Rasulullah menjawab, 'Ibumu.' Lelaki itu bertanya, 'Kemudian siapa lagi?' Rasulullah menjawab, 'Ibumu.' Lelaki itu bertanya, 'Kemudian siapa lagi?' Rasulullah menjawab, 'Ibumu.' Lelaki itu bertanya (lagi), 'Kemudian siapa lagi?' Lelaki itu menjawab, 'Bapamu.'" (HR. Bukhari dan Muslim)
Justeru itu sentiasalah berdoa untuk kedua ibubapamu:

Today, I must have read over one hundred articles, watched two movies and ate very little to pay penance for over-eating the past week. Just when I told myself I would wrap it up, log out, I decided to take a chance and visited Wired, one my my favourite websites. Lo and behold, I came across this fantastic article which is definitely a MUST READ so here goes....
What happens when you email the 'father' of chaos theory? by DJ Patil
I want you to remember back to high school and the different kinds of kids in your class: the smart one, the cool one, the athletic one, and the one that was always in trouble. The one that trouble just seemed to seek out. Remember them? Well that was me. Proof? During the first 90 days of my freshman year of high school I had been suspended, kicked out of my maths class, and been read my rights. None of which were related incidents. You know things are bad when you start to know the names of your high school administrators. Mr. Knapp. To this day I can remember his office and what if felt like sitting in the chair next to his desk while he rendered the next sentence.
When you are constantly in trouble, you quickly learn to make sure you are the first one to the mailbox. Thankfully, email was not a popular thing at that time. During a summer day between my sophomore and junior years, I did my usual interception plan, and it paid off. There in the mailbox was a plain white envelope with my name on it. It was thin and light, with our school logo in the upper left. The kind of envelope that elicits panic because only two things come in it -- trouble or rejection. And there in traditional, bureaucratic font, was the latest recommendation by the school administrators. It said, as a top student, I had been selected to join a brand new, elite group of future leaders.
I asked my friends and none of them had been picked for the group. I began to think this was an epic practical joke. So, I agreed out of curiosity. And when I arrived at training a month later, it was one of those made for TV moments. The coolest and smartest kids were all there, and when I walked, in it was pretty clear that everyone thought I was the person they were supposed to mentor. To top it off, the person who was leading the training: Mr. Knapp. With that mix, let me assure you, you can't make up that kind of awkward moment.
Still, I figured what the heck, I would take advantage of the school's mistake, and here is the crazy and lucky thing -- I was actually really good at the work. I enjoyed the programme so much that it became a turning point that sparked a set of positive chain reactions. After a year I had become a transformed student. My grades still were not very good, but to my parent's relief, I wasn't getting suspended. I got to thinking how great it was that someone's mistake turned into such a life changing experience for me. So I decided to look into it and found, I, in fact, I had been hand picked by Mr Knapp. Mr Knapp?! The very same person who had suspended me earlier. Why pick me? Here's a brand new programme, which he created, and he personally took a risk on me.

P.S. After putting up this blog post, I did my usual "Nichoooolaaaaas, come downstairs" yell and thereafter, made my son read this post. Initially, he was adamant that I should not 'force' him to read what I regarded as mandatory reading for that act of reading should be spontaneous (*eyes rolling*). Soon enough, by the time he reached the halfway mark, he was completely engrossed and even before I finished reading the last sentence of the Wired article, he said, "I know, I know....my mom." :-)

