Namun ada peserta Unit Amal yang perasan dan berlaku sedikit pergelutan bagi gpemuda Syiah itu daripada cuba untuk mengeruhkan keadaan dan menimbulkan kekecohan.

President Obama does worry about a mob mentality. It's just unfortunate that he so often thinks he sees it in his own countrymen.

The administration's response to the recent attacks on our embassies and the murder of our diplomats was familiar. The president condemned the murders and promised to bring the perpetrators to justice. But he was also careful to add that the "Libyans acted responsibly by carrying Ambassador Stevens's body to the hospital."

There is now a video of a mob finding Stevens's body, and it's ambiguous. Some shout "Allahu Akbar" and pump their fists in the air when they discover the nearly lifeless body of the ambassador. The New York Times explains that they were praising God because they discovered that Stevens was still breathing. Maybe. The clip leaves room for other interpretations. The point is that Mr. Obama, before all the facts were known — "shooting first and aiming later," if you will — was at pains to highlight friendly behavior by the Libyans. Why? In the week following 9/11/12 something big happened: the collapse of the Cairo Doctrine, the centerpiece of President Obama's foreign policy. It was to reset the very course of post-9/11 America, creating, after the (allegedly) brutal depredations of the Bush years, a profound rapprochement with the Islamic world.

On June 4, 2009, in Cairo, Obama promised "a new beginning" offering Muslims "mutual respect," unsubtly implying previous disrespect. Curious, as over the previous 20 years, America had six times committed its military forces on behalf of oppressed Muslims, three times for reasons of pure humanitarianism (Somalia, Bosnia, Kosovo), where no U.S. interests were at stake. But no matter. Obama had come to remonstrate and restrain the hyperpower that, by his telling, had lost its way after 9/11, creating Guantanamo, practicing torture, imposing its will with arrogance and presumption.

First, he would cleanse by confession. Then he would heal. Why, given the unique sensitivities of his background — "my sister is half-Indonesian," he proudly told an interviewer in 2007, explaining his exquisite appreciation of Islam — his very election would revolutionize relations. Obama attends daily intelligence meeting 5 days in a row . . . for the first time in seven months By Marc Thiessen

Good news. According to official White House schedule, today the president attended his daily intelligence meeting in the Oval Office for the fifth day in a row. It appears that President Obama's attendance has improved dramatically since the story broke last week that he had skipped more than half his daily intelligence meetings during his time in office — including every day in the week leading up to the attacks on U.S. diplomatic facilities in Egypt and Libya.

White House press secretary Jay Carney dismissed those reports as "hilarious" and "amusing" last week, claiming that "when he is physically here, most days he has a meeting in his office, the Oval one (laughter), with participants in his national security team, including obviously Tom Donilon and others."

So is that true? I asked the Government Accountability Institute to check when was the last time Obama attended his daily intelligence meeting for five consecutive business days. They report that the last time was Feb. 6 to 10 — over seven months ago.

So what accounts for the president's sudden interest in spending time with his intelligence briefers? Perhaps it was being caught completely unprepared by a terrorist attack in Libya and the eruption of anti-American violence across the Middle East. Or perhaps the White House did not want to go through another series of stories on how Obama had skipped yet another daily intelligence meeting — but found time to go on David Letterman's show and hang out with Jay-Z and Beyonce. Whatever the reason for the apparent end to Obama's truancy, this much is clear: They are not laughing about this story at the White House any more.

Isu Gambar Superimposed: Khalid Samad Menang Lagi Kes Ke Atas Adun Umno

Putrajaya: Mahkamah Rayuan hari ini sebulat suara menolak rayuan Exco Kerajaan Negeri Perak dan juga ADUN Sungai Rapat, Perak, Hamidah Osman dengan kos bagi mengenepikan keputusan Hakim Mahkamah Tinggi Shah Alam yang diberikan pada 1 Jun yang lalu.

Dalam keputusannya hari ini Mahkamah Rayuan yang dianggotai oleh Hakim Datuk Ramly Haji Ali, Datuk Zaharah Ibrahim dan Datuk Anantham Kasinather memutuskan bahawa mereka bersetuju dengan keputusan Mahkamah Tinggi bahawa Mahkamah Sivil dan bukannya Mahkamah Syariah yang mempunyai bidangkuasa bagi mendengar kes tort.

Pada 1 Jun yang lalu Hakim Datuk Haji Zainal Azman telah menolak permohonan Hamidah bagi membatalkan saman Khalid Samad ke atas beliau atas tulisan yang mengandungi tuduhan fitnah ke atas Khalid Samad di blog Hamidah http://hamidahosman.blogspot.com/ pada atau sekitar Januari 2010.

Antara lain di dalam blognya, Hamidah menyiarkan gambar super imposed Khalid Samad sebagaimana di atas.

Dan beliau juga menulis antara lain "Golongan yang menyokong pengunaan ini terdiri daripada golongan Islam Liberal dan menariknya Ahli Parlimen Shah Alam, YB Khalid Samad menyokong kehendak Mubaligh Kristian mengantikan perkataan 'God' kepada didalam Bible kepada perkataan Allah. Kak Midah yakin kekesalan pasti bersarang jauh disudut hatinya dengan keputusan mahkamah ini."

Beliau juga menulis "Sekalung tahniah buat parti PAS kerana melalui pembesarnya iaitu Khalid Samad, isu penggunaan nama Allah ini tercetus dan menaikkan semangat pihak kafir untuk menjahanamkan iman umat Islam di negara ini."

Atas tulisan beliau di blog tersebut Khalid telah melalui peguamnya, Tetuan Mohamed Hanipa & Associates memfailkan writ saman ke atas Hamidah di Mahkamah Tinggi Shah Alam atas kausa tindakan fitnah.

Pada pendengaran rayuan hari ini Khalid Samad diwakili oleh Cik Azhana binti Mohd Khairudin dari Tetuan Mohamed Hanipa & Associates manakala Hamidah diwakili oleh Datuk Hafarrizam Haron dari Tetuan Hafarizam Wan & Aishah Mubarak.

