale behind the decision as to why MPPP unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to grant the Concessionaire and/or any of its Related Corporations the right to additional density of any development carried out by the Concessionaire within the island of Pulau Pinang over and above the maximum permissible density of the land, provided always that the total sum utilized and spread over all projects within the island does not exceed 1500 residential units. They must also explain why there shall be no development charges or built up area control or selling price control imposed by MPPP on any such additional density utilized.
How much will the developer profit at the expense of the state and the rakyat?

According to the agreement, the Concessionaire shall be required to construct no more than 450 units LMC and each LMC unit will not exceed a built up area of 650 sq. ft. and will be sold at a price that commensurates with the prevailing price of LMC under the Housing development Guidelines at the point of construction but not lower than RM72,500 each provided the State shall provide a piece of land at no cost to the Concessionaire for the construction of the same within 20 years of execution of the Agreement.

Is there a mistake somewhere? Why give them the option of construction within 20 years? Wouldn't the price of houses be higher by then? They should clarify that price cap. In practice, developers add hidden costs such as the sale of car parks, renovation packages etc and in the end - consumers pay a higher price.  The selling price of the LMC units should follow the state approved selling price rather than simply stating a minimum price and letting the developer take the lead especially since it is LOW MEDIUM COST housing!

Whilst development is good for Penang, it has to be PLANNED development that does not impact the lifestyle of Penangites. There has to be proper adjustments and planning in anticipation for the increase traffic flow. It should be a win-win situation for all. As far as possible, it should be equitable. We don't want investors to suffer losses, neither do we want Penagites to lose out. However, a letter of intent which was sent to the Concessionaire on 28th December 2010 states this:

The Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) di perlukan dan Social Impact Assessment boleh di kecualikan.

      Why?

It seems that LGE is intent on the route of development to transform Penang into the likes of Singapore.

Last Friday, Anita Gabriel of The Star reported that "Several foreign giants apart from China's Beijing Urban Construction Group (BUCG), namely Citic Group of China, South Korea's SK Group, as well as couple of Japanese conglomerates and one Singapore company have expressed interest to bid for some RM8bil worth of infrastructure jobs in Penang."

The report also said that in April, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Abdul Razak and Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the Penang government and BUCG for a proposed traffic-alleviation project. Even so, Lim said the RFP was open to other interested parties apart from BUCG.

The projects include the 6.5km tunnel job (from Gurney Drive to Butterworth) which takes up the bulk of the RM8bil cost, the 4.2km Gurney Drive-Lebuhraya Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu bypass, and 4.6km Lebuhraya Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu-Bandar Baru Air Itam bypass. The proposed tunnel project will be the third link between Penang and Butterworth.

"We need to find a way to disperse traffic and with these projects, we will complete the loop. We've revived the idea of a third link and want to get it done," he said.

LGE said they will finance these projects by land swap as they are expensive. The land will be nearby reclaimed land, which means they will own a certain acreage. As seen by the Jelutong Expressway, any land reclamation undertaken by the developer has provided them millions and millions in terms of profit from the sale of many projects developed on reclaimed land.

More land reclamation for infrastructure but the roads remain clogged and jammed with vehicles.

At the end of the day, there could be development, but at whose expense? Who bears the externalities of such lopsided decisions, especially that of the sPICE project and the tunnel project?

Who approved the RM8 billion for the infrastructure jobs? Have all these mega projects been brought up to ADUNs and disclosed to the public? Has the government engaged the rakyat in all their deliberations?

Does Penang really need such  projects? What does Penang really need?

Penang needs a proper traffic alleviation system such as Mass Rapid Transportation (MRT), a subway system, good public transport system so that our roads are not clogged up with cars and all kinds of vehicles that will not affect our quality of life or cause pollution.

Granted that there are many accolades that the state government has received in the last three years of their governance but where these issues are concerned, the CM owes it to Penangites to explain the rationale behind all these moves.

"Tiada Bukti DNA Lelaki Y Itu Dari Sperma", Terkencing Dalam Kain Ahli Kimia Malaysia

      Posted: 19 Sep 2011 05:50 AM PDT

Pakar: Ahli kimia 'sembunyi' maklumat DNA ketiga

Malaysia, the best democracy in the world?

