When Israel choses US President...

A-aahhh!!!!

All this while the Israelis got the say in deciding who should be the US President. No wonder their bond is unbreakable!

How is that foreign politicians endorse a US president? Well, if the foreign politicians happen to be Israeli, it apparently isn't a problem.

I could go on and on, but I have just one question. Am I now allowed to say that Israel controls America? Because if the Obama campaign can produce this masterpiece of propaganda with one clear audience in mind, I and every other anti-zionist should be free to state the obvious.

Zionists and their money control the world political process. There I said it. The end.

But then, there is already signs that one or two Malaysian politicians are waiting for the honor as well... to join Israel in making such decisions!

The Ultimate Term Paper

Posted: 31 Jan 2012 09:00 AM PST

Any students out there? Here is some advice for writing your term papers :)

1. Sit in a straight, comfortable chair in a well lighted place with plenty of freshly sharpened pencils.

2. Read over the assignment carefully, to make certain you understand it.

3. Walk down to the vending machines and buy some coffee to help you concentrate.

4. Stop off at another floor on the way back and visit with your friend from class. If your friend hasn't started the paper yet either, you can both walk to McDonald's and buy a hamburger to help you concentrate. If your friend shows you his paper, typed, double-spaced, and bound in one of those irritating see-thru plastic folders, drop him.

5. When you get back to your room, sit in a straight, comfortable chair in a clean, well lighted place with plenty of freshly sharpened pencils.

6. Read over the assignment again to make absolutely certain you understand it.

7. Check your e-mail; reply to everyone who sent you letters.

8. You know, you haven't written to that kid you met at camp since fourth grade... You'd better write that letter now and get it out of the way so you can concentrate.

9. Go look at your teeth in the bathroom mirror.

10. Listen to one side of your favorite tape and that's it, I mean it, as soon as it's over you are going to start that paper.

11. Listen to the other side.

12. Check your e-mail again.

13. Rearrange all of your CDs into alphabetical order.

14. Phone your friend on the other floor and ask if he's started writing yet. Exchange derogatory remarks about your teacher, the course, the university, the world at large.

15. Sit in a straight, comfortable chair in a clean, well lighted place with plenty of freshly sharpened pencils.

16. Read over the assignment again; roll the words across your tongue; savor its special flavor.

17. Check your e-mail to make sure no-one sent you any urgent messages since the last time you checked.

18. Check the newspaper listings to make sure you aren't missing something truly worthwhile on TV. NOTE: When you have a paper due in less than 12 hours, anything on TV from Masterpiece Theater to Sgt. Preston of the Yukon is truly worthwhile, with these exceptions: Pro Bowler's Tour, any movie starring Don Ameche and Star Trek.

19. Catch the last hour of Soul Brother of Kung Fu on channel 26.

20. Phone your friend on the third floor to see if he was watching. Discuss the finer points of the plot.

21. Go look at your tongue in the bathroom mirror.

22. Look through your roommate's book of pictures from home. Ask who everyone is.

23. Sit down and do some serious thinking about your plans for the future.

24. Open your door and check to see if there are any mysterious, trench-coated strangers lurking in the hall.

25. Sit in a straight, comfortable chair in a clean, well lighted place with plenty of freshly sharpened pencils.

26. Read over the assignment one more time, just for the hell of it.

27. Check your e-mail.

28. Scoot your chair across the room to the window and watch the sunrise.

29. Lie face down on the floor and moan.

30. Leap up and write the paper.

31. Type the paper.

MOSTI Sahkan Bunyi Aneh Itu Dari Kilang Kelapa Sawit

Posted: 31 Jan 2012 10:20 AM PST

"Yusmizan memberitahu pihak kami tujuan perlepasan tekanan dandang dilakukan semasa aktiviti pemprosesan kelapa sawit.

Mengapa saya berkata sedemikian?

Selamat Hari Wilayah.

"Babi" Apa Letak Kepala Babi Di Pintu Masjid Di Rawang?

Posted: 31 Jan 2012 07:41 AM PST

Mungkinkah semuanya kebetulan belaka? Sukar untuk akal yang rasional menerimanya.

Kita hanya mampu berserah kepada Allah s.w.t. Yang Maha Tahu dan Maha Berkuasa.