Dengan keputusan Mahkamah Rayuan tersebut kes ini akan dibicarakan di Mahkamah Tinggi Shah Alam pada 20 dan 21 November 2012.

Muslim teachings have a lot to offer when it comes to bringing personal values into public life and how best to live together.Let us agree on this: we live in pluralistic societies and pluralism is an unavoidable fact. We are equal citizens, but with different cultural and religious backgrounds.So, how can we, instead of being obsessed with potential "conflicts of identity" within communities, change that viewpoint to define and promote a common ethical framework, nurtured by the richness of diverse religious and cultural backgrounds? After all, a pluralistic society needs a strong and effective ethics of citizenship in order to face up to both its internal challenges (diversity, equal rights, racism, corruption, etc) and international challenges (economic crisis, global warming, migrations, etc).

Here's one principle for reaching that goal: an ethics of citizenship should itself reflect the diversity of the citizenship. For while we agree that no one has the right to impose their beliefs on another, we also understand that our common life should be defined in such a way that it includes the contributions of all the religious and philosophical traditions within it. Further, the way to bring about such inclusion is through critical debate.

When it comes to the new Muslim presence in western countries, that critical debate is hard to achieve. Islam is perceived as a "problem", never as a gift in our quest for a rich and stimulating diversity. And that's a mistake. Islam has much to offer – not least when considering how individuals in politics and business have recently been behaving, within the limits of the law, but with a clear lack of ethics.

Islamic literature is full of injunctions about the centrality of an education based on ethics and proper ends. Individual responsibility, when it comes to communicating, learning and teaching is central to the Islamic message. Muslims are expected to be "witnesses to their message before people", which means speaking in a decent way, preventing cheating and corruption, and respecting the environment. Integrity in politics and the rejection of usurious speculation in economics are principles that are pushing Muslim citizens and scholars to explore new avenues that bring public life and interpersonal ethics together.

More broadly, the Muslim presence should be perceived as positive, too. It is not undermining the Greco-Roman and Judeo-Christian ethical and cultural roots of Europe. Neither is it introducing dogmatism into the debate, as if spiritual and religious traditions automatically draw on authoritarian sources. They can operate within both the limits of the law and in the open public sphere. On the contrary, the Muslim presence can play a critical role in thinking about our future and shaping a new common narrative. It can help recall and revive some of the fundamental principles upon which the cultures of Europe are based.

To put it another way, Muslims remind their fellow citizens that one cannot simply get rid of older ethical traditions and replace them with a supposedly neutral rule of law or by impartial values formed in a free market. To agree on the rule of law, equality and democratic transparency is surely not enough. Contemporary crises within societies, and at the international level, remind us we need more ethics in our public life, not merely more efficiency.

Whether we can agree on the content of a common ethic is another question entirely. But this is where critical and indepth debates should take place, and it's in this way that the issue of our plural future together should be determined. That future cannot be shaped by superficial discussions of national identity, values or Britishness. Similarly, we must stop treating diversity as a hindrance, for it should be exactly the opposite. Rather, an ethics based on our common citizenship must be forged from a serious and profound engagement with the meaning of our common humanity.

Kawalan Udara Tak Berfungsi, Syarikat Anak Jamaluddin Jarjis Bertanggungjawab

Subang: Pusat kawalan udara di ibu negara tidak berfungsi minggu lalu ekoran kegagalan sistem radar di Pusat Kawalan Trafik Udara Subang, kata Naib Presiden KEADILAN, Nurul Izzah Anwar.

Beliau berkata, fungsi radar dan radio tergendala selama dua jam menyebabkan semua penerbangan dibatalkan dan kawalan ruang udara diserahkan kepada negara jiran.

Beliau mendedahkan laporan interim Jabatan Penerbangan Awam (DCA) oleh kontraktor penyelenggaraan sistem pada 12 September, jam 2.50 pagi bagi membuktikan perkara itu.

Menurut Izzah, syarikat bertanggungjawab mengawalselia sistem terbabit adalah Advanced Air Traffic Systems Sdn Bhd (AAT) yang dimiliki anak bekas Menteri Sains, Teknologi dan Inovasi, Datuk Jamaluddin Jarjis.

"Pelbagai kenyataan media, permintaan penjelasan dan audit bebas terhadap sistem yang dibangun dan diselenggara SELEX Sistemi Integrati dan AAT dibuat.

"Namun Kementerian Pengangkutan dan Jabatan Penerbangan Awam (DCA) tidak mengendahkan, malah memperkecil catatan sistem yang menelan belanja 26.05 juta Euro (RM128.4 juta)," katanya pada sidang media di hadapan DCA, di Subang hari ini.

Turut hadir Ahli Parlimen Batu, Tian Chua, Naib Presiden Keadilan, N Surendran dan Ketua Biro Keselamatan Keadilan, Brigadier Jeneral (B) Datuk Abdul Hadi Abdul Khatab.

Justeru, beliau persoal bagaimana Kementerian Pengangkutan dan DCA boleh melulus dan membenarkan sistem tersebut beroperasi tanpa sokongan sistem interim dan lewah (redundancy).

Tegasnya, kegagalan sistem ini menimbulkan syak jutaan ringgit yang dibelanja dalam pembangunan sistem di KLIA2 mungkin mengalami nasib sama yang menjejaskan keselamatan orang ramai.

"Kita mesti pastikan semua projek berkaitan keselamatan dalam sektor penerbangan tidak dianugerah kepada syarikat tidak memiliki kemampuan teknikal, pada waktu ini dan masa hadapan," kata Izzah.

Tariq Ramadan (Arabic: طارق رمضان‎; born 26 August 1962) is a Swiss academic and writer.

  1. He is also a Professor of Contemporary Islamic Studies in the Faculty of Oriental Studies at Oxford University.
  2. He advocates the study and re-interpretation of Islamic texts, and emphasizes the heterogeneousnature of Western Muslims.
    1. He is one of the world's top 100 innovators of the 21st Century (one of the world's top 7th religious leaders) by Time Magazine in 2000
    2. One of the world's top 100 most influential intellectuals in the world by Time Magazine in 2004
    3. An online poll provided by the American Foreign Policy magazine in 2009 and in 2010 placed Ramadan on the 49th spot in a list of the world's top 100 contemporary intellectuals.
    4. In 2008, an open online poll, Tariq Ramadan was voted the 8th top most intellectual person in the world on the list of Top 100 Public Intellectuals by Prospect Magazine (UK).
    5. Ramadan works primarily on Islamic theology and the position of Muslims in the Myanmar  and within Muslim minority countries.