      Posted: 19 Sep 2011 03:28 AM PDT

If Malaysia really wished to become the "best democracy in the world", please kindly treat equally on all the foreigners and all the Muslims in your country.

In all true (Full) Democracies there is EQUAL RIGHTS. And all ASEAN citizens must be treated equally. All the migrants and refugees must also accord the same privileges.

Why even Myanmar Muslims and Rohingyas are treated differently by Malaysia? Why the Indonesians, Southern Thais, Southern Philippines, other ASEANs, Bosnians, Palestinians, Common Wealth members, USA, EU, Japan, Koreans, OIC members etc. are given more preferable privileges than us?

Please discard the notorious, coward and selfish ASEAN concept of "Non-Interference in the Internal Affairs of other countries".

Now your country not only dare not condemn the treatment of Muslims and Rohingyas inside Myanmar but even dare not help them in your country because you are afraid of the anger of Myanmar Government.

We understand that you want to have good relations especially economic relations with them but we all expect and pray that Human Right issues especially atrocities on fellow Muslims should not be disregarded or sacrificed for the selfish monetary gains only.

I hope and pray to Allah that I would not be set upon or targeted as the really Democratic countries never retaliate on this kind of request or feedback articles or the writers.

Ref:Full text of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak's speech.

      My beloved Malaysians,

1.Praise be to God, with His permission and kindness, we are able to observe the 48th anniversary of the formation of Malaysia as an independent, sovereign, democratic, peaceful and prosperous nation.

      2. The story of Malaysia is colourful indeed. We have evolved from a low-income agricultural country at birth into a moderately high-income modern industrialised nation today, as a result of systematic planning and sustainable implementation. Although our success has been monumental and most significant, it does not give us any reason to stop trying, feel satisfied and comfortable or take it easy.

      3. For the continued survival and prosperity of the people in the highly competitive world of today, let us redouble our efforts to improve the national competitiveness through creativity and innovation and by stretching our resources in creating new wealth based on independent entrepreneurship. It may not be able to realise all these objectives without national unity, peace, stability and harmony.

      My beloved Malaysians,

      4. Reflecting on history, when the country achieved independence 54 years ago and became Malaysia six years thence with Sabah and Sarawak, many local people and foreign observers questioned whether a new nation, with half the population living below the poverty line, having a demographic diversity of unusual complexity, separated by the South China Sea and threatened with a communist uprising, could remain intact as a nation state, let alone be successful.

      5. Evidently, Malaysia's achievements thus far, garnered through trial and error, were destined to be full of challenges. Looking at history, like a miracle in the early age of a newly independent nation, the challenges became all the more acute with the early adoption of a system and philosophy of national administration based on parliamentary democracy, constitutional monarchy and a federation when the acculturation process had yet to mature.

      6. Prior to independence, the people of the 13 states which came together to form Malaysia never had the opportunity to choose a ruling government or even the pattern of its administration. Their existence was merely as citizens of colonial states accorded limited political privileges at the discretion of the administrators. Certainly, this is not a genuine political right arising from the citizenship of an independent and sovereign state.

      7. Before independence, the people were given limited opportunity to choose their representatives, first in the municipal elections of 1952 and then in the election of some members of the federal legislative council in 1955. It was only after 1959, following independence, that the people began to be given the full right and responsibility to elect all members of the Dewan Rakyat and state legislative assemblies with the absolute discretion in determining the party that would form the government.

      My beloved Malaysians,

      8. Of course, we should be thankful because, from time to time, we were able to overcome every internal and external impediment which threatened democracy and personal freedom, such as the communist uprising, confrontation against the formation of Malaysia, racial riots, economic recession, religious extremism or racial chauvinism through prudent, democratic action based on the principles of supremacy of the constitution and rule of law.

      9. It should also be remembered that during that period it never at all occurred to the government to switch the existing system of parliamentary democracy and constitutional monarchy to any anti-democratic system, no matter how tough the challenges faced. As recorded in the chronology of the country, owing to the May 13 tragedy, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, acting on the advice of the Prime Minister then in accordance with Article 150 of the Federal Constitution, declared an emergency.

      10. One of the effects arising from the declaration of the 1969 emergency was that the uncompleted election process in Sabah and Sarawak was suspended. The subsequent development was that the Dewan Rakyat elections were carried out within a period of approximately 20 months later and the system of Parliamentary Democracy was revived when the country was stable again.