"Muslims today see themselves as pawns in a larger game designed to rouse Burman Buddhist nationalism, discredit President Thein Sein and Ms Suu Kyi, deflect anti-Chinese sentiment to Muslims, and prove that the army is still required to maintain order."
Old monsters stirring up trouble
Published on Jun 02, 2013, The Straits Times of Singapore
By Nirmal Ghosh, Indochina Bureau Chief in Bangkok
Two days of violence this past week that may have left up to eight dead – the official figure remains at two – in sleepy Lashio in Shan state further defined an emerging pattern to the bloodshed rocking Myanmar in recent months: Organised mobs are injected into a town to target Muslims.
Who is behind this remains a subject of speculation but the episodes are challenging the government's ability to maintain law and order. More importantly, they are a severe test of Myanmar's experiment with democracy in a multi-ethnic, multi-religious society.
Ahead of this week's World Economic Forum in Naypyidaw, the army has again been deployed to enforce order in the northern town of Lashio.
That underlines the contradictions that can baffle outsiders expecting clear answers from a complex country that has been at war externally and with itself, in some form or the other, for decades.
Shan Buddhists have no issues with Muslims living in the northern state. Shan monks in Lashio sheltered Muslims last week to save them.
A group of Shan monks stated that it was Burmans who perpetrated the violence, not Shan. The man who started it all, allegedly a Muslim, by setting fire to a Buddhist woman was not a local, real residents say.
They say the mobs which suddenly showed up and started smashing Muslim homes, shops, a mosque and an orphanage were outsiders too.
Residents of Meikhtila say outsiders were also behind violence there in March, when more than 40 people were killed. Outsiders were also the perpetrators in Bago when riots hit that township days later.
Security sources in Myanmar say the mobs are mainly men from the Swan Arshin – a loose cadre of thugs, criminals and ex-convicts used by the old military regime to intimidate and break up protests. Swan Arshin means "masters of power" or "possessors of power".
Squads of Swan Arshin are believed to have been among those who attacked opposition politician Aung San Suu Kyi's convoy at Depayin in 2003. They were also active in breaking up protests in Yangon in 2007 until the army was deployed.
A 2008 paper by the independent Asian Human Rights Commission says: "While the group's existence and activities have been known, it is not an officially recognised organisation. It does not feature in the state media and has no public face."
It was then a tool of the pro-military Union Solidarity and Development Association which evolved into the Union Solidarity and Development Party (USDP) which is now the ruling party. The USDP recently however flatly denied it had anything to do with the Swan Arshin.
A newer "Buddhist militia" called the Taung Tha army has also apparently appeared, according to the sources. Taung Tha is a town which happens to be home to the notoriously hardline Aung Thaung, a former senior general and combat veteran who is now a key figure in the USDP.
The attacks in Meikhtila and Lashio were well planned and executed. Just days before the Lashio violence, the right-wing Buddhist monk U Wirathu was preaching his characteristic anti-Muslim sermons in a town some 50km away. The Swan Arshin and the Buddhist 969 movement spearheaded by U Wirathu complement each other, Myanmar analysts say.
The security source said the Swan Arshin fire up poor illiterate peasants to swell their numbers – and then wait for an incident to light a match to the tinder. The incident could even be staged.
The mobs, well equipped with swords and machetes, iron rods and sledgehammers, are then transported into town to attack Muslims.
It is a ruthless but time-honoured tactic to attack an enemy with no accountability, or to create an enemy and then attack them, or just to sow instability and chaos which may then be guided to the benefit of those controlling the mobs.
The tactic is also used to maintain an extra-parliamentary power base, a sort of insurance policy if Myanmar's fledgling democracy disintegrates – or becomes stronger and nudges people once in lucrative positions of power to the sidelines
The attack in Lashio drew a swifter government response than the Meikhtila violence in March. Ironically for mostly Western human rights groups and pro-democracy activists clamouring for a reduction in the role of the army, the Tatmadaw is back in the streets as the only agency capable of keeping the peace.
Muslims today see themselves as pawns in a larger game designed to rouse Burman Buddhist nationalism, discredit President Thein Sein and Ms Suu Kyi, deflect anti-Chinese sentiment to Muslims, and prove that the army is still required to maintain order.
President Thein Sein has talked tough and warned against extremists derailing the democratic transition. But politics and power in Myanmar have always been ruthless.
Analysts say the President will appear increasingly weak if the old monsters cannot be tamed.

-SH

In Ayurvedic medicine, Mimosa pudica is known as lajjalu and its inclusion within the system is not because of its dancing leaves, but the therapeutic benefits the compounds within the plant offers. Many hemorrhoid sufferers have experienced relief as a result of this special plant's pharmacological profile and antioxidant activity.
Mimosa Pudica and Hemorrhoids
Hemorrhoids describe an uncomfortable problem in which the blood vessels in the anal area swell and become very sore. Hemorrhoids can originate from straining during bowel movements, pregnancy, being overweight, and other factors. Swelling, discomfort, and even bleeding are common indications of hemorrhoids and they're all miserable for the person experiencing them. In fact, in Ayurvedic medicine, hemorrhoids are known as "arsha shoola" which translates to "pain from pricking like needles." Ouch!
For those experiencing the misery and agony of hemorrhoids, Mimosa pudica offers several benefits.