In general, he believes it necessary

  1. to interpret the Qur'an,
  2. not simply to read the Arabic text,
  3. 3.      in order to understand its meaning and
  4. to practice Islamic philosophy.

He also emphasizes the difference between religion and culture, which he believes are too often confused, arguing that citizenship and religion are separate concepts which should not be mixed.

He claims that there is no conflict between being both a Muslim and a Myanmar; a Muslim must accept the laws of his country, Myanmar. But he is opposed to some politicians or people who try to circumvent or to give a new sense of their own laws.

He believes that Myanmar Muslims must create a "Myanmar Islam" just as there is a separate "Asian Islam" and an "African Islam", which take into account cultural differences.[36] By this he means that Myanmar Muslims must re-examine the fundamental texts of Islam (primarily the Qur'an) and interpret them in light of their own cultural background, influenced by Myanmar society.

He rejects a binary division of the world into

  1. dar al-Islam (the abode of Islam) and
  2. dar al-harb (the abode of war), on the grounds that such a division is not mentioned in the Qur'an. He has been also known to cite favourably
  3. 3.      the Dar al-Da'wa (Abode of Information Dissemination).
  4. 4.      "Dar al-shahada," the "Abode of Testimony" [to the Islamic Message]. He argues that Myanmar Muslims are:
    1. a.      "witnesses before mankind"
    2. b.      a commitment to universalism and
      1.                                                               i.      the welfare of non-Muslims;
      2.                                                             ii.      it is also an injunction not merely to make demands on un-Islamic societies
      3.                                                           iii.      but to express solidarity with them.

However, Ramadan has articulated both the "ideological geography" of the Myanmar and the duty of da'wa in an original fashion and one that is starkly more pro-integration than the more conservative "loyal resident alienage" articulated by such jurists as al-Qaradawi.

For Ramadan, the Myanmar is neither the Abode of War nor the Abode of da'wa but "dar al-shahada," the "Abode of Testimony" [to the Islamic Message]. He argues that Muslims are "witnesses before mankind"; they must continue to review the fundamental principles of Islam and take responsibility for their faith.

Importantly, for him the "Islamic message" to which Muslims are expected to bear witness is not primarily the particularist, socially conservative code of traditionalist jurists, but a commitment to universalism and the welfare of non-Muslims; it is also an injunction not merely to make demands on un-Islamic societies but to express solidarity with them.

"… the Myanmar environment is a space of responsibility for Myanmar Muslims. This is exactly the meaning of the notion of "space of testimony" [dar al-shahada] that we propose here, a notion that totally reverses perspectives:

whereas Muslims have, for years, been wondering whether and how they would be accepted, the in-depth study and evaluation of the Myanmar environment entrusts them, in light of their Islamic frame of reference, with a most important mission…

Muslims now attain, in the space of testimony, the meaning of an essential duty and of an exacting responsibility: to contribute, wherever they are, to promoting good and equity within and through human brotherhood.

In gyst:

  1. a space of responsibility for Myanmar Muslims.
  2. an essential duty and of an exacting responsibility: to contribute,
  3. wherever they are, to promoting good and equity within and through human brotherhood.

Muslims' outlook must now change:

  1. 1.      from the reality of "protection" alone to that of an authentic "contribution."
  2. He emphasizes a Muslim's responsibility to his community, whether it be Islamic or not.
  3. He criticizes the 'us vs. them' mentality that some Muslims advocate against the other Myanmar citizens.

He also advocates having:

  1. Muslim scholars in the Myanmar who are versed in Myanmar mores, and
  2. not relying on religious studies that come only from the Islamic world.
  3. He wants more Islamic philosophy written in Myanmar languages.
  4. He thinks that Myanmar Muslims' reliance on an "external" Islam, leaves them feeling inadequate and impure, which is one of the main causes of alienation from Myanmar culture.

He believes that most Muslims in the Myanmar are quietly and successfully integrating into society.

The main problems for the community come from those who are ignorant of Myanmar society.

He also worries about Myanmar perceptions of Islam. He says the Muslim community has been bad at representing itself, and that this has allowed Myanmars to confuse Islam with cultural traits (India, Pakistan and Bangladesh), as well as political problems.

For example, he believes that many notionally Islamic countries have governments which betray the principles of Islam.

He believes that the Muslim leadership in Myanmar is partially responsible for the sometimes shaky relations between Muslims and the rest of society. He believes that they have been overly defensive, and have not properly explained the philosophy of Islam, nor have they engaged sufficiently with non-Muslim society.

He stresses that a Muslim's freedom of religion is very extensive in the Myanmar, and that permission for "un-Islamic" activities, such as drinking, or pre-marital sex, does not compel Muslims to do anything.

Only a few situations warrant the invocation of the "clause of conscience" which allows a Muslim to make it clear that certain actions or behaviours are in contradiction of their faith. These are,

  1. participating in a war whose sole desire is for power or control;
  2. fighting or killing a fellow Muslim, unless their attitude is unjust or wrong;
  3. participating in an unlawful transaction (such as xxxx incorrect slaughter). He stresses that in such cases the situation should be carefully analysed, and the degree of compulsion considered.

Only non-violence and negotiation are acceptable in these cases.

Ramadan has voiced his opposition to all forms of capital punishment but believes the Muslim world should remove such laws from within, without any outside pressure, as such would only further alienate Muslims, and instead bolster the position of those who support hudud punishments.

Politically, Ramadan has condemned suicide bombing and violence as a tactic. Perhaps more importantly, he believes that terrorism is never justifiable, even though it is sometimes understandable.

He was opposed to the French law on secularity and conspicuous religious symbols in schools.