      11. Nevertheless, the late Tun Abdul Razak, as the Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister then, who was entrusted to head the National Operations Council or MAGERAN, with absolute executive and legislative powers, never had the intention to retain the power longer than necessary.

      12. It was abundantly clear that the late Tun together with his colleagues then were fully aware that the limitless extraordinary powers that they held could not be made a habitude for the sake of our beloved country's future. Instead, they appreciated that the absolute power was merely a trust to curb and prevent any tragedy and chaos.

      My beloved Malaysians,

      13. In fact, as a country that practices parliamentary democracy, the power to determine which political party would form the government, whether at the federal or state level, lies absolutely and without exception in the hands of the people. After more than 50 years of independence and almost five decades of Malaysia's formation, we find that the experience, maturity and wisdom of the people in the country in choosing a government that could ensure that the future they aspired for could not be denied by anyone else.

      14. In fact, I have often pointed out that the era where the government knew everything and owned a monopoly on wisdom has long gone. The revolution in the fields of information technology, development in communication and sophistication in transportation had opened up competition as well as a wide and dynamic comparison in the ideas market.

      15. Currently, public access to all levels of education is expanding in line with the corpus of knowledge that they possess. At the same time, sustainable economic growth, the reduction in the poverty rate and the social engineering initiatives and their effectiveness, have succeeded in raising the standard of living and created a significant middle class. Now, the preference and requirements of Malaysians have undergone massive changes compared to four or five decades ago.

      16. Moving further ahead, administering a nation that emerged from the independence driven by the wishes of the people, the government is now committed towards upholding the system of Parliamentary Democracy, Constitutional Monarchy, rule of law, the federation philosophy and principles of checks and balances between the three branches of the government.

      My beloved Malaysians,

      17. As many of you know, except for the emergency resulting from the (Indonesian) Confrontation of 1964 which has been implicitly revoked, all proclamations of emergency before this are still in force. Hence, realising the changing realities, taking the pulse of the nation and feeling the restlessness of the people aspiring for a more open Malaysia with a dynamic democracy where the views, ideas and concerns of the masses are given greater attention so that our system would be comparable to the other democracies of the world that are based on the philosophy "of the people, by the people, and for the people", the government will present a motion, under Clause 3 Article 150 of the Federal Constitution, to the two houses of Parliament for the three proclamations of emergency to cease being in force. It is time for Malaysia to forge ahead with a new paradigm based on new hope and not be constrained by nostalgia for the past.

      18. In our nation building, while facing extraordinary circumstances threatening the security of the country and the well-being of the people, sometimes measures outside the norms of democracy had been called for. For example, preventive detention. Prudence in handling terrorism calls for preventive measures to protect innocent lives and property. This is a universally accepted truth.

      19. From an Islamic perspective, this (preventive principle) is contained in the Syariah law aimed at protecting religion, lives, minds, ancestry and dignity, and property. The discipline of Syariah methodology deals at length with the need to prevent evil. One principle states that the ruler was entrusted to make a decision for the good of the many.

      20. This is not anything strange, unusual or isolated. Advanced democratic nations like the United States and United Kingdom had formulated special legislation to handle terrorism after the September 11 tragedy.

      21. The checks and balances that must exist in a modern democracy are between national security and personal freedom. Finding the right balance is the duty and responsibility of a government whose highest objective is the wellbeing of the people.

      22. For example, the freedom of expression guaranteed in the Federal Constitution does not mean a right to slander and stoke the fires of hate. The government is also responsible, to take another example, of preventing anyone in a packed stadium raising a false alarm of a bomb. An out-of-control freedom like this will cause panic leading to injury and loss of lives. My beloved Malaysians,

      23. I promised in the maiden speech I made when I took over as the country's Prime Minister on April 3, 2009, that the Internal Security Act (ISA) 1960 will be reviewed comprehensively. As such, I would like to announce on this historic night that the Internal Security Act (ISA) 1960 will be abolished.

      24. As a means of preventing subversive activities, organised terrorism and crime to maintain peace and public order, two new pieces of legislation will be formulated under Article 149 of the Federal Constitution. Basically, these laws will be aimed at maintaining peace and wellbeing.

