Debat BERSIH 3.0
1. Kenapa sokong Ambiga? Terang-terang dia tu pejuang LGBT. Bukankah itu menyokong maksiat? Sokonglah ketua kapir kau tu.
Mereka sokong Bersih. Bukan sokong Ambiga. Ambiga cuma pengerusi. Contoh mudah, adakah kalau kita sokong pasukan bola Malaysia, bermakna kita sokong K.Rajagopal? Jika kita respek keberanian Dr Mahathir menentang Yahudi, adakah bermakna kita sokong kelantangan dia menghina hukum hudud? Beginikah disiplin hukum agama? Contohnya tahun ni, ada pengerusi bersama iaitu Dato A. Samad Said.
3. Kalau betul Pilihanraya tak telus, macam mana PRU sebelum ni boleh tawan 5 negeri?
Kalau telus, bukan setakat 5 negeri. Pakatan Rakyat dah bertukar jadi kerajaan la. BN pulak jadi pembangkang kat Malaysia ni. Hehe.. Cuba fikir macam tu pulak.
4. Bersih? Bersih kejadahnya. Mengotorkan je. Penuh sampah atas jalan. Kesian abang DBKL.
Ler... Apa masalahnya paderi bawa payung lambang salib. Dah nama pun paderi. Normal la. Lainla yang pegang payung bersalib tu Islam. Boleh jugak dipersoalkan.
6. Melayu sama Melayu gaduh.
Sikit-sikit melayu. Sikit-sikit melayu. Peduli apa kalau melayu terpaksa berpecah. Janji Islam tertegak. Islam jatuh nombor 2? Kat akhirat nanti Allah tak tanya la kau bangsa apa. Dia tanya kau agama apa. Kalau kau cakap kau agama Melayu, masuklah neraka. Mana ada agama Melayu. Hehe..
7. Malaysia dah tak aman.
Memang pun. Malaysia takkan aman selagi maksiat berleluasa. Nauzubillah.
8. Menyusahkan jer.
Ha'ah.. Memang menyusahkan. Kerajaan sekarang ni tak kasihan ke tengok korang eh? Kenapa bantah sangat dengan Bersih? Laksanakan jela tuntutan Bersih tu. Habis cerita. Dah tak susah dah.
9. Perlu ke buat demo? Bincang secara aman tak boleh ke? Tak islamik langsung.
Sebab cara aman SPR buat bodoh.
10. Peniaga rugi besar
Memang pun. Dah tutup, memanglah akan rugi besar. Tengoklah siapa yang buka kedai hari tu, untung besar woo. Heheh..
11. Peserta demo cetuskan huru-hara. Bukan polis.
Yeke peserta demo cetuskan huru-hara? Bukan aku cakap.
Dia ni Setiausaha UMNO BANDAR TUN RAZAK. Cerdikkan dia ni sebab pecah rahsia kat facebook. Hehe.. Bukan edit ni. Aku dah tengok sendiri kat wall facebook dia. Apapun, aku tak cakap pun tu memang kerja SB. Maybe salah segelintir peserta Bersih jugak. Mungkin juga ada yang termakan provokasi SB. Al-maklumlah darah tengah mendidih. Semangat sedang membuak-buak. Berderet-deretlah ikut.
12. Peserta Bersih kurang ajar
Tidak dapat dinafikan. Tak semua yang hadir tu bagus-bagus belaka. Dan memang mustahil dapat control sorang-sorang. Sama macam puluhan murid dalam kelas. Bukan senang seorang cikgu nak control. Inikan pula puluhan ribu umat. Orang macam tu, aku pun tak sokong. Sama-sama muhasabah diri balik. Belajar dari pengalaman.
13. Kau lawan kerajaan, tapi kerja kerajaan. Minta bantuan kerajaan.
Ler.. Apa masalahnya. Dah memang itu tanggungjawab kerajaan. Ok, andaikata PR ambil alih kerajaan nanti pun, apa bezanya? Akan nama kerja kerajaan jugak. Orang takkan cakap kerja pembangkang. Haha.. Adeyhhh.. Dan bila masa Bersih lawan kerajaan BN? Bersih lawan SPR. Yang BN nak terasa lebih apahal? Jeng..Jeng..Jeng.. Smell something fishy right there..
Contoh, abah kau rogol kau. Tapi disebabkan terkenangkan budi yang abah kau dah bela kau sejak baby, maka kau lepaskan dia macam tu je tanpa sebarang tindakan. Camtu? Memang budi patut dikenang.
Part polis aku malas komen banyak-banyak. Kang ada yang emo suruh aku report bomba kalau abang aku kena rogol. lol. Hye polis! Love u!
Ok, cukuplah setakat 15.
-Imam Syafie
Aku kesian yang percaya bulat-bulat media pro-BN. Bila tanya apa itu Bersih pun tak tahu. So, rajinkanlah diri baca penjelasan di bawah sebelum mengutuk mengkhinzir buta.