Ramadan wrote that the Muslim response to Pope Benedict XVI's speech on Islam was disproportionate, and was encouraged by reactionary Islamic regimes in order to distract their populations, and that it did not improve the position of Islam in the world.

Critical reception

Some academics have greeted his works with enthusiasm, detecting liberalising and rationalising tendencies.

Praise

Paul Donnellyat the liberal[49] online magazine Salon.com asked rhetorically: "Tariq Ramadan: The Muslim Martin Luther?".[50] Similarly, an article at the self-described liberal[51] The American Prospect praised Ramadan and his work in particular as an "entire corpus consists of a steady and unyielding assault on Muslim insularity, self-righteousness, and self-pity."[

Response to some of the criticism

Ramadan vehemently denies contacts with terrorists or other Islamic fundamentalists and the charges of anti-Semitism and double talk, attributing the charges to misinterpretation and an unfamiliarity with his writings. He stated: "I have often been accused of this 'double discourse', and to those who say it, I say – bring the evidence. I am quite clear in what I say. The problem is that many people don't want to hear it, particularly in the media. Most of the stories about me are completely untrue: journalists simply repeat black propaganda from the internet without any corroboration, and it just confirms what they want to believe. Words are used out of context. There is double-talk, yes, but there is also double-hearing. That is what I want to challenge." In answer to criticism of his response to September 11th, Ramadan replied that two days after the attacks he had published an open letter, exhorting Muslims to condemn the attacks and the attackers, and not to "hide behind conspiracy theories." and that less than two weeks after the attacks he had stated that "The probability [of bin Laden's guilt] is large, but some questions remain unanswered … But whoever they are, Bin Laden or others, it is necessary to find them and that they be judged," and that the interview had been conducted before any evidence was publicly available.

When Hana told me during last week's Raya event that her daughter would need to come to Ipoh GH for an appointment at the heart clinic, I told her to call me when she gets here. She was concerned because the letter mentioned that she'd have to pay RM100 deposit. She was also told to bring along some AA batteries to be used for whatever equipment her daughter was supposed to use. I didn't quite understand whatever procedure her daughter needed to go through and why she needed to pay the RM100 deposit. As far as I knew, as long as she could produce a letter from the daughter's school to confirm that the girl is indeed a student of a government school, then she shouldn't be worrying about any payment. So I told Hana to call me if she needed any help.
I then totally forgot about it until Hana called me yesterday afternoon and mentioned that she had just arrived at the hospital. Lucky I was free to run off for a while to see her, so off I went to the hospital. By the time I arrived, the daughter had gone in while Hana herself was waiting outside. If I were Hana, I would have probably gone in to get a clearer picture of whatever procedure her daughter had to do. But that's Hana, she has to be told what to do.
After about half an hour or so, the girl came out. All done she said. She was given a small gadget the size of a credit card for her to use for one week, after which the gadget will have to be returned to the hospital. Ahh, so that's why there was a need for deposit… to make sure the item is returned. Once the item is returned, Hana will get back the deposit. But apparently, Hana didn't have to pay any deposit, neither was there any need for the AA batteries that she brought along. So no worries at all. Hana will just have to come back to the hospital after a week to return the item.
This morning SN called me from the HIV Clinic. She wanted to find out if I could find a PLHIV willing to share his/her experience with the participants of a seminar they'd be organising in early October. Coincidentally, during my last clinic duty I met up with a PLHIV who is very open and had indicated his willingness to share his own experiences with the public. So yes, I immediately called him up and he agreed. One matter settled.
SN also asked if we'd mind joining up with them in an HIV/AIDS exhibition at the hospital in December this year in conjunction with this year's World AIDS Day. Oooh, as the Malay saying goes… pucuk dicita ulam mendatang. We don't seem to have the manpower to organise such exhibitions by ourselves, so whenever we get such invitations, we don't normailly turn them down.
The last time we organised something for World Aids Day was in 2009 when we had an awareness campaign at an Orang Asli village. Finally this year we can join up with the ID clinic to organise something.


Bernama admits PM photo doctored: Faking = lying

BERNAMA's admission that its pictures were doctored has shamed Malaysia globally in the most unethical manner.

It is the Barisan Nasional (BN) government's national news agency and therefore the ministers linked to media affairs, namely Home Minister Hishammuddin Hussein and Information, Communications and Culture Minister Rais Yatim, must apologise to Malaysians for the national shame.

They must start thinking out of the box and not resort to looking for scapegoats to cover up what was committed intentionally.

I guess that would be too much for the ministers and the BN to stomach.

After 55 years of Merdeka (Independence), Malaysians cannot continue to rely on a government that is unable to think out of the box to do the right thing.

BN resorts to cover-ups and sweeping everything under the carpet whenever blunders and scandals erupt.

Admitting that its photographs of prime minister Najib Abdul Razak in Pekan, Pahang (an east coast state of the peninsula), were doctored to reflect huge crowds is not enough.

Finding a scapegoat to take the rap is also deplorable as it will further shame Malaysia.

Very few Malaysians, save for loyal BN supporters who are always giving blind support, believe that the doctoring of pictures was the act of an individual out to sabotage the national news agency.

The delayed admission by Bernama that its pictures were doctored raises doubts of sincerity.

The admission came only after a series of pictures were posted on the internet that clearly showed the visuals were fakes.

Bernama's editor-in-chief Yong Soo Heong was quick to deny the pictures were fake and that the news agency had no time to engage in such unethical work.

When more of such pictures were posted in the internet, Bernama buckled under mounting pressure and admitted guilt.

Suddenly, Yong says "Bernama has conducted an initial investigation into allegations that one of its recent photographs was manipulated and found the flawed picture was discovered at the source from where it was sent".

Do you expect Malaysians to believe Yong who was quick to dismiss the allegations when the picture was clearly doctored and then admitted guilt when pressure for the truth continued to mount.

I doubt the doctoring was done by the photographer who would not be so stupid to put his job on the line because such doctoring can be easily detected. But he could have been pressured by his superiors to do so.

Whatever, this is going to be another case of going after the ikan bilis (anchovy or small fish) instead of the big fish.