The ROOT cause of the Genocide or Ethnic Cleansing or Religious Cleansing in Myanmar is HATE SPEECHES spread by Wira Thu led 969 TERRORIST HATEMONGERS.
Let me explain further about my above comment, Thein Sein-Min Aung Hlaing are not trying to engage the reverse gear as many people thought wrongly. Actually they want to just maintain the status quo by using the "innocent" people love for their race, religion and country."….Yes! they want to continue to cheat that there is democracy not going back to military rule. Continue to "practice their "Democracy" with the same old Phoot leaders. They know that the people will vote for Daw Suu led NLD. By using the 969 and blind ultra-nationalism against ISLAM they calculated that people will shift alliance and vote them as the PROTACTOR of religion, race and country.
Please note that, "Patriotism is the last refuge of the scoundrel." (Samuel Johnson)
]The difference between patriotism and nationalism is that the patriot is proud of his country for what it does, and the nationalist is proud of his country no matter what it does; the first attitude creates a feeling of responsibility, but the second a feeling of blind arrogance that leads to war.

Awang Selamat: Cadangan parti tunggal mungkin sebabkan BN terkubur

We, Muslims of Myanmar denounce the killing of innocent fellow Buddhists in Malaysia. Our religion also prohibit the killings of innocent civilians.
The ROOT cause of these killings are HATE SPEECHES spread by Wira Thu led 969 TERRORIST HATEMONGERS.
A specially trained terrorist squad called Swan Aar Shin led by USDP leader U Aung Thaung follow up the Hatred spread by 969 with mass murders on Muslims in more than 30 towns in Myanmar.
Myanmar Military, ex-military leaders are doing all these not to take back into military rule but to just brainwash all the Buddhists into blind Ultra-Nationalists to get votes in next General Elections which would be held in 2015. If not Daw Suu led NLD will win more than 90% of the seats.
So Thein Sein-Min Aung Hlaing are not trying to engage the reverse gear as many people thought wrongly. Actually they want to just maintain the status quo by using the "innocent" people love for their race, religion and country.
Please stop all these nonsence killings and atrocities.
Please note that, "Patriotism is the last refuge of the scoundrel." (Samuel Johnson)
If love is blind, patriotism has lost all five senses. (William Blum, Rogue State) (2006)
Nationalism is an infantile disease. It is the measles of mankind.
I am against any nationalism, even in the guise of mere patriotism. Privileges based on position and property have always seemed to me unjust and pernicious, as did any exaggerated personality cult.
Nationalism … is like cheap alcohol. First it makes you drunk, then it makes you blind, then it kills you.
Nationalism is our form of incest, is our idolatry, is our insanity. "Patriotism" is its cult. It should hardly be necessary to say, that by "patriotism" I mean that attitude which puts the own nation above humanity, above the principles of truth and justice; not the loving interest in one's own nation, which is the concern with the nation's spiritual as much as with its material welfare — never with its power over other nations. Just as love for one individual which excludes the love for others is not love, love for one's country which is not part of one's love for humanity is not love, but idolatrous worship.
Nations whose nationalism is destroyed are subject to ruin.
The difference between patriotism and nationalism is that the patriot is proud of his country for what it does, and the nationalist is proud of his country no matter what it does; the first attitude creates a feeling of responsibility, but the second a feeling of blind arrogance that leads to war.

I am not sure if I like Jean's character because she looks so much like my third aunt in Sausalito who is now in a nursing home. Her features, facial expressions and style of talking not forgetting mannerisms are just like that of my Aunt Chee Yee. The most unforgettable element of this series is of course the chemistry between her and Archie Bunker. Of special mention is the spontaneous singing of the theme song which you can watch HERE. Meet the Bunkers can be viewed HERE.
According to The New York Times:
Jean Stapleton, the character actress whose portrayal of a slow-witted, big-hearted and submissive — up to a point — housewife on the groundbreaking series "All in the Family" made her, along with Mary Tyler Moore and Bea Arthur, not only one of the foremost women in television comedy in the 1970s but a symbol of emergent feminism in American popular culture, died on Friday at her home in New York City. She was 90.
Her agent, David Shaul, confirmed her death.
Ms. Stapleton, though never an ingénue or a leading lady, was an accomplished theater actress with a few television credits when the producer Norman Lear, who had seen her in the musical "Damn Yankees" on Broadway, asked her to audition for a new series. The audition, for a character named Edith Bunker, changed her life.
The show, initially called "Those Were the Days," was Mr. Lear's adaptation, for an American audience, of an English series called "Till Death Us Do Part," about a working-class couple in east London who held reactionary and racist views.
It took shape slowly. The producers filmed three different pilots, the show changed networks to CBS from ABC, and Ms. Stapleton acted in a film directed by Mr. Lear, "Cold Turkey," before "All in the Family," as it was finally called, was first broadcast in January 1971.
For three or four months, hampered by mixed reviews, it struggled to find an audience, but when it did, it became one of the most popular shows in television, finishing first in the Nielsen ratings for five consecutive seasons and winning four consecutive Emmy Awards for outstanding comedy series. Ms. Stapleton won three Emmys of her own, in 1971, '72 and '78.
"All in the Family" was set in Queens. Most of the action took place in the well-worn but comfortable living room of the Bunker family, led by an irascible loading-dock worker named Archie whose attitudes toward anyone not exactly like him — that is, white, male, conservative and rabidly patriotic — were condescending, smug and demonstrably foolish. Memorably played by Carroll O'Connor, Archie bullied his wife, patronized his daughter, Gloria (Sally Struthers), and infuriated and was infuriated by his live-in son-in-law, a liberal student, Michael Stivic (Rob Reiner), whom he not-so-affectionately called Meathead.