1) Allahumma arinal haqqan, haqqa, warzuqnattiba'ah,

2) Rabbi adkhilni mudkhala sidqin wa akhrijni mukhraja sidqin waj'alli min ladunka sulthanan nashiran wa qul ja alhaqqu wa zawaqal bathilu innal bathila kana zahuqan

Kalau Dah Jadi Pak Sanggup Kepada PERKASA, Apa Perlu Kata Jadi Mangsa?

Posted: 31 Jan 2012 06:08 AM PST

Saya dijadikan mangsa rumah terbuka PERKASA'

-mk

Gerakan tuntut Ibrahim Ali mohon maaf

Pemuda MCA: Tidak tahu bukan alasan

-mk

Ulasan GB

The fracturing of the Malay community by S THAYAPARAN, Commander (Rtd) Royal Malaysian Navy

Posted: 31 Jan 2012 04:04 AM PST

COMMENT Umno's interaction with "multiracial parties" has so far been with Anwar Ibrahim's PKR - ostensibly a multiracial party but for the most part, an organisation filled with ship-jumping Umno rejects - and the Islamic PAS, often used as a bogeyman by Umno to keep the non-Muslims in line.

That Umno considers PKR a threat to its power has more to do with the fact that it was always perceived to be the third moderate way of the Malay polity and not for any multiracial reasons. Umno is fighting a battle on two fronts, against vocal liberal Malay voices of PKR and the more religious tones from PAS.

In both these cases, the fight for the Malay soul is confined within the Malay community and the non-Malays have been collateral damage in the ongoing shadow war that will determine the fate of this country. So it should come as no surprise that Umno Youth chief Khairy Jamaluddin (left) is concerned over the possible influx of moderate Malay voices into the routinely demonised DAP.

If more Malays enter this political party, the Malay vote will be further fractured into a diverse range of political aspirations that don't neatly fit in the bigoted ethnocentric agenda of the ruling Umno regime. If the point of the Umno game is to limit the choices of the Malay population then any attempt to provide avenues for different forms of political expressions is a threat to the natural order of their reality.

There can be no plurality of voices when it comes to expressing Islam. Anything which is a threat to Malay unity, which should be read as Umno hegemony, should be shot down in a hail of racial, religious or cultural bullets.

Unfolding DAP dilemma

Just as Umno fears the breaking away of Malays form the three manufactured roads made available to them, the DAP should take into consideration that with an influx of Malay members into their party, they are finally achieving a possible majoritarian mandate. This is a rather ominous possibility considering the multicultural demographic of this country.

The political landscape would also change, since it is now possible for the DAP to achieve a certain degree of influence without the need of its coalition partners. The reality is that the Malays (constitutionally created or otherwise) are the largest demographic and in the end, it is the Malay vote - either in unison with a coalition or by themselves - which will determine the form of governance this country will have.

dap convention shah alam 080112 nga kulasegaranAny successful multiracial party which is reflective of the aspirations of this multicultural demographic would have to comprise a sizeable Malay voting base. This is an axiom that is rarely acknowledged by opposition parties for various political reasons. A fractured Malay community free from the vicious grip of Umno is exactly what this political landscape needs and the possible influx of Malay members into the DAP should be encouraged but carefully watched.

If the DAP is truly to be a multiracial party (and I have argued that it is many times) then the reality is that it should prepare itself (if it is not doing so already) for a time when it becomes a Malay-dominated party or rather for a time when it becomes so successful in attracting Malay membership because of its ideological perspective, that the racial make-up of the party changes.

We speak the language of race

The possibility of Malays dominating this venerable party no doubt fills the hearts of non-Malays with dread and rightly so. Of course, we conflate the aspirations of the Umnoputras and the larger Malay community. But when we understand how non-Malays have been marginalised not only from the political process but also education opportunities and other social programmes, our voices stifled by the system, is it any wonder that we view the Malay community, which has benefitted the most from the ruling Umno regime, as detrimental to the liberties we are desperately fighting for?

We, of course, forget that when it comes to the social policies of Umno, everything is smoke and mirrors, be it the gilded cages that they use to ensnare the urban Malay population or the stagnating Felda settlements that house the disenfranchised rural Malay population kept going with promises of fortune from the taxes of the much-maligned non-Malays.

dap conference shah alam 080112 aspan aliasMalays who join the DAP should be fully aware that they are not only bound to whatever Islamic principles they hold true but also to the egalitarian principles of the party. This should not be a difficult proposition since there is nothing in the political agenda of the DAP which is at odds with core Islamic values or any other religion, for that matter.