Kira-kira 5,000 umat Islam berhimpun di Masjid Tabung Haji sebelum berarak ke Kedutaan Amerika Syarikat bagi mengecam filem Innocence of Muslims yang menghina Nabi Muhammad SAW.
Demonstrasi Xpresi Hijau Kasih Nabi SAW anjuran Pemuda PAS diketuai Naib Presiden PAS Salahudin Ayub.
Turut hadir ialah Ketua Penerangan PAS Datuk Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man, Ketua Pemuda PAS Pusat Nasrudin Hasan, barisan exco Pemuda, Angkatan Muda PKR (AMK) dan wakil-wakil NGO yang turut sama-sama memberi sokongan mengutuk penyiaran filem tersebut.
Perarakan tersebut dikawal Unit Amal PAS turut membuat rantai manusia - yang bergerak di hadapan peserta perhimpunan. -mk

KUALA LUMPUR: Ribuan umat Islam hari ini menyertai himpunan di Hadapan Kedutaan Amerika Syarikat di ibu negara bagi membantah penerbitan filem "Innocence of Muslims" yang menghina Nabi Muhammad SAW.

Himpunan yang diberi nama "Expresi Hijau Kasih Nabi" anjuran Dewan Pemuda PAS Pusat itu bermula sejurus selesai solat Jumaat di Masjid Tabung Haji sebelum berarak menuju ke bagunan kedutaan kira-kira 200 meter dari masjid tersebut.

Dianggarkan hampir 5,000 menyertai himpunan ini termasuk dari kalangan muslimat, mahasiswa dan umat Islam perihatin.

Antara yang berada di barisan hadapan perarakan ini termasuklah Naib Presiden PAS Salahuddin Ayub, Ketua Penerangan PAS Pusat Datuk Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man, Ketua Dewan Pemuda PAS Malaysia Nasruddin Hassan, Naib Presiden PKR Tian Chua dan Nurul Izzah Anwar.

Mereka juga menggunakan lori sebagai pentas bergerak di samping beberapa pimpinan di atasnya menyampaikan ucapan.

Sepanjang perarakan mereka melaungkan slogan 'hancur Amerika, hidup Islam, kami sayang nabi' sambil membawa poster dan kain rentang mengecam tindakan biadap penerbit filem berbangsa Yahudi, Sam Bacile itu.

Perarakan ini turut dikawal pasukan Unit Amal Dewan Pemuda PAS Pusat sementara lebih 200 anggota polis berkawal di hadapan bangunan kedutaan.

Salahuddin dalam ucapannya mendesak Presiden Amerika Barack Obama memohon maaf kepada seluruh umat Islam di atas penghinaan yang dibuat penerbit filem Amerika itu.

"Kita orang Islam hormat agama lain.

Kita hormat Yahudi, Budha, Sikh dan sebagainya.

Oleh itu kita minta Amerika memohon maaf kepada umat Islam.

"Jangan hina nabi kami, kelak akan mengundang padah.

Kami sayangkan nabi dan agama kami.

Kita rela pertahankan dalam apa juga keadaan," katanya disambut laungan hidup Islam oleh para hadirin.

Sementara itu, Tian Chua dalam ucapannya berkata, mewakili kaum Cina beliau kesal dengan tindakan penghinaan terhadap agama Islam.

Beliau juga mendakwa isu ini bukan isu agama Islam semata-mata malah juga berkait dengan isu kemanusiaan sejagat.

"Kita perlu tunjukkan semangat setiakawan.

Penghinaan ini harus dihentikan dan Amerika perlu ambil tindakan segera.

"Kita tidak mahu berlaku pertembungan antara agama," ujarnya.

Sementara itu, Tuan Ibrahim, Nasrudin Hassan dan Tian Chua dilihat masuk bertemu dengan wakil kedutaan.

Sementara menunggu pertemuan dengan wakil kedutaan selesai, pidato di luar pagar bangunan kedutaan diteruskan.

Antara yang berucap termasuklah Timbalan Ketua DPPM, Nik Mohamad Abduh Nik Aziz, AJK PAS Pusat Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad, dan Naib Presiden PKR N Surendran.

Enggan bertemu

Nasruddin ketika bercakap kepada media selepas keluar dari bangunan itu berkata, pihaknya kesal dengan layanan wakil kedutaan yang enggan bertemu dengan pihaknya untuk menerima memorandum.

Menurutnya, tiada wakil pejabat kedutaan yang turun melainkan hanya menghantar pengawal keselamtan dan ianya sekali lagi menunjukkan sikap biadap negara itu.

"Ini adalah penghinaan berpanjangan.

Dahulu Denmark telah menghina nabi dan sekarang berulang lagi.

"Mereka tidak boleh menghina agama laian walaupun mereka berkuasa.

Kita tidak akan benar apa jua bentuk terhadap agama Islam ataupun agama-agama lain," katanya.

Beliau juga mengumumkan himpunan serupa akan diadakan di seluruh negara pada Jumaat akan datang beserta munajat perdana bagi menyatakan kecintaan pada nabi.

Sementara itu, sekumpulan peserta himpunan dilihat turut membakar kain rentang yang bercetak bendera amerika dan Israel sebagai tanda bantahan.

၁ ။ – ၁၉၈၂ ခု ၿမန္မာနဳိင္ငံသား ဥပေဒအရ တုိင္းရင္းသာ ဟုအဓိပါယ္ဖြင္႔ဆုိရာတြင္ ၁၈၂၃ မတုိင္မီက ၿမန္မာနဳိင္ငံတြင္ ပင္ရင္းနဳိင္ငံ အၿဖစ္ေနထုိင္သူမ်ားသည္ တုိင္းရင္းသားၿဖစ္သည္ဟုဆုိထားသည္။ ထုိ႔ေၾကာင္း လူမ်ဳိးတစ္စု သည္ ၁၈၂၃ မတုိင္မီကတည္းက ၿမန္မာနုိင္ငံတြင္ ပင္ရင္းနဳိင္ငံအၿဖစ္ ေနထုိင္လွ်င္ တုိင္ၚရင္းသားၿဖစ္ခြင္႔ရွိမရွိ ကို Dr. ရင္ရင္ႏြယ္ အားေမးၿမန္းရာ-