Thanks to Angela who sent me this fantastic article. I agree wholeheartedly with the writer. Once I know someone is insincere, a serial liar or hypocrite or pretender, that is it. Snip snip snip. The end - after three chances. No regrets or delays. I would rather keep sane than to have such toxins in my life. It is also important that I do not have such traits and if anytime I do, please knock me on my head. If I realize it myself, I must ensure I consolidate and terminate such characteristics.
I must add a fifth category to this article and wrote about my abhorrence for LIARS, PRETENDERS and HYPOCRITES. Once I know someone has lied to me persistently, it is a quiet exit for me after three chances. I will walk away without looking back. Thank goodness I am strong enough to do this and hold my head up high in dignity. So be careful, dear readers. Sometimes it may take years for one to discover that someone whom one thinks is a friend is in reality, a fiend. Conversely, a new acquaintance could be a con man in disguise. One may have good intentions but if the other is insincere, one can be sure the reaction from that liar will be nothing but lies. So, do not be deceived. Be on guard and steer away from such people regardless of what status or profession they may have for masks can hide the heart but the truth will be revealed in time to set us free from such deceitful characters!!!
Stay Away from these Four Type of Toxic People
Those with whom we assemble, we soon resemble!
This simple old saying hides a deep Truth that can enlighten and empower every aspect of our lives:
Who we are — our very essence — is continually being transformed by the company we keep.
Stated differently, when we keep the company of what is light and bright, our lives get lighter and brighter. And when we keep the company of what is dark and discouraging, our lives can't help but be dragged downward.
This idea might sound a little simplistic at first, but its power soon becomes evident when we put it to use in the quest to realize our highest aspirations. The key lies in understanding that this principle is active on multiple levels at once. For instance, when referring to "the company we keep," we of course mean the people we spend time with every day — family, friends, co-workers, etc. However, on a deeper and more important level, "company" can also refer to the thoughts and feelings moving within us in any given moment.
1 Muckrakers: These negative sprits live to drag up old painful events and then revel in the anger, resentment, or bitterness that such unhappy memories hold. Stay away from any spirit, in others or in yourself, that wants you to dive into some suffering over what happened in any past moment.
2 Mud Slingers: These malicious spirits pull themselves up by pulling others down. They love to gossip, criticize, judge, and denigrate anyone who ever had the misfortune of spending time with them. The only loyalty these denizens of the unconscious worlds have is to their own pain, which they feed by involving everyone they can in their mud slinging.
3 Swamp Dwellers: There is a group of mired spirits that thrive on low vibrations, and that require a human instrument to play out their endless dark dissonance. Easily recognizable, these misfortunate forces serve up dreadful mental pictures of past and future events for the sake of the unnatural reactions they produce. Ignore these corrupted spirits and they must take their evil speculations elsewhere.
4 Life Haters: These dark spirits perpetuate their hold on the human soul by resisting the beautiful gifts of life. They trick us into commiserating with their complaining, cruelty, and irritation because without our unconscious consent, these chronically conflicted spirits can't spread their poison.
Just as harmful viruses require a human host to exist and thrive, so do negative states require the unconscious consent of human beings to carry out their dark mission. For what power does a negative thought have other than the power to convince a person to do its bidding? The answer is none!
When we begin to consciously withdraw our consent to associate with toxic people, and the toxic thoughts and feelings inside of us, we leave them with no place to thrive. Our real inner work is to sweep clean the places in ourselves where such creatures reside which in turn brightens our life and the lives of everyone around us.
Begin today, this very moment, to withdraw any permission you have unknowingly granted these dark spirits to be in your life. Do not judge yourself, or those around you in whom these misdirected forces are active, but instead come awake and refuse to spend one more moment of your life lending your precious life force to their dark purposes.
This powerful, positive action will change your life. As you begin to refuse to consort with what is dark, you'll find that you begin to attract with what is light, bright, and cheerful. Your relationships will deepen, your professional life will take on new vigor and freshness, and the whole of your days will begin to resemble the radiant Life that you have deliberately chosen as your conscious companion.
Those with whom we assemble, we soon resemble! This simple old saying hides a deep Truth that can enlighten and empower every aspect of our lives: Who we are — our very essence — is continually being transformed by the company we keep. Stated differently, when we keep the company of what is light and bright, our lives get lighter and brighter. And when we keep the company of what is dark and discouraging, our lives can't help but be dragged downward.