And since the language of race is the only way this country has communicated for so long there will no doubt be communal problems within a large multiracial party that is dominated by Malays, just like there is in the PKR, where non-Malays have felt they have been excluded from the political decision-making process within the party.

The inconvenient truth

However, what the DAP has going for it is a long history of political opposition within a fairly secular framework, unlike say the Islamic PAS. It is a polyglot of class-based interest that has felt the shift in political fortunes over many years of fierce just opposition unlike say the fairly recent PKR, which is dominated by the personality of one man and the baggage of an Umno mindset of most of its members.

malay bloggers join dap 080112 03This would mean that non-Malay communal interests (which the DAP has rightly championed over the years) would have to be replaced by a broader Malaysian perspective, one that encompasses the rights and aspirations of all communities. This should not be a problem because the core philosophies of the DAP already embraces such a concept of Malaysia-ness.

It would however be an uncomfortable situation for the non-Malays and Malays because this would mean that the Malays would have to abide by the egalitarian principles established by the DAP, principles that are in conflict with long cherished state sanctioned racialist policies and the non-Malays would have to live with the fact that DAP would no longer be perceived by the larger Malay electorate as a Chinese (mostly) based entity because the Malays would probably have a big influence on how the party is run.

As long as all members are faithful to the ideals and constitution of the party, then any short-term tensions would subside in the long run and this country would be better for it. This perhaps is the only measure of success that really means anything when it comes to the reality of political life here in Malaysia.

That is to say that an influential political party would have the memberships of a sizeable fraction of the Malay population, able to attract votes based on not only its coalition relationships with other "Malay-based" parties but on its own.

This is an inconvenient truth about an end game that most observers wish to ignore.

A new kind of mindset

We have been stuck in this mindset that a ruling coalition of race-based parties is the future of this country despite the fact that the past 50-odd years of a post-Merdeka landscape has proven that this formula for ruling this country has had a deleterious effect on the citizens of this country. If we continue down this road of race-based parties or rather parties closely associated with race, then we will stagnate politically and the minorities in this country will never truly be a part of the political process.

We will continue claiming little victories and slide deeper into a possible racial clash between the Malays brought upon by the machinations of a corrupt federal government. What needs to be done right now is a concerted effort not only by the DAP but also PKR into establishing multiracial parties in substance rather than form and be cognisant of the fact that Malays would naturally make sizeable voting blocks of such parties but not necessarily lead these political organisations.

hadi awang, anwar ibrahim, lim kit siang, pakatan leadersWhat the DAP offers is an alternative to both the personality-driven PKR and the Islamic PAS, with its democratic socialist roots the anchor for a new kind of mindset that hopefully will take root first amongst the urban Malays and then the rural communities.

The DAP will then truly become a multiracial party reflective of the demographic of this country.

The DAP has said that no member of its party will ever have aspirations to the office of prime minister and perhaps this could be starting point where Malays who join this party acknowledged this dubious concept of 'Kepimpinan Melayu' put forward by the honourable gentleman from Rembau and constrain their aspirations for the highest office in the land until the day any member of their party, regardless of race, can occupy that seat.

13 Kereta Pelanggan Di Bengkel Kereta Disembur Cat Merah, Kerja Siapa?

Posted: 31 Jan 2012 03:42 AM PST

Tauke bengkel 'garu kepala'