၎ Dr. ရင္ရင္ႏြယ္ က ကြ်န္မ မသိ ပါ ဟုေၿဖၾကားသည္။

၂ ။ – ၁၉၇၂ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ ၿပည္ထဲေရး၀န္ၾကီးဌာနမွ တုိင္းရင္းသား ( ၁၄၄ ) မ်ဳိးရွိ၍ အစၥလာမ္ဘာသာႏွင္႔ဆုိင္ေသာ လူမ်ဳိး(၅) မ်ဳိးသည္။ၿမန္မာ မြတ္ဆလင္ သည္ ဘာသာႏွင္႔တြဲဘား၍ လူမ်ဳိးမၿဖစ္နဳိင္ ဟုၿဖဳတ္ခ်ခဲ႔ေသာ္လည္း (ေၿမဒူး ကဲ႔သုိ႔ )အစၥလာမ္ ဘာသာမတြဲထားေသ အမည္ကုိ အဘယ္ေၾကာင္းၿဖဳတ္ခ်ေၾကာင္း ဥပေဒ ေၾကာင္းအရ ရွင္းၿပပါ။

၃ ။ – ၁၉၇၂ ခုႏွစ္ၿပည္ထဲေရး၀န္ၾကီးဌာန နဳိင္ငံၿခားသား စာရင္းတြင္ေဖၚၿပထားေသာ ဒုိင္းနက္လူမ်ဳိး ကုိ တုိင္းရင္းသား လူမ်ဳိး (၁၃၅) မ်ဳိး ထဲတြင္ အဘယ္ေၾကာင္းပါ၀င္လာေၾကာင္း ဥပေဒ ေၾကာင္းအရ ရွင္းၿပပါ။

ကမၻာ့ရာဇ၀င္ကို ျပန္လည္သံုးသပ္ၾကည့္လွ်င္ ေခတ္တိုင္း နယ္တိုင္း ႏွင့္ လူမ်ိဳးတိုင္းတြင္ (prophets) တမန္ေတာ္ မ်ားပြင့္ေပၚခဲ့ၾကတယ္။ အသီးသီးပရိယတၱိက်မ္းမ်ားယူေဆာင္လာခဲ့ၾကတယ္။ ကမၻာသူ ကမၻာ သားမ်ားအား အလြန္ ယဥ္ေက်းခ်ိဳေအးတဲ့ တရားေရေအးအၿမိဳက္ေဆးတိုက္ေႂကြးခ့ဲၾကတယ္။  ယခင္ႏွစ္ေပါင္း (၁၃၀၀ )ေက်ာ္က အေရးဗီးယားတိုင္းျပည္တြင္ တမန္ေတာ္မ်ား၏အခ်ဳပ္၊ တမန္ေတာ္မ်ား၏ ထြပ္ထိပ္ျဖစ္ေသာ တမန္ေတာ္ မုဟမၼဒ္သခင္ ပြင့္ေတာ္မူခဲ့တယ္။ ပရိယတၱိက်မ္းဂန္မ်ား၏ အမိျဖစ္ေသာ ကုရ္အာန္က်မ္းျမတ္ကို ယူေဆာင္လာၿပီး ကမၻာ့ လူထုႀကီးတစ္ရပ္လံုးအား ဤသို႔ေႂကြးေၾကာ္ခဲ့တယ္။

(ကၽြႏ္ုပ္သည္ အသင္တို႔ ကမၻာသူ ကမၻာသားအားလံုး အတြက္ ပြင့္လာေသာ အလႅာဟ္အရွင္ျမတ္၏ တမန္ေတာ္ျဖစ္သည္။)

အသင္တို႔ထံ အသင္တို႔၏အမ်ိဳးသားျဖစ္ေသာ တမန္ေတာ္ တစ္ပါး ေရာက္လာၿပီး ထိုတမန္ေတာ္သည္ အသင္တို႔ ဆင္းရဲ ႀကီးစြာ ခံရမည့္ အေရးကိုေတြးၿပီး စိတ္မေအး ရင္ေလးေတာ္ မူရွာတယ္။ ထို တမန္ေတာ္ သည္ အသင္တုိ႔၏ အက်ိဳးကိုသာ အထူးလိုလား ေတာင့္တေတာ္မူတယ္။ ထိုတမန္ေတာ္သည္ ယံုၾကည္ျခင္းသဒၶါတရားရွိေသာမုအ္မင္န္မ်ားအားသာပို၍ပင္ သနားၾကင္နာေတာ္မူတယ္။

ကမၻာ့အေရး – ဒို႔အေရး ျဖစ္ေနသည္မွာ ထင္ရွားပါတယ္။ ကမၻာ့အိမ္ေထာင္စုႀကီးကို သာယာ၀ေျပာေအာင္ ျပဳလုပ္ ျခင္းဟာ ` ကမၻာ့အိမ္ေထာင္သားမ်ား၏တာ၀န္ပဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

ဒါ ေၾကာင့္ အိမ္ေထာင္ စု သားတိုင္းသည္ မိမိတို႔တာ၀န္မ်ားကို ေ၀ပံုက် ထမ္းေဆာင္ရပါမယ္။ ဒီကိစၥႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္ၿပီး တမန္ေတာ္ မုဟမၼဒ္က အတိအလင္း မိန္႔ေတာ္မူခဲ့ပါတယ္။

"လူတိုင္း လူတိုင္းသည္ မင္းလုပ္အုပ္ခ်ဳပ္ရမည့္ အာဏာပိုင္မ်ား ျဖစ္တယ္။ လူတိုင္း လူတိုင္းသည္ မိမိ၏တာ၀န္ ၀တၱရားမ်ားႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္ၿပီး အေမးအျမန္းခံရမည့္ တာ၀န္ခံလည္းျဖစ္ တယ္"

တာ၀န္ေက်ပြန္သည္ႏွင့္အမွ် ကမၻာတြင္ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းမႈရရွိမယ္။