AS SOON as the Security Offences (Special Measures) Bill (SOSMA) was tabled and passed by the Lower House, serious doubt was raised concerning Pakatan Rakyat's commitment to national security. Some of us were asked if a Pakatan-led government would be soft when dealing with terrorism.
Parliamentary democracy needs to be defended from terrorism, but we must also defend parliamentary democracy from abuses of executive power. Pakatan Rakyat stands for both.
Anti-terrorism laws become dangerous to democracy when they confer powers that are too broad, general and permanent to the executive. We cannot accept the scenario where counter-terrorism measures undermine the very democracy we are trying to protect.
Barisan Nasional is either unable or unwilling to acknowledge this problem. More likely they are acting cynically to preserve power by falsely demonising their opponents as threats to national security.
The demonisation and persecution of opposition politicians and activists, an action admitted to by the BN government was exactly the problem with the Internal Security Act (ISA).
The problem with SOSMA and the amendments to the Penal Code, and Criminal Procedure Code is that they re-bottle the ISA. Indefinite detention without trial via the minister has been replaced with the option of indefinite remand until the attorney-general chooses to file an appeal (as per Section 30, SOSMA).
SOSMA doesn't address terrorism specifically, instead it uses the broad concept of "security offences". There is too much scope for deliberate abuse of this broad definition. A tighter definition is needed to prevent abuse.
The Bar has recommended using the definition of the UN Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism. The definition confines terrorist acts to those specifically intended to cause death or serious bodily injury for the purpose of influencing government actions. Other UN bodies recommend provisions covering hostage-taking and acts intended to cause a state of terror among the general population.
Any use of counter-terrorism powers against those who are not genuinely terrorists must be prohibited. If any other form of criminal activity is at issue then they should be charged according to civil laws consistent with human rights standards.
The reforms that Malaysia needs on counter-terrorism should be consistent with the principle of normalcy, meaning they should not be beyond oversight and review. If compelling reasons require the creation and enforcement of specific powers necessary to combat terrorism, they should be recognised as a unique exception to customary legal constraint and be subject to sunset clauses and regular review by independent monitors.
Additionally, regular review and the use of sunset clauses are best practices helping to ensure that special powers relating to the countering of terrorism are effective and continue to be required, and to help avoid the "normalisation" or de facto permanent existence of extraordinary measures. The latter is what we had under ISA and have once again under SOSMA.
Our laws and policies, including those governing counter-terrorism should be consistent with international human rights standards and the principles of check and balance. SOSMA and related laws as well as Article 149 of the Federal Constitution should be revised or repealed in light of these criteria.
Police should have to apply for exceptional anti-terror powers versus particular, specified terrorist groups, and these should expire after a given period, unless renewed by a bi-partisan parliamentary committee.
A precondition for effective policing of terrorism is an intelligence branch that is focused on tightly-defined terrorism rather than the political opposition, civil society, the arts, or legitimate dissent.
It was unacceptable that we were expected to pass SOSMA and other amendments without being presented with an up-to-date credible threat assessment from our intelligence agencies.
As such, it is disappointing that SOSMA was passed without as much as a consideration to consider the formation of a bipartisan parliamentary committee to monitor counter-terrorism measures and to prevent abuse of any new laws.
All of Malaysia's political parties are invested in national security and are committed to parliamentary democracy. Oversight of national security should be a shared responsibility especially given the history of abuse of exceptional powers by government.
I accept that certain aspects of the enforcement of this law would have to be treated with secrecy. A parliamentary committee that reviews the confidential information would help in convincing doubting public that the authorities are withholding information for good reasons.
Malaysia's previous counter-terrorism policy and laws were a patchwork arrangement which resulted from the unwillingness of the government and British to treat the Emergency as a war. An armed insurgency should have been dealt with via the provisions of the 1949 Geneva Conventions.
National security should be run according to international best practice, and counter-insurgency should be distinguished from counter-terrorism. The two can overlap but we should have different measures to deal with each.
Preventing terrorism should not be understood simply as an "eleventh hour" action for the police. If there is domestic terrorism we need the help of our intelligence services to determine the reasons for it. Government then needs to develop policies and measures to address the root causes.
If the causes involve fundamental failures of government policy, state repression, or the lack of democratic space then government needs to take the responsibility to change its ways provided it is consistent with the constitution and human rights standards.
If the causes are ideologies of extremism incompatible with parliamentary democracy then such organisations or individuals should feel the full force of the law consistent with the principles outlined above.
Damage suffered by victims of terrorism or damage via acts committed in the name of countering terrorism should be compensated through funds from the government.
Finally, anyone arrested by the police should be protected by the provisions in the UN Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment.
In order to be tough on terrorism we need precise instruments that will address genuine threats while ensuring that parliamentary democracy retains its vibrancy, health and commitment to the highest standards of justice.
What we have once again with SOSMA is wide-ranging permanent powers open to executive abuse. Malaysia deserves the best and Pakatan Rakyat will continue to fight for this goal.