Segambut member of parliament Lim Lip Eng has requested the government to declassify an agreement for Duke Expressway's proposed concession contract extension.
The extension is being considered from 2040 to 2069. "It should be done to allow for expert review and to safeguard public interest," Lim said. Under the current agreement, toll collections will stop by 2039. Lim opposes the extension as he believes the government can bear the proposed cost of RM1.392 billion for Duke Expressway's upgrade and extension works. "The government has spent up to RM250 million of public funds on the National Feedlot Corporation cattle project. The proposed cost for Duke is about 5.5 times higher than that."
He also showed copies of documents from the Prime Minister's Department on the proposed upgrade and extension works.
There are three proposed extensions -- a 7.1-km stretch from Sungai Buloh to Segambut, a 9-km addition from Jalan Tun Razak to Gombak and a 5.2-km expressway from Kuala Lumpur to a new Metropolis project.
Moreover, Lim informed that the new Metropolis project is yet to materialise. He also revealed that, previously, the Democratic Action Party had suggested that the government buy back highways that have generated huge profits. "On Duke Expressway, the owners should take into consideration their corporate social responsibility." Lim said the government should also come up with a plan to counter potential job losses due to the non-extension of the concession contract.
On Nov 10 last year, Lim asked for a clarification on the contract extension from the Works Ministry during a parliamentary session.
"Until today (Jan 2), I am still waiting for a written answer," he said.

The short break over the weekend

Posted: 31 Jan 2012 12:36 AM PST

After last year's canopy walk at FRIM, Kepong, I purposely planned for the next break (my kind of break, that is) to be held some time end of January 2012, so I could be sure that I would have settled all the children's schooling matters. My kind of break is not staying home doing nothing (I don't need proper planning to do that) but more of those activities with the adrenalin rush.

So yes, last weekend I got that break. On Saturday, it was more of a leisure visit to Gunung Lang Recreational Park in Ipoh, with just 3 of my friends. Despite being an Ipoh gal, I had never visited the place before. It is indeed a beautiful place…

lang2

If would have been better if the place was better maintained, but nevertheless, it was still worth the visit.

I was actually more excited about my Sunday plans. What started off with just about 10 people joining, ended up with more and more people wanting to join. In the end I had to organise the one day adventure for 36 people – mostly members of my school alumni, the rest either family members or friends. And out of the 36, there were only 5 males… either the husbands or the children.

I told everyone to be punctual and be at the Gua Tempurung by 9.15 am – ALL made it there BEFORE 9.15 am. Either they obeyed my instructions… or they were just as excited as I was! We parked our cars there and the tour operators transferred us to the location of our activities in a convertible. Yep, a convertible. This one…

lorry1

Okay, okay, it was a lorry. The lorry ride was an adventure by itself – us having to avoid branches and leaves along the way. The following picture would probably better explain the ride…

lorry2

The real first adventure was at the waterfall. Yeah, we were there for the waterfall abseiling. It wasn't just my first time doing the abseil, but also my first time ever wearing a harness! We were to abseil down about 15 meters of the waterfall…

waterfall

Wooo… how exciting!

abseil Yep, that's me in this pic!

We had lunch by the river, and then I did another first for myself. I did my zohor prayer by the riverside. The rest, mostly from KL could do their jamak, but me being an Ipoh gal, couldn't, so I just did what I had to do…

After lunch, again we got onto a lorry to be transferred to the starting point of our second activity for the day – white water rafting! Again, a first for me. And I simply loved all 7 kms of the ride – going through more than 10 rapids from class 2 to 3. It was FUN, FUN, FUN all the way!

rafting Can you tell which one is me? Except for the guide, we all looked the same, didn't we?

Cool, huh? I could still feel the excitement until today – to the extent that I almost forgot today's Tuesday and there's a board meeting tonight! Haiyo, Madam Chair mana boleh lupa!!!

Back to work, woman!!

Belanja Sakan Di Australia, Raja Rezza Dipergunakan Untuk Buat Penafian

How Do Men Think?

Posted: 30 Jan 2012 11:49 PM PST

Thanks to Angela who sent me this article. I have no idea about the source/author but I am sharing this with the hope that readers can share their responses. No offense intended to anyone regardless of gender. Take care and please leave a comment to share your views. Have a nice day!

___________________________________

NOTE: Anybody who has said women are complicated has obviously never dated a guy! Finding out how men think is a key to keeping him happy. Are you ready to really understand him?

What is he thinking?

Men can be the most confusing creatures. Just when you think you have them figured out, they throw you a curve ball! Do any of these scenarios seem familiar?

He seems to be headed into a serious relationship with you and then the next day he wants to take things slow.

He swears he is in love with you but he can't stop checking out other women.

He wants to play the field even though he says you are the best thing that ever happened to him.

He refuses to talk about things but when you make a decision without him, he gets mad!

Things get hot and heavy and you wind up in bed...but after a few weeks he drops you cold-turkey and you never hear from him again.