      25. Above all, the government will ensure that the rights of those involved will be safeguarded. Legislation formulated will take into consideration fundamental rights and freedom based on the Federal Constitution. The new laws will provide for a substantially shorter duration of police custody and further detention can only be made with a court order, except laws pertaining to terrorism which will remain under the jurisdiction of the minister.

      26. On the other hand, the government also gives its commitment that no individual will be arrested merely on the point of political ideology. In general, the power to extend the detention period will shift from the executive to judiciary, except for the laws pertaining to terrorism.

      27. In this context, besides abolishing the Internal Security Act (ISA) 1960, the government will also abolish the Banishment Act 1959 and review several other laws to ensure that they meet current requirements. Hence, we will not hesitate to amend or abolish laws that are no longer relevant.

      28. The comprehensive review will involve the Restricted Residence Act 1933 and the Printing Presses and Publications Act 1984 where the annual renewal principle will be abolished and replaced with the issuance of a licence until and unless revoked. The government will also review Section 27 of the Police Act 1967 by taking into consideration the provision under Article 10 of the Federal Constitution on freedom of assembly, but with a principle that is strongly against street demonstration. Nevertheless, the approval to assemble will be given in accordance with methods that will be outlined later and after taking into consideration international norms.

      My beloved Malaysians,

      29. As a country, Malaysia and its citizens are at a crossroads. The choice we make today will determine the fate and the future facade of Malaysia, the motherland which we will pass on to our children and the generations to come. The question is, can we rise beyond, and challenge, conventional wisdom that we as plural Malaysians, with varying economic status and political ideologies, can come to a consensus to not to bow and give in to the ember of hatred and suspicions, which will surely drag us to the valley of disgrace. On the other hand, come and let us power a future that is filled with hope and dignity.

      30. Let us have faith, that it is a strength and not a weakness to put our trust in the wisdoms of Malaysians in determining our future. If we take this as a mistake, what then is the meaning of our achievement today, what is the use of planning the country's development in a structured way since merdeka, what is the use of spending most of the country's resources each year to give access to quality education to the people, to free the people from the clasp of poverty, to build physical infrastructure and world-class information communication technology?

      31. The answer is clear, that is, the measures which I have just announced are a precursor to an orderly and prudent political transformation. This is an important and necessary complement to the initiatives in the economic field and public delivery which the government has formulated and implemented since more than two years back in the effort to move towards becoming a modern and progressive nation.

      32. What is certain is that time is not too early neither it is too late; this is the most opportune time for us to make and implement these major changes. We are absolutely aware that, although some my think it is risky, we are doing this for our survival after 50 years of independence, after nearly five decades of Malaysia's nationhood. We are indeed galloping forth towards our destination to become a full-fledged developed nation.

      My beloved Malaysians,

      33. Finally, I would like to stress in no uncertain term that Malaysia which we dream of and one that we are currently building, is Malaysia which practices functional and inclusive democracy, where peace and public order are safeguarded in line with the supremacy of the Constitution, the rule of law and respect for basic human rights and individual rights.

For Malaysia, let's do our best and leave the rest to God. Wabillahitaufik Walhidayah Wassalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh. Thank you.

      Ulasan GB

Keangkuhan Najib Akui Kesilapan Bakal Runtuhkan UMNO BN Dengan Lebih Cepat

      Posted: 19 Sep 2011 12:38 AM PDT

Najib enggan akui kesilapan - Pak Samad

      Seni senjata anak muda

Pertama, Najib menipu diri sendiri.

      A Day Off Work

      Posted: 18 Sep 2011 09:24 PM PDT

The past week has been a hectic one for me. I've been so busy with personal and work stuff that I've not had enough time for myself and my running. I can't even remember when the last time I actually ran ... siggghhh ...

Anyways, managed to get all my stuff done and completed by late last night and I'm on a nice one day break from work at home. The rest is much needed to rejuvenate from the past weeks hectic schedule. It'll also give me enough time to rest and for a much needed run session this evening. The weather is pretty cool and rainy (at least it was raining a little while ago) and if it stays this way, it'll be a bliss to run.

I've got a whole set of races coming up starting from the end of this week and will see me and the wife running a string of races with a two week break in between right up till end of November. Not that I'm complaining, mind you. I enjoy these races :D

Ok,That's all from me for now. Not going to spend my time online and waste my rest day so right after looking into this rzr parts catalog, I'm off to do something productive, like take a nap ... LOL!