I managed to find an excellent analysis of Norman Lear's "All in the Family".
All in the Family represents a turning point for the American situation comedy. This 1970's program made a formal and thematic break with such predecessors as Father Knows Best and The Donna Reed Show. From a liberal perspective, Archie Bunker, the father/husband/protagonist of the show, hardly knows best as evidenced by his racial slurs and patriarchal ideals, and Edith Bunker, the mother/wife of the show, hardly deals with the same parenting crises of Donna Reed. The creative force behind this politically charged sitcom was Norman Lear.
All in the Family tackled the American mythology with a portrayal of realistic issues. Issues of contemporary society like homosexuality, racism, sexism, and economic uncertainty, were portrayed in ways never seen before in such shows like The Andy Griffith Show and I Love Lucy.
Archie's blatant bigotry represented a callous on America's soul. What All in the Family initiated, other Lear programs perpetuated. Maude subjected its viewers to Maude getting an abortion, later going through menopause, her husband's bout with alcoholism, and other politically motivated issues.
The Jeffersons presented the first interracial couple to appear as regular characters on a sitcom. One Day at a Time presented the first divorced single parent in the history of the American sitcom. The above shows also conveyed a continuity in form. The shows' form complimented its realistic themes by portraying the characters and sets in a stage-production manner with live audiences to react instantly to the story. Along with accomplishing many firsts in situation comedy, Lear's programs offered a view of society more analogous to the issues occurring outside of the television box.