Let's be honest, ladies: sometimes, men can seem like real jerks. They do things that seem to make no sense. They can seem like a 12-year-old trapped in a man's body.

But by understanding the way men think, we can "get" them in a way we haven't before.

Make no mistake: There are some men who ARE jerks. Those are the men that should be left in the dust! But if you have found a good man who just needs a little more understanding, you're in luck!

These tips and ideas can help you understand how men think.

TIP #1: MEN NOTICE WOMEN

This is always going to happen. Men will always notice women.

It doesn't matter what they have at home. You could be a supermodel! You could be the richest woman in the country! You could be the perfect woman!

Men will still notice someone else.

You can get upset. You can cry about it. You can scream at him for being insensitive.

He will still do it.

He will apologize and beg for forgiveness. He can tell you it was not a big deal.

But he will still do it.

Here's why: Men are hard-wired to see women in a sexual sense. It's not something they consciously do. It is so deeply ingrained in them over centuries that they can't overcome it, even if they tried.

They will notice legs. Cleavage gets their attention. A tiny waist can turn their head.

But it does NOT mean they don't want you! Men do these things without thinking. The vast majority of the time, he really, honestly, truly does NOT realize he's doing it!

How can you battle this?

Play up your sexiness! Show more cleavage. Wear high heels to show off your gorgeous legs. Find out what he likes and play it up to the hilt!

It won't stop him from looking at other women. Nothing can do that.

But it will give him plenty of incentive to notice you, too. It will spice things up, and everybody loves a little spice!

TIP #2: MEN SOMETIMES NEED A CLUE

How many times has this happened to you:

You drop hints about that great new restaurant. He never takes you there.

You mention that you would love to get flowers at work. They never show up.

You ask him to go to a play with you. On the night of the play, he "forgot" he was busy and never shows up.

You ask him to take out the trash and two days later, it is still sitting there.

ARGH! It's so annoying!

You know what I'm talking about. You've been there!

Men have a tendency to let things go in one ear and out the other. They don't sweat the small stuff. What might seem like a big deal to you doesn't seem like a deal at all to them.

It isn't that he's not listening. He is! He just doesn't immediately realize what is important and what is not.

And let's face it: men rarely pick up on subtle hints. They often need to be hit upside the head with a clue-by-four in order to get the picture!

You can remedy this in two ways:

First, stay subtle, but mention it often. You want flowers? Mention it every few days. Make the idea stick in his head and see what happens.

Second, you can be blunt. Tell him you want flowers. Ask him if he might send you a bouquet one day. The clearer you are, the more it will stick!

TIP #3: MEN NEED TO FEEL IN CONTROL.

This is a very big point about how men think. They need to be in control of their life and the world around them. They get nervous, anxious and resentful if they are not in control of those things.

The fastest way to turn a man off is to tell him what to do!

He wants to talk to you. He wants to know what is on your mind. But he doesn't want to have to do something just because you feel a certain way.

Men want to be in control of their own lives. It is the alpha male in them. They are masters of their domain and kings of their castle!

Tell him what to do and you will push him away.

Take those three little words, for example: "I love you."

A man might want to say that to you. He might feel those emotions. But if you are waiting and hoping for it and making it clear that you need the next step, he might back off and not say it - even if he feels it!

WHY?

Men do this because they don't want to feel controlled. Being controlled means giving up a part of themselves. So they avoid it at all costs.

But I know what you're thinking:

"If I don't TELL him what I want or need, he won't get it! He doesn't get subtle!"

That's where a delicate dance comes in. You have to balance what YOU need with the control HE needs to have. It's not an easy situation to be in!

This is where you choose your battles. If it matters to you, tell him. If it doesn't matter to you, let it go.

It's easier said than done. But it can be done! It takes time and effort, and it starts with figuring out how his mind works. Knowing how men think can go a long way toward getting what you want!

UNDERSTAND HOW MEN THINK!

Here is the biggest piece of advice I can give you:

He will never think the same way you do. Start by understanding how he thinks, and then you can find a way to meet in the middle.

Are you ready to understand him in a way you never have before?

Are you tired of dealing with the questions and complications that make you wonder if you know him at all?

Don't despair! You can figure out how he thinks. Start thinking.