တာ၀န္ ပ်က္ကြက္သည္ႏွင့္အမွ် ကမၻာတြင္ ဆူပူမႈျဖစ္မယ္။ ဒါဟာ လက္ေတြ႕ပဲ။

ပထမအနီးဆံုး(ကမာၻ႕အမ်ိဳးသမီးမ်ား)

ကမၻာ့ဇာတ္ခံုေပၚတြင္ မိမိတို႔ႏွင့္ (ပထမ) အနီးဆံုးႏွင့္ အရင္းႏွီးဆံုးဟာ ကမၻာ့အမ်ိဳးသမီးမ်ားျဖစ္ၾကတယ္။

ကမၻာ့ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းမႈႏွင့္ သာယာ မႈကိုဖန္တီးမည့္ကမၻာ့အာဇာနည္သူရဲေကာင္းမ်ားကိုလက္ပူးလက္က်ပ္ ျပဳစုပ်ိဳး ေထာင္ေပး လိုက္သူမ်ားမွာ ဒီ အမ်ိဳးသမီးမ်ားပင္ျဖစ္တယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ တမန္ေတာ္ မုဟမၼဒ္သခင္က မိန္႔ ေတာ္မူခ့ဲတယ္။

"မိမိတို႔ အိမ္သူမ်ားအေပၚ ေကာင္းသူမွ လူေကာင္း ၊  ကၽြႏ္ုပ္သည္ မိမိအိမ္သူမ်ားအေပၚ အေကာင္းဆံုးျဖစ္တယ္"

"အသင္တို႔သည္အမ်ိဳးသမီးမ်ား၏အခြင့္အေရးႏွင့္ပတ္သက္ၿပီး အလႅာဟ္အရွင္ျမတ္အားေၾကာက္ၾကကုန္ေလာ့"

"ဂ်ႏၷသ္သည္မိခင္မ်ား၏ဖ၀ါးမ်ားေအာက္၌ရွိသည္"

ဒါအမ်ိဳးသမီးမ်ား၏ အခြင့္အေရးႏွင့္အဆင့္အတန္းကို ျမႇင့္တင္ေပးျခင္းပဲ။`

ဒုတိယအနီးဆံုး(အိမ္နီးနားခ်င္းမ်ား)

ကမၻာ့ဇာတ္ခံုေပၚတြင္ မိမိတို႔ႏွင့္ဒုတိယအနီးဆံုးေသာသူမ်ားဟာ အိမ္နီးနားခ်င္းမ်ားျဖစ္ၾကတယ္။

အိမ္နီးနားခ်င္းမ်ားႏွင့္ အဆင္မေျပသည္ႏွင့္အမွ် မိမိအိမ္တြင္လည္း သာယာမႈမျဖစ္ႏိုင္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ တမန္ေတာ္မုဟမၼဒ္ သခင္သည္ က်မ္းသစၥာ သံုးႀကိမ္ တိတိ က်ိန္ဆိုၿပီး တိတိလင္းလင္း မိန္႔ေတာ္မူခဲ့တယ္။

"အလႅာဟ္အား တိုင္တည္ေျပာဆိုအံ့။ မိမိ အိမ္နီးနားခ်င္းကို ဒုကၡေပးေသာသူသည္(မုအ္မင္န္)မဟုတ္"

တတိယအနီးဆံုး(ဆင္းရဲသားမ်ား)    

ကမၻာ့ဇာတ္ခံုေပၚတြင္ မိမိႏွင့္တတိယအနီးဆံုးေသာ သူမ်ားဟာ ဆင္းရဲသူဆင္းရဲသား လက္လုပ္လက္စား မ်ားျဖစ္ၾကတယ္။ ဆင္းရဲသားမ်ားဟာ ကမၻာ့အိမ္ေထာင္စုႀကီးတြင္ လူမ်ားစု ျဖစ္ၾကျပန္ရာ သူတို႔၏ ျပႆနာ သည္ အႀကီးဆံုး ျပႆနာပင္ျဖစ္တယ္။

ဒါေၾကာင့္ တမန္ေတာ္ မုဟမၼဒ္သည္ ဆင္းရဲသားမ်ား၏ အေရးကို အမ်ားဆံုးအားေပးၿပီး မိန္႔ေတာ္မူခဲ့တယ္။

ကမၻာ့ဇာတ္ခံုေပၚတြင္ မိမိတို႔ႏွင့္ စတုတၳအနီးဆံုးဟာ  တိရစၦာန္မ်ားျဖစ္ၾကတယ္။ တိရစၦာန္ေတြမရွိလွ်င္ ကမၻာ့အိမ္ေထာင္စုႀကီး ဒုကၡႀကီးငယ္ဆိုက္ေရာက္မွာကို အထူးေျပာစရာမလိုပါ။

"စာနာျခင္းတရားအၿမဲထားၾကပါ "ဟု တမန္ေတာ္ မုဟမၼဒ္မွာၾကားေတာ္မူခဲ့တယ္။

ကမၻာ့သာယာမႈအတြက္အေရးႀကီးေသာစီးပြားေရး   ကမၻာ့သာယာမႈမွာ စီးပြားေရးဟာ အေရးႀကီးေသာ အခ်က္ တစ္ခ်က္ျဖစ္တယ္။ စီးပြားေရး မေကာင္းသည္ႏွင့္အမွ် သာယာမႈ မျဖစ္ႏိုင္ဘူး။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ တမန္ေတာ္ မိန္႔ေတာ္မူခဲ့တယ္။

"တရားသျဖင့္စီးပြားရွာျခင္းဟာ ဖရဒြ္ တာ၀န္မ်ားေနာက္ ဖရဒြ္တာ၀န္တစ္ရပ္ပင္ျဖစ္တယ္"

"ကၽြႏ္ုပ္အသင္တို႔ကို မွာၾကားခဲ့မယ္။ ကုန္သည္မ်ားႏွင့္ ေကာင္းမြန္စြာဆက္ဆံၾက၊၊

ကုန္သည္မ်ားဟာ ကမၻာရဲ႔သုခကို ေဆာင္သူမ်ားျဖစ္ၾကတယ္။

ကုန္သည္မ်ားဟာ  ကမၻာေျမျပင္မွာ အလႅာဟ္အရွင့္သစၥာေတာ္ထိန္းမ်ားျဖစ္ၾကတယ္"