At a dinner last year, I complimented a former student, now a prominent lawyer, for his impeccable road etiquette. As he lives near my home, I was trailing behind his Porsche one day on my way to work. He did not exceed the speed limit and was probably driving at 60-65mph. He did not beat any red light nor did he overtake any car or honked at anyone. I was and still am so amazed at his wonderful driving manners. He only knew I was following him months later when I praised him as I related this incident to him.
His response to my compliment still echoes in my head: "Miss, road rage is a serious problem in Penang. The roads are perpetually clogged with bumper-to-bumper traffic and it is a very potent situation because any trigger can unleash the monster within us. All it takes is one wrong move such as honking at the wrong person, a murderous look, or a rude sign with fingers or even mouthing words and one can never know the destructive ways by which frustrated drivers can vent their anger after meandering through traffic jams to reach their destination or to find a parking lot." He went on to relate a number of cases he had handled with regards to road accidents.
I was gobsmacked and his words of advice resound through my brain each time I feel I am at the brink of losing my patience when on the road.
This morning, I was just so horrified to read about how a driver was killed after he was knocked down by a passing vehicle while trying to force another driver out from his car in the middle of the Penang Bridge following a misunderstanding early yesterday. The Star reported that it is the first fatal road age incident since the Penang Bridge opened 27 years ago.
The NST reported that in the 12.30am incident at Km7 of the island-bound stretch, the victim died at the scene from multiple injuries.
According to The Star, a police spokesman said the victim and his friend, travelling in a Ford Ranger, were said to be annoyed with a driver of the Audi A6 who had honked at them. The Audi driver, who declined to be named, said he had honked at the driver of the Ford Ranger near the toll plaza on the mainland.
After that, he said, the driver of the pickup truck kept honking back at him incessantly.
"The victim then overtook the Audi and hastily stopped in front of the car on the middle lane, causing the driver to slam on the brakes thus forcing the other driver to stop behind his truck. The victim then alighted his vehicle and tried to force the Audi driver to come out from his car.
"The victim and his friend then confronted the driver and tried to drag him out by force," the police spokesman said.
At that time, a Proton Saga that was trailing behind the two vehicles tried to swerve away from the Audi and rammed straight into the victim who died on the spot from multiple injuries while his friend suffered serious injuries and has been hospitalised.
The driver of the Audi was not injured but the driver-side door of his vehicle was ripped apart by the impact of the crash. See the photo of the car HERE.
Another report by The Sun has more horrifying details as it reported:
According to the passenger in the Audi, who declined to be named, three men came out from the truck and started to pull his friend, the driver of the car.
"One of the men started punching him and scolded my friend, while another friend tried to calm him down," he said.
The passenger, a 50-year-old project manager who was travelling to Penang with his friend for a holiday, said a car then came speeding into the group of the three men, hitting them like bowling pins.
"One of them flew about 30 feet (10 metres) after being knocked down.
Watch the video HERE.
Once, when I was driving to Batu Feringghi for a dinner held at a Chinese restaurant, I was moving at a snail's pace because of the heavy traffic along the winding coastal road. The car behind me was honking at me incessantly and feeling quite irritated, I slowed down and allowed him to overtake me. Following that, he overtook me and then braked in front of me a few times. From past experiences, I half-expected such a move and had maintained a reasonable distance to avoid any untoward incident.
On Friday, I met up with some two friends from Kuala Lumpur who were in town and the first thing they said to me was how rude, inconsiderate and uncouth are some Penang drivers. My response : See, now you can understand why I seldom venture beyond Jalan Masjid Negeri and prefer the peaceful ambiance of my home.
Far beyond the issue of traffic jams is the selfishness and arrogance of many people today. Just last night, when driving along Jalan Masjid Negeri, my husband gave a signal to indicate he was moving into the right lane to go through the underpass. I was checking my mail on my mobile when suddenly, my usually patient husband let out a very loud "Haiyohhhhhh". I raised my head and to my horror, I saw a tour bus swerving unceremoniously into our lane and had almost crashed into my side!
There are those who switch lanes at their whims and fancies. On the last day of school, I was driving along Jalan Bukit Gambier when to my horror, I saw a car weaving to the right lane and then the left lane and right and left again in a morbid attempt to beat the queue. Unbelievably, after picking my son from school, the same F1 driver was doing the same stunt along the road heading to town! Such people should not be allowed to drive.
I have seen how irresponsible drivers and motorcyclists risk their lives and that of others by making illegal U-turns from their side of Jalan Masjid Negeri into the opposite side of the road. Other cars and vehicles have to swerve to their right to avoid hitting these irresponsible morons.
At the junction of Jalan Delima with Jalan Masjid Negeri, motorists have long been forbidden to make a right turn into Jalan Masjid Negeri but till today, I still see some who flout whatever signage just so they can drive their way and according to their rules.
Along Jalan Tanjung Tokong near to TESCO, you can see many motorcyclists who ride their bikes with no crash helmets. Two years ago, a former colleague actually sent me photos of such characters but I have not blogged about them thinking it was just a snapshot of a one-off incident but alas, it seems to be quite a prevalent situation.
On the way home from lunch yesterday, we were driving along Jalan Anson (a one-way street from the junction with Ghee Hiang) when a man turned into Jalan Anson from Jalan Pahang and promptly continued driving AGAINST THE TRAFFIC FLOW. Of course I honked at him to tell him it was a one-way street but all he did was to grin at me and then he continued on his merry way.
Even when it comes to a simple task like parking, I have seen selfish motorists driving luxurious cars who parked their vehicles beside empty lots. Just because it is beneath them to pay 30 cents per 30 minutes to park their car, they have to deprive others from parking there. Then there are those who park on the wrong side of the road, at junctions, double park or even abandon their cars in parking lots!!! There is a black car which has been abandoned in front of the shop houses in my neighbourhood. The diligent parking attendant there has been painstakingly issuing parking bills and there is a big stack of weather-beaten bills trapped behind the wiper.
I could rant endlessly about such situations which are common in Penang and probably in other parts of the country/world. It is during such times when I wonder what has become of society today.
We may have skyscrapers, glitzy glam-styled shopping malls or the most canggih type of androids but at the end of the day, when I consider the way people drive or their reactions in the real world or social media, I begin to wonder, who is feeding the monster within, egging each to emerge and launch an attack on those around them.
Respect for one another, road courtesy and civic consciousness - all these and more are qualities/values that are almost absent in the world today.