movement broke its promise to keep its rally on Saturday peaceful.
In a press release today, Bersih co-chairperson Ambiga Sreenevasan said
the police had broken their promise of protecting the innocent.

Sepatutnya mereka menjaga keselamatan rakyat bukan 'menibai' rakyat...

Are you angry? I am. I have learnt that it is better to keep quiet when I am angry for when I rant, it has always raised my blood pressure - something that I cannot afford to do at my age! I have reached a stage when I dwell in silence while boiling within over many issues, situations and people, especially LIARS, HYPOCRITES AND PRETENDERS. Oh yea...there are many of them around...some you know instantly whereas some you may only realize as time goes by.
I have very strong views about Bersih 3.0 but choose to remain silent because many are in overdrive about all the pre- and post- Bersih issues. My heart is broken when I see the brutality, the senseless censorship and what is ahead for many. I knew all this would happen way before the event. The script had been written, players trained and all it needed was the plan to be executed to the hilt. And we know what happened.
Having read many articles on Bersih 3.0, I am sure many of us are tired of the usual I was there and saw this and that kind of write-ups. However, reading each one is still a heart-warming experience knowing that those people dared to make a stand even though they knew what it would entail.
This evening, I came across one particular article that I really love because it encapsulates how I feel. It addresses key issues and is written with much passion, flair and style. Hard-hitting and yet touching, this is one Malaysian who is a true Malaysian walking tall in our midst.
And I would urge every single one of you to read this article and to realize what are the underlying issues facing us today, so clearly outlined by this person.

The Malaysian Bar Council in its interim report today said police brutality against protesters during Bersih 3.0 last Saturday had worsened despite several police shortcomings that were highlighted during the last Bersih rally. "Of all the problems that were highlighted last year, as far as the use of force is concerned, this year it has magnified.
Among the observations made by the Bar Council were:

It was really frustrating to be away on the East Coast at the time when the critical Duduk Bantah sitdown rally for FREE AND CLEAN ELECTIONS IN MALAYSIA was taking place in Kuala Lumpur. Going there meant that I was virtually cut off from the Internet the whole time and could only rely on the bits of information that friends were passing on to me.
Last night was the first real opportunity for me to read about what had taken place over the weekend. I was both surprised and appalled.
Surprised in the sense that I learnt of the 300,000 to 350,000 of my fellow citizens who had decided bravely to participate in the rally despite ominous warnings from the DBKL and the Police. This number was beyond my expectation. Looking at the picture below, which I picked out from facebook, it gave me a big sense of pride to see the turnout.
Then I felt appalled when I read that the Police was still clueless and had no idea or ready solution to crowd control. Yet again, they resorted to that most basic of animal instinct. They turned on their physical might against the people of Malaysia. They are damn bullies and hooligans, really bent on using any means - including infiltration and censorship - to create havoc and use the filmsiest of excuses to use their water cannons and tear gas on the defenceless citizens of this country.
It is a bigger shame that Putrajaya and Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur have to hide behind the skirts of the Police force. Don't they understand that crude might is never right? When governments and authorities resort to violence, it can only mean that they have lost their ability to negotiate with the people. Our federal government have failed us real bad. They have lost their mandate. They have lost the respect of the people. This Bersih 3.0 rally must make them understand that the people are the ones that elected them into power and the people will be the ones that will decide whether to give them the mandate again.
As for me and my family, our decision is very clear. There is no place in this country for bigots and racists like the Najib regime to continue for another term. Come this General Election, our votes will go to the Pakatan Rakyat. No question about that, our time will come to kick them out of office.

How to fly As a matter of experience, once you get into the whole mode of 'flight simulation' you'll pick it up in no time. As online assistance helps you along the way, you can learn how to fly from the very best there is – that's to say, that real pilots utilise the software for their own training purposes. You too can become equally as proficient, with a little practice and dedication.