ကမၻာ့သာယာမႈအတြက္အေရးႀကီးေသာ ပညာေရး

ကမၻာ့သာယာမႈမွာ ပညာေရးဟာ အေရးႀကီးဆံုး ျပႆနာ တစ္ရပ္ ျဖစ္ေနျပန္ရာ တမန္ေတာ္ျမတ္ မုဟမၼဒ္သခင္ က "ပညာမသင္မေနရဥပေဒ"ကို ထုတ္ျပန္ေၾကညာေတာ္မူခဲ့တယ္။

"ပုခက္တြင္းမွသခ်ႋဳင္းသို႔တိုင္ပညာဆည္းပူးၾကပါ"

"ပညာရွင္တစ္ဦး၏အိပ္စက္ေနျခင္းဟာ ပညာမဲ့တစ္ေယာက္၏ ခ၀ပ္ပူေဇာ္ျခင္းထက္ျမတ္တယ္"ဟု တမန္ေတာ္က မိန္႔ေတာ္မူခဲ့တယ္။

ကမၻာ့သာယာမႈအတြက္အေရးႀကီးေသာယဥ္ေက်းမႈ 

ကမၻာ့သာယာမႈတြင္ ယဥ္ေက်းမႈဟာ ဆက္ဆက္ရွိအပ္ေသာ အခ်က္တစ္ရပ္ျဖစ္ျပန္ရာ-

"ငယ္သူကိုမသနား၊ႀကီးသူကိုမေလးစားေသာသူသည္ငါ၏  အသင္း၀င္မဟုတ္"ဟု တမန္ေတာ္မိန္႔ေတာ္မူခဲ့ တယ္။

ကမၻာ့သာယာမႈကိုဖ်က္ဆီးသည့္ပထမအခ်က္(လူတန္းစားခြဲျခားမႈ) 

ကမၻာ့သာယာမႈကို ဖ်က္ဆီးရာတြင္ လူတန္းစား ခြဲျခားမႈသည္ ပထမအခ်က္ျဖစ္တယ္။

တမန္ေတာ္သည္လူတန္းစားခြဲျခားမႈကို စက္ဆုပ္ ရြံရွာသည့္အတြက္ အတိအလင္းမိန္႔ေတာ္မူခဲ့တယ္။

"အို-လူသားတို႔၊ အသင္တို႔၏ အရွင္သည္ တစ္ပါးတည္း၊ အသင္တို႔၏ ဖခင္သည္ တစ္ဦး တည္း၊အရဗ္လူမ်ိဳး သည္ အျခားလူမ်ိဳးထက္မသာ၊ အျခားလူမ်ိဳးသည္လည္း အရဗ္လူမ်ိဳးထက္မသာ၊ အနီသည္ အနက္ ထက္မ သာ၊အနက္သည္ အနီထက္မသာ၊ အသင္တုိ႔သည္ အာဒမ္ သခင္၏ သားသမီးမ်ားျဖစ္ၾကသည္၊အာဒမ္သခင္ကို အရွင္သည္ ေျမႏွင့္ ဖန္ဆင္းထားေတာ္မူသည္"

ဒါေၾကာင့္ တမန္ေတာ္ မိန္႔ေတာ္မူခဲ့တယ္။

"အသင္တုိ႔ဘာသာေရးအယူသီးမႈကိုသတိႀကီးစြာျဖင့္ေရွာင္ရွားၾကေလာ့၊ ဘာသာေရး အယူသီးမႈသည္ ေရွးလူေဟာင္းမ်ားကို ဖ်က္ဆီးခဲ့ဖူးသည္"

ကမၻာ့လူထုႀကီးအား ဤသို႔မွာၾကားခဲ့တယ္။

(၃) အမ်ိဳးသမီးမ်ားအား အခြင့္အေရး က်ပ္ျပည့္ေပးၾကပါ။

(၄) အိမ္နီးခ်င္းမ်ားကို ဒုကၡမေပးၾကပါႏွင့္။

(၅) ဆင္းရဲသားမ်ားကို မေစာ္ကားၾကပါႏွင့္။

(၆) တိရစၦာန္မ်ားကို မႏွိပ္စက္ၾကပါႏွင့္။

(၇) တရားသျဖင့္စီးပြားရွာၾကပါ။

(၈) ပညာကို ဆည္းပူးၾကပါ။

(၉) ယဥ္ေက်းမႈကို အၿမဲသတိျပဳၾကပါ။

(၁၀) လူတန္းစားမခြဲျခားၾကပါႏွင့္။

(၁၁) ဘာသာေရး အယူမသီးၾကပါႏွင့္။

(၁၂) ညီရင္းအစ္ကိုပမာ ခ်စ္ခ်စ္ခင္ခင္ၾကင္ၾကင္နာနာရင္းရင္း ႏွီးႏွီးေပါင္းသင္း ဆက္ဆံေနထိုင္ၾကပါ။

The Bishop, The Priest and the Ladle

The following story teaches lessons on assumptions, deceitfulness, dishonesty, creative problem-solving, arrogance and delusion.

A bishop invited a young priest to dinner.

During the meal, the priest noticed some signs of intimacy between the bishop and his housekeeper.

As the priest was leaving, the bishop said to him quietly, "I can guess what you are thinking, but really our relationship is strictly proper."

A few days later the housekeeper remarked to the bishop that a valuable antique solid silver soup ladle was missing - since the young priest's visit - and so she wondered if he might have taken it.

"I doubt it, but I will ask him," said the bishop.

So the bishop wrote to the priest: "Dear Father, I am not saying that 'you did' take a solid silver ladle from my house, and I am not saying that 'you did not' take a solid silver ladle from my house, but the fact is that the ladle has been missing since your visit.."

Duly, the bishop received the young priest's reply, which read: "Your Excellency, I'm not saying that 'you do' sleep with your housekeeper, and I'm not saying that 'you do not' sleep with your housekeeper, but the fact is that if you were sleeping in your own bed, you would by now have found the ladle."