- buletinonline

On the occasion of His Majesty's birthday, Bernama reports that Najib assures DYMM "your Majesty's government is the umbrella for all Malaysians". Very assuring. Very promising. Najib's birthday bouquet before the King appears to give the impression of being very subservient and loyal to His Majesty's genuinne and caring concern for the rakyat.
But the fact is Najib has placed the horse (His Majesty's subjects, the citizens of Malaysia) before the cart (political party of Najib). To begin with, how can his government be the "umbrella" for all – unless of course if that "umbrella' is akin to the one we use here in Malaysia, traditionally, when we are mourning the death of a fellow human on his her final journey of resting place (as is common at funerals of Malays and Chinese).
Najib had all the opportunity to heal the nation long before the GE-13. But that is not what we witnessed but suffered under his previous term of premiership. He had every opportunity to act, redress and heal the following but failed deliberately and miserably:
· Seal the cracks in national unity he did not when the main stream newspaper was allowed to scream relentlessly about racial and religious divisiveness.
· Najib himself screamed "Chinese tsunami" when his party lost some seats to the opposition political party in the GE-13.
· The injustices against the murdered foreign citizen Altantuya is still hanging on the dacing and we still cannot know the motive let alone the mysterious issues of national security and abuse of systems surrounding this gruesome killing.
· The deaths in police custody are far too many and we still do not get any redress in the form of the PM's initiatives. The latest murder stinks to high heavens and Najib does not get a single waft to respond decisively.
· When Bersih 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 came in waves after each situation of disappointment with Najib, he did not do what was needed to be done as a moral obligation to His Majesty's subjects. He waited till the 1st of June 2013 to assure His Royal Highness of a "dream" for all Malaysians. He forgets pathetically that Malaysians are tired of the many betrayed dreams and they want realities now instead.
· His own deputy said 'Melayu' first and Najib was silent as a pin-drop but now he tells the King that BN is the "umbrella" for all "Malaysians".
In fact the list of omissions and neglect is an awesome long one and the rakyat are fully cognizant of it. And now, after the GE-13, Najib beckons all to a "dream of a Malaysia where people of all races and beliefs can live in peace and harmony without any suspicion".
What dream Mr. Honorable Prime Minister?
Look at what a particular main stream media is pumping out almost on a daily diet. Look at what your crowned Home Minister said hot on his new appointed chair as Home Minister. Look at what your right wing members are screaming even as you shower His Majesty with a basket of rosy words of assurances. You talk about the need for "national unity and national understanding based on constructive dialogues at all levels"; but did you in the first place accept any of all those invitations to dialogue in our run-up to GE-13? Where is your leadership by example?
You promise His Majesty that BN will see to it that "all Malaysians (are) to consider the togetherness factors that can unify us…."; but were you not the same person who screamed and thundered "over our dead bodies and crushed bones" as you militantly preached the survival of the race and religion anchored political party within BN? Bernama reports that you preached that "cracks in national unity (is) owing to national polemic based on beliefs, race, political ideologies, urban and rural demographics" will be addressed by BN.
But you forget that this is exactly what the opposition political parties and leaders and followers were trying to tell you since you took on the leadership of this nation after your right wingers jostled Pak Lah from his chair unceremoniously. In case you also 'mudah lupa', remember you and your commrades in arms responded to the rakyat's concerns by branding us as anti-nationalists out to destroy this nation.
You did nothing to correct this national polemic but high-geared the BN-UMNO fan to blaze the war cry all the way right into the GE-13. So what is this roundabout turn suddenly before DYMM Yang Di Pertuan Agung, pray tell us. You allowed the arrests of civil liberties; you ignored the calls for free and fair elections; you lifted not a finger when the rakyat cried to you to stop the race divisiveness attacks that keep raining on us throughout the GE-13 season and even till this day.
How are we to belief your assurances to our King His Majesty and Royal Highness that you will "practice inclusiveness." over His subjects? In short are you not guilty of having placed the cart before the horse? You basically squandered every opportunity that the subjects of His Majesty gave you with hope and aspiration. Not only that, you betrayed all Malaysians through your inactions, actions, silence and pronouncements.
So do not ostracize the citizens if they do not buy into your beautifully spoken message on the occasion of DYMM Yang DiPertuan Agung's birthday unless if you are convinced that His Royal Highness' subjects are mere street bumpkins and village fools.
